Original Information
“I've tried several other platforms and have come back to Syncro.”
What do you like best about Syncro?

Synchro is a complete product. With helpful integrations, and although other products maybe more integrated, Synchro definitely gets the job done at a reasonable price. With helpful tech support, and without it being overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncro?

I think their reporting system could still use improvement. And integration with other products could be more complete. Especially with products such as IT Glue which it only partially integrates with (the PSA side does, but the RMM doesn't). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, (several years ago) I was not thrilled with their remote support tool. Since then, they have added Splashtop which is an acceptable and better alternative to their original offering. However, I still find that the extra cost of using Screenconnect is worth it especially since much of our work is done through the remote support tool. We are very hands on with our customers and they like it when we can remote into their computers, and start fixing the issue they are having in less than a minute. This connection time is roughly the same for the Splashtop product, their internal tool (which you can still use and which we find very helpful sometimes) as well as Screenconnect. “Power Automate Streamlined Our AWS Governance and Account Workflows”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

Power Automate makes it incredibly easy to orchestrate workflows across our AWS account‑tracking process, automating notifications, approvals, and data updates without custom scripting.

Power Automate has reduced manual coordination across our AWS footprint, improved data consistency, and created a predictable workflow for capturing account‑level information. It saves time, enforces governance, and keeps our cloud operations team aligned without needing custom automation or scripting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Power Automate can become slow or complex when orchestrating flows across hundreds of AWS accounts, especially when API calls stack up or connectors require custom handling. Debugging multi‑step flows isn’t always intuitive, and AWS integrations aren’t as seamless as Azure‑native connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Power Automate to streamline how build information is collected, validated, and synchronized across nearly 490 AWS accounts. It automates notifications, approvals, and data updates, removing manual follow‑ups and ensuring every account’s configuration stays accurate and up to date. “Autotask: Highly Capable Ticket, Project, and Billing Management Platform”
What do you like best about Autotask?

This is a highly capable ticket management platform with the capacity to track the assets which originate those tickets, provide history, bill labor using a variety of specified criteria, include expenses, and a whole lot more.

Even if you get nothing else from Kaseya, Autotask is the go-to for managing tickets, projects, contracts, quotes, and billing. Pretty much any way you need to use it, for any purpose, it's up to the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

This is a powerful product, and that means complexity. Anyone who tells you that "powerful" and "complex" don't walk hand-in-hand is trying to sell you something that likely won't meet your needs. With that in mind, the power of this platform will give you an indication of just how much you're going to need to understand to make it work properly.

If you don't take the time to fully understand and set the product up properly, and this will require quite a bit of that time, you're going to dislike the result. The faster you get into it and "just start using it," the faster you're going to make a mess that will take several times as long as it should to sort out and correct.

Paid onboarding/setup services are available. If you don't have a lot of tolerance for reading documentation, watching technical videos, or you don't have a truly firm grasp of your organization's workflows (to include finance, if you'll be billing with this product), then you'll definitely want to task someone else with doing this for you, and Kaseya offer services with a price tag commensurate with the amount of work you don't want to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Autotask manages the records of every system we touch, for any reason, along with billing and internal time tracking. It gives incredible flexibility, and provides scripted automations to which you can add to assist with your own workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Working with BigTime as a Consultant Client”
What do you like best about BigTime?

Keeping track of expenses and input in relations to invoicing. Being able to see when we are going over an original amount on a jobs original balance. We also like the tracking of what has been invoiced what can be closed out, earnings. Also being able to add to the job, not having to create multiple jobs for the same area or client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

Not being able to attach documents to the jobs created. We are currently looking at different integrations to use, that will help us in transferring over job information which will help in the error of job set up. We have documents as in proposals, drawings, purchase order receipts if those items were able to be saved under the job itself would help in errors for inputing the details of the job and purchase orders for the job itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping as I mentioned before in expense management, billing, and project management. Really helps us see how our budget for each project is being distributed and how we can improve on certain areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple, All-in-One HR Self-Service That Saves Time”
What do you like best about Keka?

