## KINDERPEDIA Reviews
  ### 1. Kinderpedia: A Game-Changer for Organized Teaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlo M. | Math teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I find KINDERPEDIA really organized and easy to use, which makes my work easier. It's great for sorting attendance and ensuring files don't disappear. I love how it simplifies grade computation, something really important for us teachers. The software's uniqueness is amazing, making teachers' work much easier. Parent-teacher communication is also a standout, and it's great having a digital gradebook and performance tracking all in one place. Since everything I need is on KINDERPEDIA, I don't need any other tools. The transition from manual input to KINDERPEDIA was smooth, and it's comforting that I can access the system anywhere efficiently. Learning to use it was very easy, thanks to a colleague's help. I’d give KINDERPEDIA a perfect score of 10 because it's really awesome!

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

maybe if possible an offline access. adding offline functionality would also be great if some people cant access in the internet.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KINDERPEDIA organizes everything, making attendance and grading easy. It keeps files secure, facilitates parent-teacher communication, and centralizes tools, so I don't need anything else.

**Official Response from Evelina Necula:**

> Carlo,

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. It really means a lot.

We’re especially glad to hear that Kinderpedia helps you stay organised, simplifies grading and attendance, and brings everything you need into one place. Making teachers’ daily work easier and more connected is exactly what we aim for.

It’s also great to hear that the transition felt smooth and that you had support along the way. That kind of peer learning makes a big difference.

Thank you as well for mentioning offline access. It’s a very valuable suggestion, and we understand how important flexibility can be in different contexts.

We truly appreciate your trust and your kind words. 🙏

  ### 2. Kinderpedia: Seamless School Management with Comprehensive Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina M. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I love the schedule tables in Kinderpedia because they're convenient and easy to understand. The Gradebooks are nice, and I like having everything such as grades, lesson topics, and absences all in one place. I appreciate that I can view all the students once I complete a topic, which is very convenient. I use it as a messenger with parents, complete the gradebook, write comments, and share beautiful things on the feed. I like that Kinderpedia offers more tools like albums and new categories for incident and accident reports. The initial setup was the easiest.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

Everithing works well. There are a lot of features for teachers, parents and students.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kinderpedia's schedule tables and gradebooks are convenient and well-structured. I can see all the students and their data in one place. It's easy to message parents and share updates. The platform offers more tools, like albums and incident reporting, compared to what we used before.

  ### 3. Kinderpedia: User-Friendly, Easy Access, and Great Multilingual Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana V. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

Kinderpedia is easy to access, has a user-friendly and intuitive interface, and supports multiple languages—even for smaller countries like the Republic of Moldova. It also has a news feed where we can find out many interesting things happening in the school.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

I don’t like the attendance list in Kinderpedia. As a homeroom teacher, when I try to record absences using Kinderpedia, the row with the students’ names doesn’t stay visible. If I’m at the end of the list, I can’t see the names anymore, so I have to keep scrolling back to find the student and then again check the date they were absent.

I also don’t like that students don’t always see the homework when I post it in the homework section, instead of the news feed, which is what they are used to checking.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Also, as a homeroom teacher, I like that I can mark a student absent for multiple days at once and don’t have to go back in each time to enter it separately for every day.

  ### 4. How Kinderpedia Supports Teaching, Coordination, and Connection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anca c. | Academic Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

Working daily as both a teacher and an academic coordinator has shown me how much the quality of communication shapes a child’s experience at school. For me, Kinderpedia is not just a platform; it has become a true partner in my work with children and families.
Through it, I can share not only activities, but real moments of joy, growth, and discovery that truly matter. I love how it allows parents to feel close to their child’s day, even when they are not physically in the classroom. It makes our conversations richer, more transparent, and more meaningful, and it strengthens the trust between home and school.
What I find most useful is the possibility to combine observation, reflection, and communication in one place. Being able to share photos, notes, and feedback about a child’s development allows parents to better understand their learning journey, while also helping me, as a teacher, to be more reflective and intentional in my practice.
Kinderpedia reminds me every day that education is not just about results, but about relationships, connection, and shared care for each child.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

