The only feedback that we have had from clients is that some of the questions are very American. This can put candidates off. I have a few wishlist items:

- Ability to format emails and messages and add links

- It's challenging to scroll across the page from left to right if there are multiple stages. The only way I've found is to click on one of the stages and then use the left and right arrows.

- I wish there was a "hybrid" option for work location. Remote leads to employees who are out of the state and out of the country, but listing a specific city does not imply that we offer primarily WFH.

- I also wish there was a way to filter this better so that candidates cannot apply if they live outside the state.

- I used to be able to disqualify a candidate from the dashboard, but now a pop-up comes up and gets in the way, and the disqualify option is no longer an option.

- I wish that "fit" included meeting all qualifications including location and if the candidates lives in the city/state we are searching for.

iClicker is an educational software so I don't couch it as a 'business' solution - however it both motivates students to participate in class, it eases data collection of participation, it provides value in terms of learning outcomes and it facilitates instructors engaging in active learning.
