I've been using EngageBay for managing contacts and follow-ups, and the feature I probably use the most is the contact view. When I open a contact, I can quickly see previous emails, notes, tasks and activities without having to search around. It makes it much easier to remember where a conversation is left off.
The automation side has also been useful for me. I have a few workflows setup for follow-ups emails and task reminders, so I don't have to manually track every lead. The interface makes everything easier. When we migrated to Sage, I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to understand how it works, but the layout and navigation made the transition much smoother. I could find what I needed quickly and move through the system with ease.
For reconciliations, it has improved the process a lot—especially for my accounts receivable reconciliations, which are usually a lot to manage. With a single journal entry, everything was cleared up, and matching bank transactions to the relevant accounts became much more straightforward.
It also integrates easily with JP Morgan bank and with Bill.com, including Spend and Expense and AP. I also appreciate that the reports I need are generated easily—literally just one click away. During setup, we were given practice accounts to review and learn from without the risk of making serious mistakes.
