Original Information
“The best no-code AI powered automation platform to streamline workflows and boost productivity”
What do you like best about Zapier?

I am still incredibly happy with Zapier, and they have certainly improved the integrations. Zapier Copilot is what we use most. No more sifting through emails manually and answering tedious quote requests; everything gets done for you. You just set the rules, the do's and don'ts. It connects seamlessly to all the apps our team uses: Gmail, Drive, Google Calendar, Sheets, Forms, Docs, and Stripe, and best of all, Zapier connects to ChatGPT and thousands of more apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I still have a bit of an issue with the cost, but it can actually be worth it when you realise the hours you gain from all the automated workflows. Once you have the hang of it, it's pretty impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI Workflows feature enables the creation of advanced automations using logic, filters, and multi-step actions. For example, you can set up autonomous agents that react to specific triggers and carry out tasks—such as automatically sending an email with our price catalog and notifying me whenever a quote request form is submitted on our website. This has proven to be a significant time saver. Additionally, it's possible to build internal tools and dashboards without any coding, allowing for collaborative planning and visualization of automations. Most importantly, the platform offers secure and compliant automation, making it suitable for large teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Accessible Anywhere with Reports I Rely On”
What do you like best about BigTime?

I like that BigTime is accessible from anywhere, so I can record my time wherever I happen to be working. The reports are the part I rely on most. They let me reconcile the hours I've recorded, which means I'm not going back to make corrections at the end of the month. It's also a direct way to report my activities to management and accounting, so everyone is working from the same information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

Nothing really stands out as a drawback for me. I mainly use BigTime to record my time and pull reports, and in that part of the product I haven't run into anything that slows me down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps my time records accurate and easy to check as I go, so I'm not fi xing entries at the end of the month. It also gives management and accounting a direct view of what I've been working on, which keeps reporting simple. Being able to get to it from anywhere means my time actually gets logged when the work happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Tool Integration and Intuitive Setup”
What do you like best about Syncro?

I really like that Syncro can be integrated into many tools that I already own as a business, like Domotz and Hudu. I appreciate how I can customize the worksheets to help employees follow a set of instructions, and I find the batch scripts helpful because they allow me to install the same program on many computers with just a click, which saves time. I also like that it's capable of working with AI tools like Claude, making documentation about reports or incidents consistent and helping employees apply it consistently. Additionally, the initial setup of Syncro was pretty easy, especially when adding new users, as it was intuitive for them to create their credentials. Granting access to the platform was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncro?

The fact that the worksheets don't always attach to the type of ticket they belong to is a bit frustrating. I have to manually attach them with tickets like onboardings. It would be better if we could create a ticket type and have the worksheet applied directly to that type of ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Syncro to keep billing, devices, and service requests in order, handling billing by logged hours efficiently. It integrates well with tools like Domotz and Hudu, automating ticket creation and tracking client information precisely. Batch scripts save time, and AI tools aid in consistent documentation and analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Breath of Fresh Air: Fast, Fluid, Industry-Savvy Autotask Experience”
What do you like best about Autotask?

Coming from ConnectWise Manage, Autotask has been a breath of fresh air for me. Performance has been excellent, and the overall user experience feels much more fluid—like it was designed by people who have actually worked in this industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

This isn’t really a negative, but the AI isn’t quite up to par yet. That seems to be a common theme across nearly all vendors that include AI components. We’re still working to fine-tune how AI can best improve our workflows and customer experience, while also trying to balance the seemingly impossible task of forecasting costs accurately. I’m confident it will continue to mature and improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrated Customer Billing is helping reduce the heavy burden of reconciling tools with contracts. For example, I have a customer with 100 workstations in the contract, but the RMM shows 115 devices. In the past, this always had to be investigated manually. Now I can sync those numbers directly to the contract items. This single use case alone has saved us a massive amount of man-hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Excellent Timesheets and Centralized Project Info, Backed by Great Onboarding”
What do you like best about CMap?

Brings a lot of project information into one place. The timesheet features are just excellent.

Kyle Lawton's onboarding sessions were also excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the platform practically, making it easy to understand the core functionality and how it could be applied within our business. Despite some adoption challenges, the onboarding experience itself was very positive and well delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CMap?

One challenge has been getting everyone to use CMap consistently. We still rely on other tools in parallel, so some information ends up spread across different systems. As a result, I don't think we're making full use of what CMap can do yet.