A downside of using Kinderpedia is that digital communication, no matter how thoughtful, can never fully replace real conversations. Some nuances of a child’s emotions, progress, or needs are best discussed face-to-face, and I sometimes worry that parents might feel they already “know everything” from the platform, when in reality, there is much more behind what we see in photos or short notes.
Overall, I see Kinderpedia as a powerful and helpful tool, but I believe it works best when it complements, rather than replaces, direct relationships, daily presence, and open dialogue between teachers and families.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in early education every day has shown me that some of our biggest challenges are not pedagogical; they are relational and organisational: keeping communication clear, keeping families informed, and keeping a meaningful record of each child’s journey without drowning in paperwork. This is where Kinderpedia has made a real difference for me.
As a teacher, Kinderpedia helps solve the gap between what happens in the classroom and what parents can see at home. It gives me a way to make learning visible, not just through reports, but through real moments, photos, observations, and reflections. This builds trust, reduces misunderstandings, and strengthens the partnership between home and school. Parents feel included rather than distant, and I feel supported rather than pressured to “explain everything” only at meetings.
As an academic coordinator, Kinderpedia also helps me see the bigger picture. I can follow children’s progress more coherently, support my team more effectively, and ensure that our educational approach is consistent, reflective, and child-centred across all groups. It allows me to monitor quality, not through control, but through meaningful documentation and dialogue.
From an administrative perspective, the benefits are equally important. Kinderpedia reduces the amount of scattered paperwork, emails, and fragmented communication. Attendance, daily reports, observations, and parent communication are all in one place, which saves time, brings clarity, and makes our processes more efficient and transparent. Instead of juggling multiple tools, we have one central platform that keeps everything organised and accessible.
For me, Kinderpedia is solving a very human problem: how to stay connected to children, to parents, and to our educational mission, in a structured, respectful, and meaningful way. It doesn’t replace relationships, but it supports them, and that is what makes it truly valuable in my work.

  ### 5. Simple, User-Friendly Tools for Tracking Progress and Parent Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina T. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

A large variety of tools for tracking students’ progress and parent communication. Fairly simple to use. Good user inter face on both mobile and desktop.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

- the quick messages functionality is lacking some functions, such as the reply directly within threads, inability to forward messages and copy others to a message that has already been sent out.
- the max 30 photos limit for uploads
- live chat messages always get lost and are easily mixed
- when grading using evidence , it’s not possible to add the same commet (observation) for all students all at once and I have to click on each student one by one.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parent communication is simplified; Grading is also fairly easy.

  ### 6. Effortless Communication and Assessment with Kinderpedia

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula T. | Principal Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I use KINDERPEDIA in the Maple Bear Kindergarten as an Academic Coordinator and it's very useful for check-in, keeping in touch with families, and assessing. The app on the phone is easy to use, and I don't have to spend much time explaining to parents how to use it. I really like the assessment section where I can write comments about the children's progression, and I can send messages to parents quickly. It's valuable for my whole school because we can complete assessments just by ticking outcomes and add comments or evidence if needed. As an Academic Coordinator, I really like that I can see in real time what the teachers complete and correct them if something is wrong. The initial setup was so easy because the app is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

I don't like that some features are available only on mobile, like uploading a video. I would like to add a post with a link and photo together, but currently I can only add a link and a photo in separate posts. I would also like to add a document and a photo.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use KINDERPEDIA for easy communication with parents and efficient assessment tracking. I love being able to send quick messages and monitor teachers' work in real-time, addressing errors immediately.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catalina R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I like the interface of KINDERPEDIA, and it helps with communication by allowing us to connect with parents based on groups. There's also the flexibility to choose if we want to communicate with just parents or include the students. I appreciate the feature where even if I don't know the names of the parents, I can simply select the students or class, and the parents will automatically be added to the message. Additionally, I like the incident and accident feature because of how easy it is to use. It’s also nice that KINDERPEDIA allows more functionality in one place as compared to the product we switched from.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

I cannot upload pictures in HEIC format directly from iPhone. Maybe improve the ability to share things on the newsfeed with just some parents.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KINDERPEDIA solves grading and communication with parents. I like the interface and the ability to communicate with specific groups like parents or students. It also simplifies incidents reporting.

The interface is easy to use, and I love the colors. I mostly use homework assignment, progress tracking, and communication with parents, as they help me stay organized and keep the learning process clear. The initial setup was very easy.

The time for video uploading sometimes takes much time.

