What do you like best about Teamcenter?

Teamceneter has been beneficial us because, with strong security and the option to restrict access when needed. Document management is straightforward and its easy to keep everything organied across the organization. The integration is especially helpful with Word, Excel and powerpoint and being able to update and save directly supports pur daily Implementation felt fast and it was easy for us to adapt. The workflows and integration I use have been useful as well. When I needed customer support, the team and we can integrate. The system shows different levels and we can integrate componets with NX, which I use frequently. Having all the crcucial data in one place makes decision making simpler. What do you dislike about Teamcenter?

For smaller teams, the pricing may feel a bit high. I’ve also noticed that cache changes seem to happen in the background, but aside from that, the workflow is smooth and easy to use. Teamcenter has made it easier for us to collaborate and resolve issues faster. Updates that used to be handled manually are now centralized and we can view project information in real time. The Microsoft integration is useful and customer support has been responsive and supportive whenever we need assistance . It also supports CAD and bills of materials, which simpllifiea the overall process and it helps us stay compliant through notifications and access controla. What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Integrating AI seamlessly into our CRM process has changed the game for us completly. There is no more need for tedious manual record keeping and logging, the new Agentforce AI-based system automates this part effortlessly.

I have found it very convenent to use the pipeline forecasting dashboards which offer real-time revenue forecasts to our management team with remarkable accuracy. The UI of this system is extremely user-friendly, moving from one customer interaction point to another is smooth.

What amazed me was the ease with which we integrated our Outlook and Slack system. All we had to do was click some buttons and data silos were eliminated instantly. What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Though the Agentforce AI functionalities offer great value for money, it's obvious that the prices offered by them are quite high. I have also observed that when syncing the data from other marketing tools, there is often some latency and the need to refresh the page. What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main issues we faced before implementing the platform were data fragmentation and admin dependency. Our agents spent too much time typing notes into different platforms, which made forecasting inaccurate and prevented proper follow-ups.

Agentforce Sales has fixed these issues through being our one and only smart source of truth. With Agentforce, all communications are automaticaly tracked and we see the right leads through intelligent lead scoring.

The most valuable result of implmentation is increased productivity of the whole team. Agentforce has eliminated our manual data entry process and improved our pipeline managment. Pipedrive solves the continuity of information within our team and prevents data loss during turnover - when someone leaves or a deal is handed over, the full history stays in one place. Concretely, it gives us constant, shared access to crucial client information so we can manage over 500 active clients effectively and plan follow-up actions without anything falling through the cracks. Since adopting it, our follow-up consistency has improved and we've cut the time spent on manual handover notes. This fluidity of information is the single biggest benefit for us.

What I like best about ZWCAD is that it is easy to use and works well with DWG files. As a Senior Project Engineer, I use it for reviewing and editing 2D engineering drawings, layouts, and manufacturing documents. The interface feels familiar, so there is very little learning curve. It opens large drawings quickly and runs smoothly even on standard office computers. It helps me make drawing revisions faster and collaborate easily with suppliers and team members without file compatibility issues. I use Close for everything sales related and it gives me visibility and clarity in my sales pipeline. I appreciate having a centralized place for all my leads with a clear view of every contact's history and actions taken. The transition from tools like HubSpot, which felt clunky and heavy, to Close has been refreshing as it provides an immediate and actionable view of each lead. I find it the best CRM for cold outreach en masse and lead generation. I really like the view and design of the tool; it feels very light to use. It's also very responsive and has tons of integrations. I love how it makes the brain fog of a heavy tool disappear and saves so much time navigating. What do you dislike about Designcenter Solid Edge?

Really sorry to say this, but in recent years, the problems are getting bigger and bigger. :-( We constantly have random errors every day where functions in Solid Edge don't work as they should. And Solid Edge crashes very often without being able to save. And worst of all: 85% of the tickets we report are closed by Siemens, without being investigated because all the errors appear per random and cannot be reproduced. Since 10 years they tell us: The crashes will be fixed with next version, but its never finished. What do you like best about EngageBay?

I've been using EngageBay for managing contacts and follow-ups, and the feature I probably use the most is the contact view. When I open a contact, I can quickly see previous emails, notes, tasks and activities without having to search around. It makes it much easier to remember where a conversation is left off.

The automation side has also been useful for me. I have a few workflows setup for follow-ups emails and task reminders, so I don't have to manually track every lead. What do you dislike about EngageBay?

What do you like best about Rillet?

Most software vendors treat feature requests as low-priority backlog items, if they track them at all. With Rillet, about 95% of what we've flagged has made it to production, which has genuinely changed how we think about the product relationship. The automations, integrations, and AI capabilities have also let us scale the finance function without adding headcount, so the resources we're not spending on hiring are going back into the business. What do you dislike about Rillet?

What used to require manual work or additional headcount now happens automatically, which has let us keep the team intentionally lean. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

ActiveCampaign made it easier for us to handle marketing automation and lead management in one place without a steep learning curve. We originally migrated from Mailchimp after needing stronger automation and CRM functionality for more detailed customer journeys. The workflow builder has been one of the most useful features for our team, especially for campaigns triggered by form activity and page visits. CRM syncing has worked well, reporting is practical, and the Google Analytics integration gives us better insight into campaign engagement and website behavior. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

As our automations became larger, the workspace started feeling harder to organize, especially with lots of tags, lists, and workflows running at the same time. Some integrations also needed extra setup through tools like Zapier when we wanted more customized workflows. Pricing was manageable early on, but costs increased noticeably once our contact lists scaled. Support was decent for common issues, although more technical questions sometimes took longer to resolve.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using ActiveCampaign we were handling email campaigns, lead nurturing and CRM follow-ups across separate systems, which created a lot of manual work and inconsistent tracking. ActiveCampaign helped centralize those processes through automation workflows tied to form submissions, page visits, and customer activity. It improved visibility between marketing and sales teams, reduced repetitive tasks and made campaign execution faster overall. The platform performance has been highly stable for us even when running our largest email campaign sends. The Google Analytics integration also helped us better understand engagement and conversion behavior, while the built in AI tools save some time during campaign setup by helping with subject lines and content suggestions. Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes. I’m very pleased with Stock.ly overall. We moved from a very out-of-date system last year, and as soon as we implemented Stock.ly, it started streamlining the way our business operates. “Smooth Transition with Sage Intacct: Easy Interface, Fast Reconciliations, Great Integrations”
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

The interface makes everything easier. When we migrated to Sage, I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to understand how it works, but the layout and navigation made the transition much smoother. I could find what I needed quickly and move through the system with ease.

For reconciliations, it has improved the process a lot—especially for my accounts receivable reconciliations, which are usually a lot to manage. With a single journal entry, everything was cleared up, and matching bank transactions to the relevant accounts became much more straightforward.

It also integrates easily with JP Morgan bank and with Bill.com, including Spend and Expense and AP. I also appreciate that the reports I need are generated easily—literally just one click away. During setup, we were given practice accounts to review and learn from without the risk of making serious mistakes. Overall, I honestly believe moving to Sage Intacct was a good move for my company because it integrates well with almost all the applications we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

It has not yet been able to integrate smoothly with Dental inteligence which was recommended prior to migrating to Sage intacct.That the only complaint l really have with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before migrating to sage intacct l had to manually do Accounts Receivable reconciliations which was time consuming since they made up majority of my bank transactions. Now with sage l don't have to do them individuall l just have to upload one journal and everything will clear up. This has honestly time saving and have reduced my workload by a lot. I do get to download my reports quicker no matter how big the document is. I have not been using it for long but so far it does seem worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
