Original Information
“I've tried several other platforms and have come back to Syncro.”
What do you like best about Syncro?

Synchro is a complete product. With helpful integrations, and although other products maybe more integrated, Synchro definitely gets the job done at a reasonable price. With helpful tech support, and without it being overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncro?

I think their reporting system could still use improvement. And integration with other products could be more complete. Especially with products such as IT Glue which it only partially integrates with (the PSA side does, but the RMM doesn't). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Syncro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, (several years ago) I was not thrilled with their remote support tool. Since then, they have added Splashtop which is an acceptable and better alternative to their original offering. However, I still find that the extra cost of using Screenconnect is worth it especially since much of our work is done through the remote support tool. We are very hands on with our customers and they like it when we can remote into their computers, and start fixing the issue they are having in less than a minute. This connection time is roughly the same for the Splashtop product, their internal tool (which you can still use and which we find very helpful sometimes) as well as Screenconnect. “Power Automate Makes API Automation Easy and Saves Countless Hours”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

Microsoft Power Automate has allowed me to use APIs and automate repetitive and mundane tasks without having really any technical training and this has saved me countless hours of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Since my organization uses the Google Suite of products, I do wish that those connectors had more features and while I generally like the new designer, I wish that it had more detailed error information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the last three years, my department has gone from 3 employees to just me, while the work that needs to be completed has remained the same. While there of course are some things that have fallen off of the to-do list, there is no way that I would be able to even remotely be able to keep up if it were not for the automations we have built. It also keeps our team more informed of what is being entered into the database so they can thank donors and keep data updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Straightforward Time Tracking and Strong Reporting for Independent Consultants”
What do you like best about BigTime?

I like how straightforward it is to use, especially for tracking time against specific deliverables. Being able to organize work by engagements makes it much easier to stay accurate and structured.

Running detailed timesheets each month as backup for invoicing is also very helpful.

Overall, the ease of use, strong reporting capabilities, and solid feature set make it a great fit for an independent consultant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime?

Nothing specific stands out as a major issue in my 4+ years of using BigTime. Overall, the platform works well for what I need and supports my workflow reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BigTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

Independent consultant working with multiple consulting firms requiring the ability to manage time accounting, invoicing, and management reporting.

It helps me keep accurate records of my time by deliverable, which makes invoicing much easier and more reliable. The ability to generate detailed timesheets also gives me clear documentation to support billing each month.

“One Tool for All Departments—Convenient and Streamlined”
What do you like best about Autotask?

I like that all departments and areas can be in 1 tool. Our counterparts in Australia currently use several tools where we can use 1 - it's very convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autotask?

Reporting could be better. I wish we had more control over some of the automated reports and the notifications that go out (I'd like to update some of the messages). More integrations to outside software would be great (like Microsoft projects). Resource forecasting is a challenge with current functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Autotask solving and how is that benefiting you?

Autotask allows us to use 1 tool for multiple areas and departments. That is the biggest benefit. Even though there are some other tools that might work better for Delivery teams (for example), having everything in 1 system is more beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Streamlined Notifications, Seamless Integrations”
What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I find Jotform Workflows incredibly useful for streamlining communication between Slack and Gmail. The integration is a huge time-saver, allowing me to automatically trigger notifications in Slack and send structured emails through Gmail without manual effort. I love that I can eliminate manual follow-ups, which vastly reduces errors and saves me time. The drag-and-drop workflow builder is intuitive and lets me set up workflows without spending time on complicated setups. Once configured, the automation is reliable and consistently delivers notifications and responses. Jotform Workflows has significantly reduced my repetitive manual tasks, giving me more time to focus on important work. I appreciate the flexibility to customize workflows for different scenarios, like notifying a Slack channel or sending structured email updates. Plus, it seamlessly integrates with the tools I use daily, making it feel like a natural extension of my workflow. The initial setup was smooth and easy, with the interface guiding me step-by-step, connecting Slack and Gmail workflows effortlessly. The automatic logging of form submissions into Google Sheets has made tracking and analyzing data much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Integration depth: While Slack and Gmail connections are solid, some advanced features (like formatting Slack messages with richer layouts or handling Gmail threading intelligently) feel limited. Learning curve for complex flows: Simple automations are easy, but when workflows involve multiple conditional branches, the interface can get a bit overwhelming. A more guided setup or visual cues would help. Notification management: Slack alerts are great, but without fine‑tuned controls, they can become noisy. More granular options for filtering or batching notifications would reduce clutter. Error handling transparency: If a workflow fails (say, due to a Gmail API hiccup), the error messages aren’t always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Jotform Workflows to streamline communication between Slack and Gmail, saving time and reducing errors. It automates notifications and emails, eliminating manual follow-ups and repetitive tasks. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, allowing easy customization, and it integrates seamlessly with tools I use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“One platform for all HR tasks - Recruitment, Payroll, Database, Appraisal, Leave+Asset management”
What do you like best about Keka?