There is also a bit of a learning curve at the start, particularly for new users, but that becomes easier with use and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CMap solving and how is that benefiting you?

CMap is helping us bring project information, resource planning, timesheets, and reporting into one place. It gives better visibility of who is working on what, helps identify workload issues, and makes project tracking easier.

For me personally, it has made it easier to record time against projects, track where effort is being spent, and understand resource allocation across the business without having to ask multiple people for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy, Code-Light Automation That Fits Perfectly in the Microsoft Ecosystem”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I like most is that it lets me automate repetitive tasks without having to write much code. There are plenty of ready-made connectors, so it’s straightforward to build workflows between Microsoft applications and other services. Automations like sending notifications, updating files, moving data, or triggering actions automatically can save a lot of manual effort.

I also appreciate how well it fits into the Microsoft ecosystem. Since I already use tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Microsoft services, creating workflows between them feels natural. The interface is easy to follow, and once you’ve built a couple of flows, putting together new ones becomes much faster.

Copilot is another helpful addition. It can generate flows from simple descriptions and suggest improvements, which comes in handy when I’m trying to automate something quickly or when I’m learning a new workflow. I still review everything before using it, but it definitely helps speed things up.

Overall, it’s a solid tool for cutting down on repetitive work and improving productivity without needing deep development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I don’t have any major issues with it, but there is a bit of a learning curve as workflows get more complex. Simple automations are easy to build; however, once you start adding multiple conditions, approvals, or integrations, it takes some time to understand how everything fits together.

When a flow fails, troubleshooting can also mean digging through the run history to pinpoint exactly where the problem occurred. It’s not especially difficult, but clearer error messages would make debugging faster and more straightforward.

Other than that, it’s been a reliable tool and has worked well for the automation scenarios I’ve explored so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps cut down on repetitive manual work by automating tasks that would otherwise have to be done again and again. Rather than manually moving information between applications, sending routine notifications, or updating files, workflows can take care of those activities automatically.

From my perspective, it also creates opportunities to automate team processes such as approvals, reporting, and other day-to-day activities using tools that are already part of the Microsoft ecosystem. This saves time, reduces the chance of manual mistakes, and lets people focus on more valuable work instead of routine tasks.

The biggest benefit is that once a workflow is set up, it keeps running consistently without needing constant attention. That improves productivity and makes everyday work noticeably more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive Tool for Faster Candidate Email Updates”
What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I use Jotform Workflows to manage and screen candidate applications for my partner company. The interface is incredibly simple and intuitive to learn. All the options and settings you need are always right in front of you without a steep learning curve.

When it comes to performance, the platform is highly reliable and handles heavy application volumes smoothly. Automated actions and conditional routing trigger instantly upon form submission without any lagging or processing delays.

The AI assistant feature is a massive help for making quick modifications or asking for information, keeping the experience consistent with other Jotform products. One specific feature I appreciate is the ability to fully customize outgoing emails using HTML. The AI assistant can even design the HTML email layout for me, which saves a lot of manual coding time.

The workflow flexibility is excellent, especially the conditional branches and the approval capabilities. It lets me review an application directly from an email on my phone. If a specific email needs to go out to an applicant, I can simply click "Approve" or "Deny" right from my mobile inbox. I do not have to open my laptop or log into a heavy platform because I can manage the queue seamlessly on the go. The vertical block layout also makes it easy to visualize exactly how the applicant travels from the submission starting point down to the final notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Heads-up: This feedback is based on my hands-on navigation so far. I am still figuring out existing workarounds if they are available.

My primary challenge is with scheduling and data integration. I wanted a scheduled starting point that reads specific columns from an existing Jotform form to trigger conditional emails. However, the system does not let me select a form that is already tied to a form-started workflow. There should be a direct way to trigger scheduled actions based on existing submission data or connected Google Sheets columns.

Additionally, the Podo AI assistant struggled with these scheduling scenarios. It ran into multiple errors, had trouble generating the requested logic, and gave unclear troubleshooting instructions. The AI assistant needs deeper training on all integrations and conditional logic to prevent these hurdles. Because of this, I deleted my scheduled workflow for now.

Lastly, there is a disconnect between Jotform AI Agents and structural Jotform Workflows. I want an automated flow that triggers at the start of an AI chat. The agent could prompt structured, sequential screening questions before switching to a freestyle AI mode. Currently, keeping chat interactions organized within the main workflow logic is not seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform Workflows solves the bottleneck of manual candidate tracking. Instead of manually reviewing every single profile and copying data over, the platform uses a submitted form as a direct starting point to route applicants through conditional gates.

