Before we introduced Testlify, one of the challenges we had was keeping candidate evaluations consistent across different departments, especially when hiring both academic and administrative roles.

Now, once candidates apply, we send out assessments as part of the initial screening stage. After they complete them, our team reviews the results and uses that to decide who should move forward to interviews. That process has made it easier to align hiring decisions across teams instead of relying only on resumes or individual judgment.

What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?

I find KINDERPEDIA really organized and easy to use, which makes my work easier. It's great for sorting attendance and ensuring files don't disappear. I love how it simplifies grade computation, something really important for us teachers. The software's uniqueness is amazing, making teachers' work much easier. Parent-teacher communication is also a standout, and it's great having a digital gradebook and performance tracking all in one place. Since everything I need is on KINDERPEDIA, I don't need any other tools. When it comes to hiring a genuine deserving candidate by filtering them from lots of other candidates, the main challenge was taking tests for skills assessments, especially for remote hiring, since it is not possible to take the tests from a physical examination centre, also if the candidate was allowed to give the test from home then there is possibility they may cheat, specially when today AI is there, but that is not possible with test gorilla as test gorilla ensures that when the test is going the camera should be turned on and the test happens in full screen thereby capturing the candidates photo while he is giving the test, so unbiased hiring for the right candidate always happens with use of testgorilla, also is saves us wastings hours of reading cv's. The platform has a homepage where colleagues can engage and get to know each other, we can post cute and quirky posts on our birthdays or anniversaries and the team can celebrate with us. We can keep track on the entire team cause we have a view of who's out and who's in, we can see brithdays and a whole lot more. The clean and colourful user interface is amazing, simplified and intuitive. The easy tutorial before the assessment also really helps. The guidance/ instructions are simple and clear and you are guided through the assessment at a relaxed pace. This takes a lot of pressure off the whole experience. Also, I started the assessment late at night, then felt too sleepy to continue and came back to it after 12 hours...I was able to pick up exactly where I had left. We’ve used the behavioral assessments and profiles to better understand how candidates and team members are naturally wired to work, which has helped with both hiring alignment and team collaboration.

From a performance standpoint, it’s been reliable and easy to use across teams, and onboarding new users has been fairly straightforward. What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?

If I had to point out a downside about Predictive Index, it would be that there can be a lot of information to digest, especially when you’re first getting familiar with the platform. Another challenge we ran into was around integrations. The assessment results didn’t directly integrate with our ATS, so it required extra manual steps to pull reports and share them with hiring managers for review. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did add some friction to the hiring workflow.

What do you like best about Sales Candidate Assessment?

The sales candidate assessment identifies the competencies that a candidate has relating to different aspects of the sales process. It is the only sales assessment tool that accurately predicts the success of a sales person. It measures the will to sell and the four parts that make up the "will to sell", which are desire, commitment, outlook and responsibility. The only feedback that we have had from clients is that some of the questions are very American. This can put candidates off. The candidate assessment supports those clients who don't have a robust recruitment process. They often keep making the same recruitment mistakes, which make it an expensive exercise. They are usually spending a great deal of time sifting cvs and then interviewing candidates.

By using the Sales Candidate Assessment, clients are only being presented with candidates who are fit for purpose. This vastly reduces the time, effort and investment in recruiting either a salesperson or a sales manager. It also allows for the interviews to be much more structured.