**Reviewed by:** Eglė B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I find KINDERPEDIA very useful because I can easily find documents and information about the project 'Say Hello to the World.' My colleague and I share photos and videos of our activities with friends from other countries, which is great for collaborative projects. I appreciate how easy it is to use, even though I didn't personally plan meetings, I helped my colleague do it from her account, and that was straightforward. The activity calendar is a feature I really value; it allows me to effortlessly find meeting dates and know the exact starting hour, which is extremely helpful. I use KINDERPEDIA both on my computer and on my mobile phone, and the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

It's hard to understand if our friends from other country put media, because it's hard to find one

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloé Elsa P. | Professeure d'anglais, Coordinatrice Primaire, Membre Senior de Direction (SLT), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I use KINDERPEDIA to share newsletters, pictures of class activities, and homework with parents, as well as to communicate with them through the quick message option, which is our preferred communication method. I also appreciate how easy it makes communication, allowing me to share documents, pictures, links, etc. It's been intuitive and easy to switch to KINDERPEDIA from other LMS systems I've used, which I really liked.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

The live chat option is often confusing, and texts sent there often get 'lost' or unseen for some reason. I don't think it is useful, as there is already the quick chat channel; having two means of discussion is a bit confusing. I also don't like the "seen at 2pm06" option on quick chats, as parents get impatient if you don't reply right away after seeing the text.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use KINDERPEDIA to streamline communication with parents, share class photos, newsletters, and homework. It makes managing attendance and communication with families easier.

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I find KINDERPEDIA relatively easy to use, which is great for handling parent communication tasks. I make good use of the quick message feature because most of my work involves communicating with parents. I'm also keen to try out the new features available. The initial setup of KINDERPEDIA was quite easy, similar to other school-based communication platforms I've used.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

It would be really nice to add a feature where you could cc other people or add other people to the senders list when you receive a message, not just when you create one. There could also be something like a signature line so that new parents know who you are without having to explain who you are in every conversation. And, maybe some fixes for bugs.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use KINDERPEDIA for communicating with parents, handling attendance, grades, and reports. It's relatively easy to use, despite occasional bugs.

I really like the feed option. I really enjoy posting my classroom activities. I also like the multiple attendance feature- it saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

I really don’t like that each time I update something from the past it takes me to the current week, and it takes a while if I am not up to date, and I also made additional mistakes because of that.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like that it is a register and a social media app for the parents. I find this really cool. I also like the incidents/accidents report page, makes it so much easier to monitor and solve problems.

I find Kinderpedia a very useful tool, because it saves me time. I can easily access the interface between lessons. I needed support in the beginning of the year regarding using the app and I highly benefited from the explanations given. I have integrated Kinderpedia in my stack and it worked pretty well.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

I couldn't access it for a couple of days, which I find frustrating, but I reset the password and was able to access it.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes communication clear, organised, and transparent, while saving valuable time for both teachers and parents. I especially love how it supports daily updates, photos, messages, and important announcements in a professional yet friendly way.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

I would appreciate additional modules related to teachers, such as a check-in / check-out system for staff and a Parent-Teacher Conference scheduling module, which are currently not available. These features would greatly support daily operations and improve organization and communication within the school

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very clear, centralized communication between the school and families by bringing messages, announcements, photos, schedules, and updates into one platform.

  ### 20. Too Many Clicks—Needs a Unified Calendar and Grade/Absence Overview

**Reviewed by:** Simona S. | Music Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about KINDERPEDIA?**

I like that we have the possibility to chat with parent directly and we can report incidents.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**

To have a calendar with all the lessons, or maybe a chart, so that you wont have to click many times to get from one lesson to another. It is very complicated that you have to go from folder to folder and not have all the absences and grades in one chart.

**What problems is KINDERPEDIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with parents directly. Sharing media of what is happening in class.

**Official Response from Evelina Necula:**

> Simona,

Thank you for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

We’re glad to hear that the direct communication with parents and incident reporting are helpful for you. At the same time, we completely understand your frustration regarding navigation and the need for a more unified view of lessons, absences, and grades.

Your feedback is extremely valuable and aligns with ongoing improvements in our product roadmap focused on simplifying navigation and providing clearer, more consolidated views for teachers.

If you’re open to it, we would really appreciate the chance to connect with you and better understand your workflow. This would help us both support you more effectively and ensure we prioritise the right improvements.

Thank you again for helping us get better.

  ### 21. Needs Improvement on Communication & Usability

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristýna S. | Spisovatel na volné noze, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The wall feature is particularly something I enjoy, along with the albums for photos and direct messaging options.

I like KINDERPEDIA's phone app because it's easy to access. It allows me to keep evidences up to date without being tied to a computer, making it convenient as I move around the school.

**What do you dislike about KINDERPEDIA?**