Keka is a simple and easy-to-use tool that helps employees manage their basic work related tasks. Instead of contacting HR for everything, employees can apply for leave, check attendance. It saves time and reduce confusion because everything is available in one place. The platform is easy to understand, even for someone who is not very technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Keka tries to make HR work easier, but form an employee's side, the experience isn't always smooth. Sometimes the system feels slow, especially during payroll days when everyone logs in at same time. A few features can be confusing for first time users, and without proper guidance, it may take some time to understand where everything is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keka mainly solves the problem of messy and manual HR management in our companies. Keka brings everything into one system. It automatically calculates salaries, tracks attendance and leave in real time, stores employee data securely. This makes the process easier, faster, and more organized for everyone. “Straightforward, User-Friendly Time Tracking That Makes Logging Hours Fast”
What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

It’s a convenient platform for logging our hours. It’s easy to manage and simple to enter time, and the best part is that we can copy last week’s row to add hours quickly. Overall, it feels straightforward to use, and the UI looks pretty good and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

I haven’t found any real downsides to Ruddr yet. The only parts that felt least helpful for me were the reporting and “my tasks” options, mainly because I haven’t used them. Other than that, everything I have used so far has been quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ruddr Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our case, Ruddr is used mostly for time tracking, and it provides an easy, time-saving way to add hours instead of relying on manual entries. The best part for me is being able to copy last week’s time entries, which makes filling out the timesheet much faster. Ruddr’s professional services automation also works well, it sends automated reminders to complete timesheets, and the auto-submit automation is quite good too. It actually helped me once when I logged my hours but forgot to submit, Ruddr auto-submitted the timesheet for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“AuraQuantic Brings Peace of Mind with Real-Time Process Visibility”
What do you like best about AuraQuantic?

The best thing about AuraQuantic is the “peace of mind” factor.

Instead of chasing people for updates or digging through emails, you can see your business pulse in real time. It feels like having a clear window into every moving part of the company: you know exactly where a process stands, who’s handling it, and how it’s flowing at that very moment.

It takes that “I hope everything is okay” anxiety and replaces it with the calm that comes from watching things run live. It’s not just data; it’s the satisfaction of seeing your vision actually moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AuraQuantic?

It’s a high-performance engine. Because it’s so deep and capable of handling complex, global operations, you can’t just “guess” your way through it on day one. It takes some real mental effort to get up to speed, and it definitely stretches your brain at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AuraQuantic solving and how is that benefiting you?

AuraQuantic has been a real lifesaver for our university. We used to spend an exhausting amount of time chasing tuition fees and tracking down academic records, and it turned that manual headache into a live, breathing system that actually keeps up with us.

Solving the Chaos: It took our constant “where is that payment?” stress and replaced it with a real-time dashboard. Instead of scrambling for updates, we can see what’s happening as it happens, and it genuinely feels like the business can run itself.

Implementation & Integration: It’s like the “connective tissue” for our older campus systems. It plugged in smoothly and started bringing our data together in a way that made sense almost immediately.

The Daily Feel: We use it all the time. Once you get past the initial “brain-stretch” of learning the deeper features, it becomes second nature. It’s powerful, so it takes a bit to master, but that’s also because it respects how complex a university environment really is.

Support: Their team doesn’t feel like a “help desk”; they feel like partners who genuinely want us to succeed and who stay engaged when we need them.

The Bottom Line: It’s moved us from “hoping everything is okay” to actually seeing it happen live. It’s the peace of mind we didn’t realize we were missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible, Intuitive, and Data-Driven—VOGSY Exceeds Expectations”
What do you like best about VOGSY?

I’ve personally used VOGSY for the initial setup, and now for the ongoing back office configuration and data analysis phases.

From the very beginning, onboarding was smooth and intuitive, we always received prompt support from the VOGSY team, and in a short time we were able to get fully operational and help roll it out internally.

In terms of ongoing back office configuration, I appreciate how flexible VOGSY is, it adapts well to our realities, the flexibility it offers allows us to refine configurations continuously as our needs evolve.

On the data analytics side, the integration with Google BigQuery has been a major advantage. The data stays automatically updated, and I can leverage Power BI to build dashboards easily, useful both for high-level reporting (e.g. management or board) and for operational teams on the ground. The combination gives me the confidence that we always have accurate, up-to-date insights tailored to different stakeholder needs.

Overall, from my personal viewpoint, VOGSY has delivered on flexibility, ease-of-use and data-driven insight. I recommend it to others looking for a tool that grows with their operations, from setup to configuration to analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VOGSY?

At this point, I don’t have any significant drawbacks to highlight. Any minor limitations encountered have been contextual or easily addressed through configuration or with the support of the VOGSY team, and none have had a meaningful impact on day-to-day usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VOGSY solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched from an internally implemented tool because the costs of maintaining and evolving it were becoming too high, and it was not possible to keep up with market changes effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Emakin within BPM Platforms”
What do you like best about Emakin?

