The order entry, shipping, and customer portal are all quite cumbersome. Their "device hub" software for printing does not work on Macs so it is an annoying process to print packing slips and shipping labels.

I wish all of the order entry fields were visible at once instead of having to go through different tabs.

Some of the international shipping carrier integrations generate forms that could cause customs problems, we have brought this up to Acumatica and they don't seem to understand or care that they are incorrect.

The auto packaging function only takes total volume into account, (not length, width, and height) which is not useful unless you are shipping water or something that will conform to the box size...

The customer portal is very rudimentary, basically just a catalog. You can't see a photo of the product until you actually click on it, which can be confusing if you have multiple products with similar SKUs like we do. We are frm the DACH region and I would like to have a german-speaking support for the software for our collegues. Or german-speaking webinar-videos for the usecases for all of this functions.

The second thing that I have missed was a pre-defined setup for a business, that is related to individuals instead of companies. It took a lot of initial affords to rearrange all the Account / Contact - Structure of the programm for using pipeliner as CRM for "human" clients meanly and not for company-accounts. The customer-database ist totally clean since we use pipeliner. We have had so many Excel-Sheets, Access-Sheets and self created forms and files before. I don´t miss this time.

Product is good but in some cases partner do not provide proper solution, so before buying and using tally, you must ensue that you are engaging with a partner having good knowledge of tally, who will help you implement all the features of tally for your business.

I miss the knowledge base, how ever now they have prepared it, but the content need to be updated for a quicker solution.

You may get into trouble if you have a very Large amount of data to record in yours books of account.

The most substantial problem that Upchain solves for us is that it is an all-inclusive platform. It's PDM and PLM tools function within one seamless platform. There is not manual transmission of data or a third party software link needed to make all of your system work together properly. For us, it's more about being able to integrate our marketing outreach as well in a more cohesive manner. Adding more features that will help us have a holistic approach in reaching our customers and not relying on others (ie Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign) then that addition will definitely help a ton. Because currently our sales team and accounts team definitely find it valuable but I would also love to live in a day where the marketing team also heavily relies on it for our email outreach to potential customers/clients. Currently, it does suit a lot of small to medium businesses however if we're to recommend it to a growing company like ours, then additional features are definitely needed so Copper can cater to the needs of bigger businesses. I am solving multiple problems with the help of this crm starting from following up with the leads and if any of my employee leaves the job, I can easily allocate the leads that was taken care by them to other person in minutes and since this has got the facility to records the complete history of communication happened with the lead, it will be really easy for the new employee to take it further without having to start from the beginning.