Overall, Keka is a really good product.

We use Keka every day to monitor and manage various aspects of employee records. At a very competitive price, it offers plenty of features to work with.

Here’s what I like about Keka:

1. It allows us to post content, make announcements, and run polls within the platform.

2. Assets inventory: It’s very easy to manage and maintain an assets inventory database in Keka.

3. The remote clock-in feature is very promising. Since we are a remote-working company with flexible hours, we don’t use this feature, but it would be very helpful for teams that need to track employee time.

4. Hiring: From sourcing to hiring to onboarding, we do it all in Keka.

5. Surveys: It’s also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the organization.

6. Document repository: All employee-related e-documents can be stored in one place.

7. Our finance team has set up our tax modules in Keka, which makes filing taxes much easier.

8. Appraisals: It has a comprehensive and customizable appraisal system, and the module can be tailored to your requirements. The auto-generated appraisal letters are a lifesaver if you want to skip the manual work of creating them.

9. Leave management: An easy way to manage and track your own and your team’s leave.

10. Tickets: We use Keka to raise issues related to IT and expenses.

11. Customer support is very prompt in most cases. However, if you need special support, it can take some time to get through.

12. It’s also a very easy platform to navigate, and most modules are straightforward to use and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Overall, I do like Keka—it’s a really good HRMS.

Based on my requirements, there are a few things I don’t like:

1. Surveys: When we create surveys, the only option is to send them to the whole organization. It would be great to have the option to send surveys to specific people as well. I especially felt this need when trying to collect feedback through surveys for new joiners.

Update: this feature is added now, yeay!

2. Recruitment: There are two issues I face with Keka Hire. First, there isn’t an option to send trigger emails that are customized for each stage of the hiring process. Second, the email conversation we have with a candidate isn’t visible in Keka—we have to check Gmail to see the thread. This is a huge area for improvement.

3. Integrations: In our case, there are still a lot of missing product integrations—Slack, for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?

In summary here is what Keka helps us to manage:

1. Recruitment

2. Payroll

3. ATS for recruitment

4. Leave Management

5. Performance appraisal

6. Asset Management

7. Employee database

8. Engagement (Surveys, polls, announcements)

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

While Ruddr Professional Services Automation is generally easy to use, there are a few areas that could be improved. One limitation is the level of customization available in some parts of the platform. Organizations with complex workflows may find that certain configurations or custom reporting options are somewhat limited compared to more mature PSA too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ruddr Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team primarily relies on Ruddr for time tracking, project management, and resource planning. It gives us clear visibility into team utilization, project timelines, and revenue forecasts, which helps ensure projects stay on budget and resources are used effectively. “Flexible, Intuitive, and Data-Driven—VOGSY Exceeds Expectations”
What do you like best about VOGSY?

I’ve personally used VOGSY for the initial setup, and now for the ongoing back office configuration and data analysis phases.

From the very beginning, onboarding was smooth and intuitive, we always received prompt support from the VOGSY team, and in a short time we were able to get fully operational and help roll it out internally.

In terms of ongoing back office configuration, I appreciate how flexible VOGSY is, it adapts well to our realities, the flexibility it offers allows us to refine configurations continuously as our needs evolve.

On the data analytics side, the integration with Google BigQuery has been a major advantage. The data stays automatically updated, and I can leverage Power BI to build dashboards easily, useful both for high-level reporting (e.g. management or board) and for operational teams on the ground. The combination gives me the confidence that we always have accurate, up-to-date insights tailored to different stakeholder needs.

Overall, from my personal viewpoint, VOGSY has delivered on flexibility, ease-of-use and data-driven insight. I recommend it to others looking for a tool that grows with their operations, from setup to configuration to analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VOGSY?

At this point, I don’t have any significant drawbacks to highlight. Any minor limitations encountered have been contextual or easily addressed through configuration or with the support of the VOGSY team, and none have had a meaningful impact on day-to-day usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VOGSY solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Emakin within BPM Platforms”
What do you like best about Emakin?

After more than two years of hands-on usage, the biggest strength of Emakin is how well it balances low-code speed with developer-level control. The process designer is mature and stable for modeling complex workflows including conditional routing, SLA handling, and escalation scenarios.