After more than two years of hands-on usage, the biggest strength of Emakin is how well it balances low-code speed with developer-level control. The process designer is mature and stable for modeling complex workflows including conditional routing, SLA handling, and escalation scenarios.

From a technical side, the REST API layer is robust and well-structured, making integrations with ERP, CRM, and custom microservices straightforward. The ability to extend workflows with scripts and business rules allows us to handle advanced scenarios without breaking the low-code experience.

The platform is also very reliable in production, even under high process volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emakin?

The platform offers many advanced capabilities, which can make onboarding slower for new developers. While the form designer is powerful, very complex UI behavior sometimes requires custom scripting rather than pure configuration.

Some performance tuning options could be more visible in the admin interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emakin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Emakin enables us to digitize and automate end-to-end business processes that previously required heavy custom development. We replaced manual approvals, email-driven workflows, and fragmented systems with centralized automated processes.

This resulted in:

-Faster process delivery

-Reduced maintenance effort

-Better auditability and compliance

-Easier integration between enterprise systems

Overall, it allowed our development team to focus on higher-value features instead of repetitive workflow coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The most customizable and versatile solution we have ever used”
What do you like best about Cotalker?

The platform's ability to adapt to the real needs, problems, challenges, and requirements of clients is far above what we have seen in the market, as it has an absolute capacity to translate the client's issues into flows, customized instances of automation resolution, visualization, and process adoption among others. The truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by the tool, the team behind it, its robustness, and above all, how it is capable of centralizing multiple processes-problems-requirements into a single entity-platform, it is truly amazing, and for this reason, we have dedicated a special unit and vertical to sell and offer CoTalker, along with certifying people from our team to implement, provide support, and conduct pre and post-sales. Without a doubt, we are fans of CoTalker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cotalker?

The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. What do you like best about Projectworks?

Projectworks helps me run delivery with less firefighting. The resource planner and live forecasts let me confirm team availability for upcoming sprints and enforce SLAs, so work moves from one owner to the next without gaps. I also like that invoicing pulls straight from timesheets, which shortens our ticket to bill cycle and reduces disputes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flowingly Keeps Processes Current and Teams Aligned Effortlessly”
What do you like best about Flowingly?

By nature, I find it challenging to create and follow process maps. In my experience, the typical static products available on the market tend to be used only once; after they are implemented, they are rarely revisited except when training a new person. As a result, these maps quickly become outdated as processes change. With Flowingly, however, the process map is actively used every time the process is carried out, allowing for ongoing, iterative updates. What truly stands out for us is its ability to ensure that everyone works consistently. We always know the current status of any project/process, and since most of our teams consist of just one person, if someone is unexpectedly away, anyone else can easily see their progress and what tasks remain. I also love the community of sharing - were are so busy across the sector sharing processes with each other not only cuts done significant time but also allows us to collectively brainstorm and imporve the way we all work. What do you dislike about Flowingly?

There are very few downsides overall. If I had to mention one, it would be that introducing any new process can present some challenges, mainly related to change management and those individuals who are more resistant to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowingly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's hard to know where to start, but one of the biggest advantages has been the resilience provided by one-person functions, especially since we can reassign flows as needed. This has been a huge benefit as it ensures that if someone is out sick, any workflows they were handling can be picked up seamlessly by another colleague. The consistency in how tasks are approached has also made a significant difference, reducing both time and frustration while improving our overall delivery. Multi-activity and multi-person workflows are now well tracked, with clear deadlines for actions and helpful nudges when needed. Training new or supporting staff has become much easier, as the clarity within the process flow leaves little room for steps to be forgotten, making the learning experience smoother for everyone involved. “Effortless Workflow Management with Intuitive UI”
What do you like best about Cflow?

What I like best about Cflow is how easy it makes managing day to day workflows. We handle lot of approvals and internal requests, and Cflow keeps everything organized in one place. The setup is simple, UI is clean, and even non tech team members can use it without much help. Once workflows are live, it saves a lot of manual follow ups and time, which is really helpful in a fast moving work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cflow?

There is nothing major to dislike, but sometimes advanced workflow customization feels a bit limited. The first time setup also takes some time to understand properly. Apart from that, it works smoothly and does what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cflow is solving the problem of scattered approvals and untracked internal requests. Earlier many things were happening on emails and chats which caused delays and confusion. With Cflow, everything is structured and easy to track. It helped us improve coordination between teams, reduced follow ups, and made sure tasks are completed on time. This is really helpful for managing SEO and content related work where timelines matter a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