The biggest benefit to my recruiting setup is the mobility it provides. Being able to trigger custom email alerts like my Interview Invite Email via simple mobile inbox approvals allows me to keep the hiring pipeline moving rapidly from anywhere. It ensures high-potential candidates do not slip through the cracks while I am away from my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Strategic Platform for Scaling Customer Success”
What do you like best about Planhat?

Planhat strikes a great balance between power and usability. The UI is modern, intuitive, and easy for both new and experienced users to navigate, which helped drive adoption across our Customer Success organization. At the same time, the platform is flexible enough to support sophisticated health scoring, success planning, lifecycle management, and executive reporting.

The integrations are another major strength. We are able to bring together data from multiple systems to create a more complete picture of our customers, reducing the need to switch between tools throughout the day.

From a performance perspective, the platform is responsive and scales well across a large customer portfolio. Whether I'm preparing for an executive business review, reviewing account health, or identifying at-risk customers, the information I need is readily available.

Planhat also provides strong value for the investment. Compared to many enterprise Customer Success platforms, it delivers a robust feature set without the cost structure that can make larger platforms difficult to justify.

The onboarding experience and ongoing support have been excellent. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely interested in customer feedback. We've seen multiple product improvements over time based on customer input.

Finally, the company's investment in AI is particularly exciting. AI-driven summaries, insights, and automation help reduce administrative work and allow Customer Success Managers to spend more time focused on customers. I'm especially excited about the continued evolution of AI capabilities and would love to see even deeper integrations with tools like Microsoft Copilot in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

Deeper integrations and continued growth of the AI capabilities are the biggest opportunities for improvement. While Planhat integrates with many systems, there is still room to streamline data sharing and reduce manual effort between platforms. The AI functionality has improved significantly, but I would like to see tighter integration with tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automatically capture meeting insights, action items, and customer context without requiring additional manual steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Planhat solves the challenge of having customer data, engagement history, health metrics, success plans, and action items spread across multiple systems. By bringing everything into a single platform, it gives our Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams a shared view of the customer and helps ensure everyone is working from the same information.

For me personally, the biggest benefit is efficiency and visibility. Planhat allows me to quickly understand account health, identify risks, track customer goals, and prepare for executive conversations without spending hours gathering information from different tools. It has also helped us scale our Customer Success program, operate more proactively, and make more data-driven decisions across a large customer portfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Scalable low-code platform for managing diverse business processes”
What do you like best about Emakin?

Emakin provides a highly flexible low-code platform that allows us to manage a wide range of business processes in a centralized structure.

We actively use it for multiple workflows such as request management, document approvals, expense processes, travel requests, and ticket operations.

The ability to design and manage processes like:

Request & approval workflows (leave, travel, expense)

Ticket and demand management

Document and contract approval flows

Training and HR-related processes

Integration-driven operations

makes it a powerful platform for cross-departmental usage.

Another key strength is its integration capability. We can easily connect different systems and ensure seamless data flow between departments. The support team is also responsive and helpful, especially in complex cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emakin?

The platform has a learning curve, particularly for users without a technical background when building more advanced workflows.

Providing more ready-made templates (for common processes like expense, leave, approval flows) would significantly speed up adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emakin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Emakin, many of our processes were either manual or scattered across different systems.

Now, we manage a wide range of operations such as:

Demand and ticket processes

Expense and travel management

Document approval workflows

HR and training-related operations

in a centralized and structured way.

This has helped us:

Increase process visibility

Improve tracking and reporting

Accelerate response times

“Customer Collaboration and Internal Visibility with Kantata - 2 years in”
What do you like best about Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble)?

We are really starting to utilize the custom dashboard views through the Insights tool. The ability to create a custom view for a dashboard is valuable, increasing visiblity of performance for our team and also simplifying ongoing tasks like revenue recognition. We don't have a direct integration with our ERP to drive revenue recognition, so we used Insights to create a custom dashboard that pulls out all completed milestones that tie to revenue recognition and use that output to simplify our month end process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble)?