From a technical side, the REST API layer is robust and well-structured, making integrations with ERP, CRM, and custom microservices straightforward. The ability to extend workflows with scripts and business rules allows us to handle advanced scenarios without breaking the low-code experience.

The platform is also very reliable in production, even under high process volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emakin?

The platform offers many advanced capabilities, which can make onboarding slower for new developers. While the form designer is powerful, very complex UI behavior sometimes requires custom scripting rather than pure configuration.

Some performance tuning options could be more visible in the admin interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emakin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Emakin enables us to digitize and automate end-to-end business processes that previously required heavy custom development. We replaced manual approvals, email-driven workflows, and fragmented systems with centralized automated processes.

This resulted in:

-Faster process delivery

-Reduced maintenance effort

-Better auditability and compliance

-Easier integration between enterprise systems

Overall, it allowed our development team to focus on higher-value features instead of repetitive workflow coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The most customizable and versatile solution we have ever used”
What do you like best about Cotalker?

The platform's ability to adapt to the real needs, problems, challenges, and requirements of clients is far above what we have seen in the market, as it has an absolute capacity to translate the client's issues into flows, customized instances of automation resolution, visualization, and process adoption among others. The truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by the tool, the team behind it, its robustness, and above all, how it is capable of centralizing multiple processes-problems-requirements into a single entity-platform, it is truly amazing, and for this reason, we have dedicated a special unit and vertical to sell and offer CoTalker, along with certifying people from our team to implement, provide support, and conduct pre and post-sales. Without a doubt, we are fans of CoTalker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cotalker?

The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. Since it is web-based, we can access it from anywhere, making our work more flexible. Plus, the customer support is always quick and helpful whenever we need assistance. What do you dislike about Projectworks?

One thing I would like to see improved with Projectworks is even more integrations with other tools we use. While it works well with tools like Salesforce, adding more options would make the data transfer even smoother. Sometimes, a little more customization in reports would also be helpful for our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Projectworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Projectworks has made managing projects much easier by bringing everything into one place. Instead of juggling multiple tools, we can handle everything from planning and tracking team workloads to managing budgets and creating invoices. The visual timelines help us spot any potential delays early, and the timesheet feature ensures accurate time tracking for invoicing. It also lets us quickly see if someone’s overwhelmed with work, allowing us to adjust before it becomes a problem. With budgeting and forecasting tools, we can stay on top of finances and plan for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Workflow Management with Intuitive UI”
What do you like best about Cflow?

What I like best about Cflow is how easy it makes managing day to day workflows. We handle lot of approvals and internal requests, and Cflow keeps everything organized in one place. The setup is simple, UI is clean, and even non tech team members can use it without much help. Once workflows are live, it saves a lot of manual follow ups and time, which is really helpful in a fast moving work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cflow?

There is nothing major to dislike, but sometimes advanced workflow customization feels a bit limited. The first time setup also takes some time to understand properly. Apart from that, it works smoothly and does what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cflow is solving the problem of scattered approvals and untracked internal requests. Earlier many things were happening on emails and chats which caused delays and confusion. With Cflow, everything is structured and easy to track. It helped us improve coordination between teams, reduced follow ups, and made sure tasks are completed on time. This is really helpful for managing SEO and content related work where timelines matter a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“Scoro for the win!”
What do you like best about Scoro?

We’ve used Scoro for over three years and remain very satisfied with its performance. It has improved efficiency across our team compared to our previous system. The ability to set detailed client information—such as categories, pricing in USD or CAD, and client-specific checklists—ensures accuracy and consistency from the quoting stage onward. Quotes can be created, approved, and automatically converted into projects with related tasks, saving significant time. Custom views for quotes, projects, and tasks make tracking progress straightforward and help us meet deadlines. We also value the ability to change project and quote statuses, allowing for an easy handoff to our payments team. Invoices can be generated and sent directly through Scoro, with automatic follow-ups for outstanding payments. The system also alerts us to overdue invoices when creating new quotes. We’re always impressed with the monthly updates and how Scoro continues to improve with thoughtful new features that reflect real user needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro was a bit of a challenge to set up initially as there are so many customizations. However, our onboarding specialist helped us navigate this step really well. It is worth going through to have Scoro work as you need it to for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scoro helps us streamline our entire workflow, from quoting to project delivery and invoicing - all within one system. Before Scoro, we spent extra time managing client details, tracking project progress, and following up on payments in separate tools. Now, quotes are easily converted into projects with defined tasks, ensuring all deliverables stay on track. The ability to manage project statuses, generate invoices directly, and automate follow-ups for outstanding payments has saved our team time and reduced errors. Having visibility across all stages of a job helps us stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency with every client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
