The richness of the product requires more serious support from Acumatica that we seem to have difficulty accessing, at times. We currently use Acumatica as our VAR, and they have structural issues that have led to a negative experience. The transition from Sage 100 was initially painful, taking 3 years to convert. As the default 2D drafting program, the DWG format is largely convertible for import into other programs. As a more limited in scope and capability program than BIM programs likes like Revit, the basic elements of the program can be taught with relative ease. I don't think there's anything that doesn't work well on Pipedrive. Probably the link with the calendar. The tool has constantly improved, what I don't like is that for changing the payment card you have to wait and there's no option for immediate payment. They do provide support, in your language, but I hope they soon add the option to load or change your card and be able to pay now, which would be a plus, while keeping the automatic processing option, just adding the pay now option. more diffusion of the tool is needed, I had already heard about it but what I have seen is that business owners or independent entrepreneurs would find the tool useful for their meta ads campaigns and for them to know that they can achieve the benefits, or come up with a basic plan especially for potential client forms on meta and lead automation via email. if they communicate that, there is a better business opportunity, although with limited functions they can attract clients who pay with a subscription like Canva. I’m very pleased with Stock.ly overall. We moved from a very out-of-date system last year, and as soon as we implemented Stock.ly, it started streamlining the way our business operates. The only issues I have ran into so far are crashes and the autosave function failing. At times, it will freeze up randomly even if there was no input into the program.
