The automation around purchasing and stock transfers saves real time, and having Shopify, courier and accounting integrations in one platform means we're not stitching tools together. Getting sales channels and customer/delivery records configured the right way isn't always obvious at first, and a few things are easier to do directly in the UI than via import. It replaced a setup of spreadsheets and a couple of disconnected systems that couldn't scale with us. We now have accurate multi-location stock, faster order processing for our wholesale and trade accounts, and far less manual admin across dispatch and purchasing. We evaluated platforms like Brightpearl and Orderwise and chose Stok.ly for the flexibility and the integrated approach. It has given us proper inventory control and automation as we've grown. Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes. Although we haven’t gone live yet, the onboarding process has been smooth, and the team has been responsive, approachable, and helpful throughout each stage. We were paying high costs for a level of support that no longer met our needs, which made it clear we needed a more reliable and responsive partner. The key challenge was finding a new system that could match the functionality we relied on without disrupting our operations. Stok.ly appears to offer the same depth of inventory and operational control, but with a more modern, flexible platform and a team that is far more supportive during the transition. The ease of all our inventory in one place, Stock is pushed up to our sales channels, 1 system does most of our work, and makes our lifes easier. Stok.ly takes away the need for another memeber of staff. Stock feeds from our suppliers are handled within Stok.ly making sure we dont oversell any products. Customer service could be improved, however over the past few months they have taken on baord everything we have said and have made changes, and since then it has got a lot better.
