What do you like best about Syncro?

Scripting things like new computer setups and installing third party software is very easy. As a one man shop with a break-fix/MSP hybrid model I also appreciate one flat fee, and not having to pay per seat. This makes it easy to throw a Syncro agent on all of my non-managed clients for basic monitoring and alerting, as well as ease of remote support in the future. What do you dislike about Syncro?

There are still numerous known issues that remain unresolved. While most of these problems do not impact me directly, it is somewhat troubling to see that they persist. Development on the RMM side appears to have slowed considerably, with more attention now being given to the PSA and integrations. What problems is Syncro solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I appreciate most about Power Automate is its new design and improved connectivity. The updated user interface makes it much easier to add blocks for connections and use them in a more intuitive way. I also value the Flow Checker, which alerts users to errors—this is an extremely helpful feature. In addition, the Flow Run viewer provides clear insights that make troubleshooting and monitoring much easier. The implementation of flows and their seamless integration with Power Apps have been especially beneficial, as I use Power Automate frequently alongside Power Apps. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I believe the AI implementation in Power Automate is very helpful. If a user encounters an error, it would be even more beneficial if the system could suggest appropriate AI tools or automatically recommend the required components. As an IT engineer in a busy MSP, Autotask has pretty much become one of the tools I rely on every day. It pulls together ticketing, time tracking, asset management and projects into one place, which definitely helps keep things organised when workloads get messy.

Easy enough to manage loads of tickets. Categories, quick notes, and automation make it simpler to prioritise and stay on top of things.

Great integrations

Works smoothly with Datto RMM, backup tools and other monitoring systems, so everything lands in one central spot. Cuts out a lot of duplication.

Decent reporting

The dashboards and reports are detailed and customisable, which helps when tracking SLAs or spotting recurring issues.

Solid project and asset tracking

Projects are easier to follow with milestones and dependencies, and asset info is stored neatly, which saves time when troubleshooting.

The thing I most dislike is that I feel some basic functionality is missing which can make more work than needed. For example, there is no bulk deletion of tasks - a simple checkbox would be great (Similar to what they have on the time entry one).

The main problem that Ruddr is solving is our resource management. Previously we were using a spreadsheet to do all resourcing which was open to human error and mistakes. Each team also did reousrcing differently which was a nightmare. With Ruddr, there is a uniform process and we can actually trust the data that we are getting from the platform.

I’ve personally used VOGSY for the initial setup, and now for the ongoing back office configuration and data analysis phases.

From the very beginning, onboarding was smooth and intuitive, we always received prompt support from the VOGSY team, and in a short time we were able to get fully operational and help roll it out internally.

In terms of ongoing back office configuration, I appreciate how flexible VOGSY is, it adapts well to our realities, the flexibility it offers allows us to refine configurations continuously as our needs evolve.

On the data analytics side, the integration with Google BigQuery has been a major advantage. The data stays automatically updated, and I can leverage Power BI to build dashboards easily, useful both for high-level reporting (e.g. management or board) and for operational teams on the ground. The combination gives me the confidence that we always have accurate, up-to-date insights tailored to different stakeholder needs.

The platform's ability to adapt to the real needs, problems, challenges, and requirements of clients is far above what we have seen in the market, as it has an absolute capacity to translate the client's issues into flows, customized instances of automation resolution, visualization, and process adoption among others. The truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by the tool, the team behind it, its robustness, and above all, how it is capable of centralizing multiple processes-problems-requirements into a single entity-platform, it is truly amazing, and for this reason, we have dedicated a special unit and vertical to sell and offer CoTalker, along with certifying people from our team to implement, provide support, and conduct pre and post-sales. The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. Scoro has been a valuable tool for me in several ways. For time management and planning, I rely on it instead of a traditional calendar, recording all my meetings, project deadlines, and any other time-sensitive tasks directly in Scoro.

When it comes to lead registration, I make sure to enter every new lead into Scoro and set reminders to follow up. Since adopting Scoro, I haven't forgotten a single lead.

Team collaboration has also improved significantly; since I started using Scoro, I haven't experienced any scheduling conflicts with my team. I can easily check when my colleagues are available or busy, and I can even see if the conference room is booked at the time I need it.
