**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

One of the standout features of Xodo sign is its user-friendly interface, which makes it simple for anyone to use, regardless of technical skill level. Whether you're working on a desktop computer or a mobile device, Xodo sign's intuitive design allows you to navigate the platform easily.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

It would be nice to be able to have auto-signature reminders. I'm unsure if this feature is enabled, as it seems reminders have to be sent manually in my version.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This makes sending documents for signatures easy and fluid. Its user-friendly interface, robust security measures, and powerful tools make it an invaluable asset for any business looking to streamline its document signing process.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

It is very easy to use. Lots of practical features and they work logically. The user experience is very good. It is relatively inexpensive for all its features. The signature can be done in many different ways, which is definitely the best feature.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

Language support could be a little better (e.g. no Finnish). I had to think hard to find something to complain about :) but maybe if your SMS type signature needs are low, say only 3/month, you'll be forced to upgrade to a basic plan which is $10/month, which might sound a bit expensive.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving a lot of time (which is money)  because  we don't have to send documents back and forth to get signatures from  the company or project participants.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

I currently used the basic services offered by the platform to sign contract online and eversign demonstrate to be a great service. User friendly, easy to use and that allows you to sign contract with people quickly by also protecting the signature. The code option allows the people that need to sign to use a dedicated code that will ensure no one else without the code will be able to sign the document.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I can't speak about the negativity as I have not used all of their services yet. However for what I was able to use until now I don't think there are negative aspects.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eversign solves distance related signature and it also closes the signature only to those with the code and allowed to sign the paper.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

It is extremely easy to use.   We spent quite a lot of time searching for an effective e-sign solution and have been extremely happy with Xodo sign.   So far, we have not had a single client be unable to successfully sign a document.   Its very easy to set up the contracts we use it for and it is very easy to then esign.   We are emailed a notification and a fully signed document which we can then file for our records.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

Honestly, I am struggling to find something.   When setting up your first document, you need to pay attention to who you want to sign, and make sure you understand the colour coding for each.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has totally solved our issue of having to wait for contracts to be signed.   We are UK based and the documents are fully compliant with UK law.   Our clients have found it extremely easy to use and it probably saves us about a week in getting a contract signed back to us,

Xodo sign makes it very easy to quickly create a document and send it for signing. The best feature in my opinion is the ability to also easily integrate it with different Software products

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

There is a free version which is quite cool, the downside is that it does not allow you to set templates, you need to have the document ready beforehand. I would make the feature free, and still keep the 5 documents per month limit for the Free-Version. I think that would make the product much more attractive

It allows me to quickly have an overview of the signing process for multiple contracts. It takes from the time that is required to prepare the documents and keep track of the contract signing.

Xodo Sign was one of many esign solutions we reviewed. Compared to the others, Xodo Sign was the easiest to set up, send out documents for signatures, and our customers agree that it's easy for them to use on their end as well. The features available at the free level were matched to competitors for folks starting out like us.

We haven't hit any roadblocks yet and there seems to be plenty of information available to troubleshoot issues ourselves.

Key document signatures required for our customers, such as service and nondisclosure agreements. The simple, easy to use UI made it very easy to setup and send these documents out.

As an independent practitioner, the less time I spend on stuff that doesn't translate to billable hours, the better. Eversign makes the process of generating contracts and other documents for clients a breeze. I love being able to just fire up a template, send out documents, and ship off contracts in minutes, knowing that they have the right information and are error-free.

It's fairly priced, and easy to use.

There's nothing I need it to do that it doesn't.

Automating business processes so I can spend less time on contracts and more time serving clients. Eversign lets be do the thing I do best. It makes it so onboarding a new client isn't a process I dread anymore. It's a process that takes seconds and I enjoy.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

I don't send many e-signable documents, so didn't want a subscription. I tried the competitors (signwell, hellosign, etc) but they all only offer 1-3/month for free. Eversign lets me send out 5/month and doesn't make me wonder (as often) if I've exceeded my 30 day allocation.

The interface is simple and the status messages (regarding who's signed and when it's my turn) aren't confusing (are you listening, signwell?). It has all the features I need. Please keep offering the 5 free docs/mo plan; all the rest either reduced their offers or got acquired.

You have a loyal (and discerning) user here!

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

One feature I'd love to see is automatic recognition of blanks that need to be filled, with the option of whether to insert a date, signature, or free-form text. That would save me a ton of time on a small screen.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send out recruiting agreements and property rental contracts, and need a simple solution I can put in their inboxes without delay or drama. Eversign's gentle reminders to 'sign this document' are less invasive and time-consuming than if I'd had to write them myself.

