**What do you like best about TestoHire?**

TestoHire stands out for its user-friendly design and straightforward implementation process. We were able to integrate it seamlessly into our recruitment workflow with minimal setup time. We rely on it regularly throughout the hiring cycle. **What do you dislike about TestoHire?**

I have used it for a while now, and I don't remember there was something I disliked. Moreover, their tem is really reactive and keep responding to all our needs and requests.

**What do you like best about TestoHire?**

TestoHire is intuitive, powerful, and easy to implement. We were able to get started quickly without the need for lengthy onboarding or technical setup. The user interface is clean and simple, which made it easy for our team to create and manage assessments from day one. The platform is feature-rich—from AI-generated questions to soft skills analysis, TestoHire covers both technical and behavioral evaluation needs. It also supports multiple question types, time limits, and detailed result report.

Some of the advanced features take a bit of time to discover.

TestoHire helps us solve a major challenge in recruitment: objectively evaluating technical and soft skills before interviews. It eliminates the guesswork from early screening and saves time by filtering candidates with real data, not just resumes. Before using TestoHire, we struggled with inconsistent evaluations, subjective interviews, and too much time spent on unqualified profiles. **What do you like best about TestoHire?**

The pay as you go model is what I like the most. We just use TestoHire whenever we need, no string s attached! And the platform provides all the necessary features for assessments, automatic scoring, comprehensive reports, anti-cheating and instant billing, all with a clean UI, which makes it very easy to use even for non IT people. One more thing, their support team is very responsive and effective, you talk to people not robots, and that is what I really like. We use it often, not only when hiring, but also to assess the level of our employees, in order to schedule training sessions; after which, we do another assessment to see the impact. There is no question about it, Testohire, is the ultimate solution for us.

**What do you dislike about TestoHire?**

There is nothing I don't like in particular...

**What problems is TestoHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time, TestoHire let us use our time in what really matters. Instead of preparing quizzes and scheduling then going assessments, we just ask all the candidates to do the test, that we created in one minute with their AI, while we take care of other tasks. In the end, we get a comprehensive report with even recommendations and anti-cheating control result for each candidate; and a ranked list of candidates from which we can choose the best performing one to do interviews. So instead of tens and tens of interviews we just do at most 5.

**What do you like best about TestoHire?**

As a co-founder of a growing startup (Bipperz), I value tools that save time, reduce costs, and still maintain quality. TestoHire hits all three. The platform allows us to tailor technical and soft skills assessments without being experts in test creation. The facial detection for test integrity and the deep analytics make decision-making incredibly efficient. Their flexible, no-commitment pricing model is also a huge plus for early-stage companies.

**What do you dislike about TestoHire?**

Would love to see native integrations with popular applicant tracking systems and Slack — that would streamline our internal process even more. Other than that, everything works very smoothly.

**What problems is TestoHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to objectively assess developer skills at scale without spending days on manual screening. TestoHire automates that entire layer for us. It’s helping us hire with confidence, save around 60% of time in candidate evaluation, and ensures we’re not relying solely on CVs or gut feeling.

I can't think of something that I really don't like about it

**What problems is TestoHire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestoHire provides AI generated questions, for roles that require technologies and knowledge you don't really master, it assesses hard and soft skills, and that's really good, in one test we could test both with very precise anti-cheating features. Then it provides very clear reports that helped us decide immediately who are the candidates we want to meet one to one. The whole experience was really smooth, and it helped us reduce the time dedicated to the preliminary assessments phase by at least half. Oh, one more thing, loved the fact that candidates, could give their feedback about the whole experience too, our candidates really appreciated that!

Some integrations could be expanded further to cover niche tools we use, but this is a minor point compared to the value we get.

The whole process is super smooth and easy to follow. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the dashboard gives you exactly what you need without any clutter. What really makes it shine is the AI—it helps you come up with interview questions, which saves a ton of time and effort.

Honestly, nothing so far. Just make sure your needs match their target audience, and you’re good to go.

Creating quizzes is super easy with TestoHire, and the built-in anti-cheat features are a big plus—they help make sure candidates are playing by the rules. I don’t have to waste time planning everything manually or chasing candidates anymore. The whole process is automated: scheduling, assessments, and results are all handled within the platform. That means I can focus on reviewing top candidates instead of getting bogged down in admin work. It’s a huge time-saver, especially if you’re running the show solo.

It helps filtering the candidates based on actual skills and not CVs, which makes the assessment process faster and more reliable. In fact, instead of making one to one calls with the good fits based on CVs, I can now with TestoHire, make one to one calls with the top 3 or 5, based on tested skills... and that is a game changer

The "launch" of the various selection phases. Their schedule is set by the recruiters. However, at least preliminary approval is required before starting a phase. INEVITABLE
