Signaturely.com is an incredibly versatile tool, especially for someone like me who is a signatory for multiple companies. Its flexibility shines through in every use case, whether it’s managing recurring documents with templates or uploading custom agreements and one-time-use documents in PDF or Microsoft Word formats. The platform handles all scenarios seamlessly, making it a perfect fit for diverse business needs.
What truly sets Signaturely apart is its user-friendly interface. Setting up templates for frequently used documents saves a lot of time, while the ability to effortlessly upload and manage unique agreements ensures no task is too complex or out of scope. Whether it's a standardized contract or a bespoke agreement, the process is always smooth and intuitive.
Signaturely delivers exactly as promised, and even goes beyond expectations. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has become an essential tool in my workflow. Despite the small critique, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of a robust e-signature and document management solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only VERY MINOR drawback is that the document management section currently limits visibility to 10 files or folders at a time. This could be improved in future updates by allowing users to adjust the number of visible items to 50, 100, or more. That said, this limitation doesn’t detract from the overall excellence of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that signaturally is a very simple design. That makes it super easy for people to sign a contract. We do a lot of work with contractors and use signaturally design art, non disclosure agreements, and Statements of work. I also love that you can bulk send agreements and it integrates with Google Drive. I haven't used it, but it also has forms. Additionally, it allows you to create a p I keys if you wanted to do something with another program, Again, I haven't used this yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't really found any downsides to it so far. I guess like almost all other signature programs you have to go through and put the fields into Your documents manually, but I haven't found that too difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to use and a really nice, minimalist interface, but very well maintained. You can either use your own documents and signatures (or acronyms) or create your own. You monitor signatures made by clients, really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Here in Italy there are very very technical specifications for some signatures on insurance contracts (DUAL Italy) and only a few companies certify that type of signature, among them is not Signaturely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Signaturely has genuinely impressed me with its speed and simplicity. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and just works. I’m someone who values a smooth user experience, and Signaturely delivers. Templates are neatly organized, making everything easy to find. No more wasting time hunting for documents. The search function is a lifesaver, too.
The legal security of contracts gives me peace of mind, and the email notifications keep me in the loop. For those less tech-savvy, it’s user-friendly and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Of course, I really enjoy using Signaturely, but if I had to point out a downside, it would be the limited integrations. Adding more options like Zapier and Pabbly would make it even better. That said, I haven’t encountered any major issues so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple it is to send and get back signed documents. It makes onboarding clients quicker and makes sure everything is set before I start bigger projects.
It helps me get training and coaching agreements sorted faster, so I spend less time on admin stuff with my VA. Plus, the cloud storage and secure signatures work well for me since I do most things online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I already connect with several cloud storage like GoogleDrive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, but I also wish it could connect with pCloud which is the one I use. Also, adding Integrately (alternative to Zapier) would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For this reason, I decided to look for a straith foward alternative and I found it with Signaturely. For a small business, it is very easy to set up and I found their UI very pleasant. Also, their templates are a nice addition which can be userfull in some occcasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Signaturely makes it easy to get documents signed. The receiver can sign with just a few clicks eliminating the cumbersome practice of printing and scanning emailed documents. I like that it keeps all the files in the account and I can see which documents are still outstanding and those that need reminders to sign. It was extremely easy to setup and customize with the branding and settings. I've been able to integrate a template on my commonly used document and it is very quick to send documents out this way without needing to setup each one.
The interface takes a bit of time getting used to but it takes just a few few clicks to prepare any document for signature. I love that it will auto identify dates and signature fields.
The auto reminder function is great for letting people know that there is a pending document to sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface takes a bit of time to get used to if you are coming from something like Adobe sign. I found that I have to first convert documents to pdf and you can't just upload a word document directly. The template system was harder to figure out and setup. Signaturely really makes signing and managing rental and real estate documents seamless and efficient for me. The ability to send and receive signed contracts quickly and securely, speeds up my transactions and makes my Airbnb management stress-free, particularly with clients located in other countries and booking from abroad. I like its simplicity for my contracts for both real estate clients and Airbnb tenants, saving time and reducing the hassle of paperwork, which was very time-consuming for me! Sometimes I still need to manually remind tenants or clients to sign documents so still need to find out if I can set reminders with the integrations maybe, but the system otherwise works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Signaturely is its simplicity and efficiency. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with an intuitive interface that makes sending and signing documents a breeze. I also appreciate the robust tracking and notification features, which keep me informed about the status of each document at all times. Additionally, the seamless integration with cloud storage services like Google Drive and Dropbox is a huge time-saver. Overall, Signaturely streamlines the entire document signing process, making it quick and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I’m generally very satisfied with Signaturely, one area for improvement could be the customization options for branding. It would be great to have more flexibility in customizing the appearance of documents and emails to better align with my brand. Additionally, while the platform is user-friendly,There is no mobile app unfortunatly. However, these are relatively minor issues compared to the overall functionality and convenience the platform offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