Eversign is a fantastic product - it is SUPER easy to use, both for me as well as for my clients who need to sign my agreements.  I've used competitor products in the past, and by far Eversign is the easiest product of this sort that I've worked with yet.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

The only issue I can find is emails sent from Eversign to my customers for document signature are sometimes redirected to the customer's SPAM folder and not seen promptly by the customer.  This is likely not really an Eversign problem however but worth mentioning.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eversign allows me to collect document signatures electronically.  I am able to prepare agreements and contracts without physical interaction with my customer, or waiting to meet them in person.

I've been using eversign for about 2 months now and have to say it the most useful and easiest to navigate signature software on the market. I have tried others and the ease of use is not as intuitive as eversign. I also have recommended this to many of my friends who own their business and they absolutely love it too!

Overall, there is nothing I dislike about eversign.

For a startup business, eversign has allowed me to streamline my processes as I deal with clients across the US. I love creating templates and being able to just send them out to clients when a signature is needed. Definitely has helped my business succeed!

It's extremely simple and effective for a small strappy startup. Only one of us deals with contracts and there are not too many bells and whistles which makes it perfect for us.

I truly wish I could say I had something negative to say but we recently transitioned from DocuSign to eversign and it's been much easier for us to manage and navigate. 

Sorry for anyone reading this that wanted to see a negative.

As a scrappy startup we were going to download a template contract and just makeshift a contract then send them out via email and have them use an Adobe PDF editor. I didn't want to use DocuSign because we don't need the bells and whistles so eversign streamlined this process.

Eversign is easy to use for both myself, as the person sending documents for signature, and for the person who needs to sign it. Eversign makes it easy to prepare the document to send - something I can do in a few minutes without any hassle.

When cancelling a document if I have a mistake, it counts as a document sent, even if the other party hasn't signed it yet.

I don't  have to rely on the other party having Adobe, as Eversign is something anybody with an email address can use. I am more productive as it lessens the time needed to send documents for signature.

I have found Eversign extremely helpful in streamlining my workflow. Its free features, such as sending, storing and even branding documents, make it a better choice than the competition. In addition, I can seamlessly email documents as and when I need them, without having to print or scan them, which saves me time for additional tasks throughout the day. Even after everyone has signed their part online, submitted documents are reliably recorded, leaving a forward-looking audit trail showing who is involved in each transaction, a key desired outcome of digital transactions these days.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I find it difficult to use eVerSign when signing with my mouse, bfut I can easily access a document on my phone and sign it with my . T his also applies to electronic signatures, which can be used as before. As some documents require my handwriting, it would be great if there was a quicker way to resubmit contracts that have already been accepted, rather than repeating the entire process. I haven't come across such a feature, but it may exist.

I use eversign because it streamlines the whole process of confirming the current status of an e-signature transaction, making it simple and easy to do. Instead of having to look for alternative ways to sign documents, I can be confident that I am getting great customer service.

It is so easy to submit a document for e-signatures. I have been a long-time user of Docusign and paid a bunch assuming they had the best system. I did a free trial with ever sign and I was shocked they offer a similar product that is much cheaper. Very surprised.

So far, honestly I can't think of any at this time.

Sometimes when you submit a packet to a prospectus client, and you want to eliminate blank pages, the system shows a bit of a glitch. But ever sign is working to resolve this. very quick response.

The dashboard is extremely friendly, easy to use and powerful. I have used it for creating, templating, and signing a couple of documents in minutes rather than the traditional way that takes numerous hours and steps.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

One small downside only, which is a minor one, you cannot write and format the document inside it; you have to import it, which is not a big deal anyway. I wouldn't consider this a downside, but it may be a feature to add.

Making e-signatures an easy process for non administrative people. Using eversign makes it easy to create a document, assign consignee, signaturies, notification and sending signed copies with timestamps to everyone.

The pricing and the limits are fair - so far, eversign has met my startup's needs very well.
Offering templating and multiple users at a reasonable price point sold me.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

The templating can be a challenge to get right at first. Once you edit an existing template, the previous version seems removed even before you click save. This could lead to issues if there are internet problems.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote e-signature of NDA documents as a third party. This is a challenge we were having difficulty in addressing until I found Eversign. The template feature is invaluable to us.

