I like the ease of sending documents for review and signature, as well as the tracking that can be done on the documents. I also value that it facilitates sending documents and reminders, without the need to draft multiple emails or sign documents manually. It would be useful to be able to save the email addresses of the signers, so you don't have to enter them manually every time you need to send for signing.
