The truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by the tool, the team behind it, its robustness, and above all, how it is capable of centralizing multiple processes-problems-requirements into a single entity-platform, it is truly amazing, and for this reason, we have dedicated a special unit and vertical to sell and offer CoTalker, along with certifying people from our team to implement, provide support, and conduct pre and post-sales. Without a doubt, we are fans of CoTalker! **What do you dislike about Cotalker?** The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There is a need to enhance awareness, as many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "fights" shoulder to shoulder with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. What I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience) ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. **What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others. We could list the benefits on several pages and still run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform to any requirement. It often happens that in a briefing meeting, opportunity, or problem, there is never a time when we don't use CoTalker (regardless of the core of the problem) as a basis for the solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are deeply embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. ### 2. Additionally, the reports are available in the cloud, so we don't have to wait for the technician to send us the evidence through some other means. Cotalker does it quickly and easily. ### 3. This ease allows a non-senior user to make modifications without the need for a specialist. **What do you dislike about Cotalker?** Some names of the sections in the administrative panel, being IT, the understanding for some items is different "Link type groups", it's a matter of habit, nothing invalidating. **What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, the platform operates with a Hub that allows centralizing various client information from a single window across a variety of systems. The ease of integrations also allows for generating real added value, as having clear business rules enables it to join ecosystems like Microsoft Teams. ### 4. It is used to digitize all the organization's processes, and the adherence of people due to its APP is much higher compared to other platforms. **What do you dislike about Cotalker?** Oops, so far we have had very good experiences, maybe I would improve the colors a bit. **What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems it solves are: - Efficiency, as it improves the speed of processes, for example by digitizing documentation, handover, and all activities. - Communication, by having an interface similar to WhatsApp and an online chat, it improves communication among participants in each process. - Information asymmetry, it generates data in panels that allow real-time tracking of processes. - Errors, by automating, they decrease because only the necessary information to execute each task is presented and required. In summary, we have more efficiency, productivity, quality, information, and lower risks with the automation and digitization achieved by this platform. ### 5. Now, the operator is part of the platform and can report their incidents immediately. The contractor who solves the problem is notified instantly and can attend to the fault more quickly. All this generates reliable data on all activities and times to be more assertive in the maintenance strategy. ### 15.