Integration with Hubspot continues to be a challenge. Due to the use of custom objects in Hubspot, the base Kantata connector tool does not work well. There is a new Kantata connector with increased capabilities available, but it comes with an increased subscription cost and not something we have budgeted at this time, so stuck with an inferior integration for the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kantata is solving our problem of visibility into project progress, team utilization, end-customer collaboration, and project financial tracking. Kantata allows us to see what work is upcoming and what staffing adjustments (hiring) are required to meet those demands. That benefits us by not overstaffing or understaffing, allowing us to optimize our costs while ensuring we can deliver for our end customers. In terms of project tracking, we can now track hours of effort executed against milestones and tasks within a project. This benefits us by providing data to take continuous improvement actions against. We can see what parts of the projects are taking longer than planned, where we may be getting stuck in our delivery process, and also what tasks/areas are taking way more effort than we had planned. “Flexible, Intuitive, and Data-Driven—VOGSY Exceeds Expectations”
What do you like best about VOGSY?

I’ve personally used VOGSY for the initial setup, and now for the ongoing back office configuration and data analysis phases.

From the very beginning, onboarding was smooth and intuitive, we always received prompt support from the VOGSY team, and in a short time we were able to get fully operational and help roll it out internally.

In terms of ongoing back office configuration, I appreciate how flexible VOGSY is, it adapts well to our realities, the flexibility it offers allows us to refine configurations continuously as our needs evolve.

On the data analytics side, the integration with Google BigQuery has been a major advantage. The data stays automatically updated, and I can leverage Power BI to build dashboards easily, useful both for high-level reporting (e.g. management or board) and for operational teams on the ground. The combination gives me the confidence that we always have accurate, up-to-date insights tailored to different stakeholder needs.

Overall, from my personal viewpoint, VOGSY has delivered on flexibility, ease-of-use and data-driven insight. I recommend it to others looking for a tool that grows with their operations, from setup to configuration to analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VOGSY?

At this point, I don’t have any significant drawbacks to highlight. Any minor limitations encountered have been contextual or easily addressed through configuration or with the support of the VOGSY team, and none have had a meaningful impact on day-to-day usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VOGSY solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched from an internally implemented tool because the costs of maintaining and evolving it were becoming too high, and it was not possible to keep up with market changes effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keka?

I really like Keka's user-friendly interface, which makes managing employees and IT assets simple and efficient. I appreciate how Keka keeps all employee and asset information in one place, making it easy to search, update, and manage records. The onboarding and offboarding workflows are well organized. As an end user from an IT administrative perspective, the platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the interface is well organized and straightforward to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

In the IT Asset Management section, I think it would be helpful to include more advanced asset-tracking features. Right now, the limited filtering and search options feel restrictive, and I also miss having customizable asset fields and more detailed reporting. Overall, these gaps make asset tracking and management more limiting than it needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The most customizable and versatile solution we have ever used”
What do you like best about Cotalker?

The platform's ability to adapt to the real needs, problems, challenges, and requirements of clients is far above what we have seen in the market, as it has an absolute capacity to translate the client's issues into flows, customized instances of automation resolution, visualization, and process adoption among others. The truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by the tool, the team behind it, its robustness, and above all, how it is capable of centralizing multiple processes-problems-requirements into a single entity-platform, it is truly amazing, and for this reason, we have dedicated a special unit and vertical to sell and offer CoTalker, along with certifying people from our team to implement, provide support, and conduct pre and post-sales. Without a doubt, we are fans of CoTalker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cotalker?

The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. What do you like best about Rocketlane?

I use Rocketlane to log my weekly timesheets and track the hours I spend on different projects. The procedure is straightforward and helps me ensure I complete my required forty-hour work week while accurately allocating time across multiple tasks and projects. I like that I can clearly see where my time has been spent, which makes reporting more organized and reduces the chances of missing entries. The clean and easy-to-navigate interface makes entering daily or weekly hours quick, hardly taking five to ten minutes, which is very useful. Rocketlane performs well for routine time logging, and from my experience, the platform is reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

I think one area that could be improved is making timesheet entry even faster, with additional shortcuts or bulk editing options, especially for users who log similar hours every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Powerful Tool for Visibility, Planning and Team Management”
What do you like best about Magnetic?

What I like most about Magnetic is that it brings everything into one place, making it easier to manage projects, briefs, deadlines, resources, budgets and timesheets. I particularly like the resource scheduling functionality because it gives me a clear view of who is busy, who has capacity and how workloads are distributed across the team.

I also find the visibility across projects very useful. I can quickly see what is happening on a job, who is responsible and where the project stands without having to constantly follow up with different people.