Couldn't find a native app for Android. Not a showstopper but certainly would be a plus to have.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

Eversign is great because it stores all our documents to access in its dashboard and we can even download them. It's much better than regular PDF because it will automatically follow up with the client if they are taking too long to sign. The reminders we have found are helpful because it prevents us from being "annoying" with the client. It also adds a sense of urgency and professionalism to our contracts.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I don't like how limited the customization is on the email that our clients see. I wish we can add our logo or change the colors. Eversign is orange and sometimes that looks a little strange. Also, there is no iphone app. We also can’t send any contracts via SMS.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eversign helps us solve contracts getting lost or forgotten by clients. It does automatic follow-up for us, which is extremely helpful. Also, it helps solve which contracts are outgoing, so we have a tab or reference for the future.

We just switched to eversign in the last month or so.  

So far, so good.  Its smooth and sends good messages and reminders.  

Easy to set up for my N°2 and I to utilize.  I'm the signatory on all agreements - consultants and with clients.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I am not an expert on online tools, but this is one that our IT support guy recommended, so we've adopted.   I've not yet seen specific downsides, but I've only signed 4 or 5 contracts so far

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

Eversign is very intuitive and easy to use.  Previously, I was using one of their well-known competitors and had several usability issues.  So far, with Eversign, it's been user-friendly and headache-free, and I have not needed any support.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

With multiple people signing a document, each person is in a different color, and you must drag their signature to the right place. You must then deselect that person before selecting the next person to sign. Otherwise, it will switch out the previously placed signature of the first person with the second person. It's not a big deal, but due to me being used to another product, it took me a few times to get used to it.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Eversign to sign contracts with clients who previously would actually print contracts, sign, scan, and send me back PDF pictures of the files that were unsearchable and impossible to validate that they were faithful to the original.

I like that it's very intuitive and easy to use, it's been such a timesaver. I no longer have to print paper and send it for signing to my clients, or send random PDF files that my customers are not sure what to do with.

There isn't anything specific I don't like about Xodo sign, it's been a great support for my business.

It's user-friendly and easy to upload documents needing to be signed. Love how efficient it is! The audit report that follows and the notifications are fantastic as well!

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I don't think I can think of anything at this moment. Possibly, in the future, if there's a way for documents to be screened to find blank areas and have a "smart" approach where it predetermines places you might want to have filled in or signed.

For a smaller company like ours, it helps to keep our bids moving out quickly and efficiently. It also helps with organization and timelines on approvals. We also love the templates feature where we can direct our staff to complete ongoing documents that only change annually.

I am not paying for the free package for sending documents for signature. I also like how it is so easy to add a contract, indicate where signatures are required, and send by email to the person involved. The process for them to sign is so simple too and the form is sent back after signature.

I love it. Being busy working, you want simple, practical methods that are quick to use.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

Nothing at the moment! If I find something, I will be sure to let Eversign know about it.

Having to pdf the contract, indicate where signatures are required, hoping the other user can open a pdf and sign and send it back to me after scanning it in again! Eversign takes away all that, with quick and easy email, click to sign, upload your signature or freesign, send back. Job done!

The interface is easy to use. The cost is meager compared to other solutions. I used the bulk feature to send out mass signing to our employees, and it worked great!
I also like the fact that we can invite other managers at no cost.

At first, I had some problems removing some additions I had made to a document, like initials on the bottom of a page. After some looking around, I was able to figure it out. The interface is not perfect, but it is functional.

We use Eversign to allow our remote work teams to sign important documents like Security Policies, job contracts, etc. We also use it to allow our clients to sign contracts remotely.

I love how easy and fast Eversign makes it for me to sign, send and seal documents. It allows us to reduce our reliance on paper and promotes a secure environment for collaboration. Now more than ever, Eversign's user-friendly interface allows those with limited technical knowledge to sign legal agreements effectively and affordably. With the peace of mind of an unprecedented level of security combined with compliance standards that are widely accepted by governments around the world, this platform has become my first choice when it comes to electronic document signatures! Uploading files is incredibly easy, giving you stress-free control over your documentation process in just a few clicks - I can't imagine using anything else!

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I don't like that I can't access Eversign from my mobile device, even online. To get around this inconvenience, I always have a laptop nearby so that I can digitally sign all the necessary paperwork. It would be great if Eversign could save my signature and make it available for each account, or give me the option to download it to any device so I do not have to search for signature pads each time I create a new account.

Eversign removes the hassle of finding, sending and resending signed documents for both parties. You benefit from knowing that a paper trail is securely maintained with an easy to use service, eliminating wasted time searching through past emails or other digital documents to track down signatures.