Another benefit for me is that it connects time and costs to projects, which helps me keep track of budgets and understand how efficiently we are using our resources.

Overall, I find Magnetic valuable because it gives me one central view of the work and makes it easier for me to stay organised, manage the team and keep projects moving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magnetic?

What I dislike about Magnetic is that it can sometimes feel too complicated and overwhelming, especially when you are trying to get something done quickly. There are quite a few steps and functions, and it can take time to navigate through everything.

I also feel that some of the reporting and information could be easier to access and interpret. At times, I have to go through several areas to get the information I need rather than having a simple overview.

Another frustration is that it can feel rigid in certain areas, where you have to work within the system rather than being able to customise it to the way our team works.

Overall, I think Magnetic is a powerful tool, but it could be simpler, more intuitive and more streamlined, particularly for people who use it every day and need to move quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Magnetic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Magnetic is solving the challenge of having to manage projects, resources, deadlines and budgets across different platforms. It gives me one central place to see what is happening across my projects and the team.

It also helps me manage workloads more effectively by giving me visibility of who is available, who is overloaded and where resources need to be moved. This makes it easier for me to plan ahead and allocate work.

Another benefit is having better visibility of project progress and costs. I can see where jobs are at and track time against projects, which helps me manage budgets and make better decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A very transparent data warehouse tool with low- and high code possibilities”
What do you like best about timextender?

Microsoft Fabric support has matured significantly: TimeXtender can now migrate existing solutions directly into Fabric Lakehouse without a rebuild, automatically generating the Spark notebooks from your existing visual, no-code data models (including things like Type 2 slowly changing dimensions). It also added Power BI Direct Lake Mode, so reports read straight from Delta tables for near real-time analytics without duplicating data or waiting on scheduled refreshes.

Big performance gains on file loading: the file-loading engine was rebuilt on streaming technology, so large CSV files that used to need ~20GB of RAM now process in about 25 minutes using roughly 100MB. Incremental loading was also extended to Parquet, XML, and JSON files, which cuts down repeated full loads.

New AI capabilities are rolling out: an MCP Server 2.0 lets tools like ChatGPT query your governed semantic models (with OAuth auth and support for Snowflake and Fabric alongside Azure SQL), and there's a newer "Xpilot Analytics" feature (currently in private preview) that lets users ask plain-language questions against governed semantic models rather than raw schemas, returning answers with visualizations and full SQL transparency.

The whole suite got consolidated into one modern, web-based platform: Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Enrichment, and Orchestration now live under a unified experience with dark mode, a redesigned navigation/portal, and Entra ID group support for access control — a real step up in day-to-day usability.

Data quality monitoring improved too: there are now dataset health scores that show quality trends across execution cycles, plus webhook notifications (including a Zapier integration) so quality exceptions can flow straight into tools like Jira instead of requiring someone to check a dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about timextender?

Documentation and learning curve: several users describe TimeXtender's documentation and knowledge base as unstructured and hard to search, and note that without completing the vendor's formal training, getting comfortable with concepts like RSD-files and more advanced transformations takes real time. This makes onboarding new team members slower than it needs to be.

Multi-developer collaboration and deployment: teams working on the same project report friction with version control and "code promotion" — everything in a development environment tends to need to move to production together, so you can't easily cherry-pick just the changes you want to release. Synchronization issues also crop up when multiple developers work in a project at the same time.

Coding assistance is thin: the built-in SQL editor lacks intellisense/autocomplete, and calling stored procedures or working with more advanced custom SQL scenarios isn't always clearly documented, so power users sometimes fall back to writing raw SQL outside the tool.

Error handling and stability on large datasets: some users note inconsistent or unclear error reporting when working with large data volumes, plus occasional reliability issues with features like external executables, which can make troubleshooting slower than expected.

Pace of feature rollout and roadmap visibility: a few of the newest capabilities (like full Microsoft Fabric integration and the new AI-driven "Xpilot Analytics" feature) are still in public/private preview rather than fully generally available, and some users would like clearer visibility into what's coming next and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is timextender solving and how is that benefiting you?

This benefit translates to swifter access to insights and enhanced decision-making capabilities.

Enhanced Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance: Challenge - Ensuring data quality, safeguarding data security, and maintaining regulatory compliance are paramount, yet they can be intricate challenges to tackle. Solution - TimeXtender incorporates features dedicated to data governance and compliance, streamlining the process of preserving data quality, monitoring changes, and adhering to regulatory obligations.