I was looking for an inexpensive e-signature solution for a side business. After some due diligence, I tried eversign. Within a few minutes, I had sent out my first document for signature and received a signed document the next day. I am looking forward to setting up templates and making things work even more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

It does take a few minutes to scan the interface and understand the basics, but it's really not hard at all. It's mostly about learning a new interface, but there is enough online support that it really only takes a short while to get yourself sorted.

I registered on the site for my new Virtual Assistant business to use when signing contracts and agreements with clients. It was my first time using a signing tool, but I found it's intuitive and easy to use!

Maybe the fact that you cannot edit documents after uploading them on the platform. You need to make sure they're well polished and then upload and send them for signing.

**What do you like best about Xodo Sign?**

DocuSign and HelloSign have been used to sign documents in the past, but after researching different options available to me as a small business, I realised that Eversign offered superior features. The website design is intuitive and easy to use, there are lots of helpful templates and timely notifications when something needs your attention. However, what really sets it apart from the competition is that its dashboard makes it easy to keep track of what is going on - you can see all the signatures received and add other people or services you work with to an account for convenience. There are no technical issues either, just an affordable platform with a great SMS feature too!

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

I do not like the fact that Eversign is not available on mobile devices. It would be much more convenient if I could access and sign documents from any device without being tied to a desktop browser or computer. It would also be very helpful if my signature could be saved so that I could use it across all my accounts, or at least downloaded to my PC for easy future reference.

I loved how easy it was to start using the tool and send out agreements to get signed by new partners in just an hour. I was not able to proceed with my tasks for our non-profit org because I couldn't reach my partner, who has a license for Adobe sign. So instead of pausing work and waiting for her answer and availability, I created an account with Eversign and sent out the needed documents. The free plan included enough documents for what I had to send, and I did not need to enter any payment detail either. I managed to finish my work, and my flow was not interrupted.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

So far, I haven't found any downside to using Eversign.

We sign up to 40 partners for an event and need to get agreements signed. Eversign makes it possible for us to generate electronic signatures for these agreements.

Using ever sign, has changed my life completely when it comes to signing contract with my clients. It makes a process completely easy for the client, and there hasn't been once in a complaint.

I would say I haven't Discovered a flaw with it yet. It's worked just like it supposed to for the last month or so I can use it. I would say possibly just make it cheaper a year.

Nothing so far... tech support is on call if I have any problems and usually it was a simple missed observation on my part... long days will do that.

Eversign seems to pack a lot of punch at a pretty affordable price point, as compared to alternatives. Other e-sign options charge substantially more for the integrations and functionality that eversign offers in the free or basic tiers.

The UI feels a little bit dated, though it's still better than most competitors. I found some of the UI components weren't super intuitive and took a little bit of looking to figure everything out.

Eversign is replacing other e-signature software for us and seems to offer a better suite of solutions at a better price point. We'll be using eversign for all of our signature needs moving forward.

Easy to use. Does what it says.

I tried some digital signing solutions and chose to pay to use eversign. Other platforms either don't deliver or have restrictions make it unusable. Eversign is by far the easiest and gets things sent and received quickly.

**What do you dislike about Xodo Sign?**

So far so good. The basic subscription gives unlimited documents which is very good. However, if more templates can be provided in the basic one it'll be better.

**What problems is Xodo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many customers are not good with computer or don't even have a computer or laptop. While some pdf signing/filling can be easily done in pc environment, it's challenging for some. Eversign just make it much easier for them and also saving us time to guide them.

I like the document creation workflow. It's straightforward to prepare a contract and send it in a minute, but it doesn't hinder o prevent you from preparing a more complex document with multiple signers & multiple data entry fields etc..

The default screen is set up from a signer's perspective "what do I need to act on (sign)".

You need to navigate to a different tab if you want to look at it from the document creator's perspective (what is the status of the documents I have sent to be signed).

But this can be configured in the account preferences.

SES signatures for commercial documents (offers, contracts, reports, invoices, etc.).

Eversign was precisely what I needed to quickly and easily share contracts with my clients. As a freelance copywriter, it is crucial to protect me and my clients with contracts. The ability to do it all digitally and have them available for reference quickly makes the entire process so much easier.

I'd like to be able to edit portions of the contract rather than having to upload new versions. My clients would also like to be able to comment/make suggestion to the contracts.

Honestly, not much.  It's pretty great.  Perhaps at minimum 10 free signings per month instead of 5

I can easly get people who are far away to sign doccuments.  No time-lag in waiting for doccuments to be sent to and fro to get signed.  Very handy.
