The product is fully featured, stable and highly reliable.  My company uses it every day to manage large and complex environments. The interface is quite intuitive and new staff pick it up quickly, easily and with minimal training.

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike about the product.

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Naverisk provides real time insights into the health of computer environments that we manage.  The instant remote control allows us to solve problems quickly and efficiently resulting in consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

We run the hosted solution and sometimes it requires you logout and re-login to have all features function

Device lifecycle management, software updates,  device performance monitoring.

Ticketing system is a little clunky but workable.

We have been using Naverisk for over 6 years in a small-medium business and love the ease of use. The client is lightweight and lets us manage device lifecycle, software updates, and monitor device performance. Automated alerts about device performance and storage helps us get on top of issues early. Would recommend to anyone in a Windows environment.

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

I've used them all since starting my MSP. Atera, Syncro, even Naverisk in it's early years.... I've been with N-Able for a while and for reasons I won't go into here, I decided to give Naverisk a trial. It didn't take me long to cancel N-Able and give Naverisk my money. It was a straightforward and easy decision. I'm self hosted, and the initial set up was very simple. I was up and running in around 30 minutes.
The portal is easy to navigate. The support is top-notch. Scripts ACTUALLY RUN when you want them to. Windows Updates also work, and is very configurable. The service desk is very easy to manage, and the automation rules just rock! The email conversation with the sales guy was easy without any pushy tactics or hidden agendas. The online community is also very involved, and it CEO is also there at Front Of House too.
Oh, and the BI Reporting..... Never seen anything so detailed....

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about Naverisk right now

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue I found with previous products is the fact that whatever you ask the platform to do, it's always Hit and Miss as to whether that actually happens. With Naverisk, I'm not worried. I set it off, or schedule the process, and I know it'll do it. I can just crack on with my day.

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

Most RMMs do the same or similar things including allowing managing devices, remote control, patching, creating, and running scheduled scripts, generating reports, generating tickets based on monitoring policies, integration with a PSA, etc.  We've used numerous RMMs in the past and none are perfect, including Naverisk, but we have always felt confident that Naverisk is a very secure system because we've not had any security issues.   With other RMMs, we've experienced unacceptable security issues which is why we moved to Naverisk 10 years ago.  We also improve security by hosting on our own platform and provide access to Naverisk via firewalls we fully control so can lock down access to the UK only. Naverisk is rather a technical platform, so it's not for everyone, but it's great for us because we are technical people.  Hosting on our down platform does require us to spend time on upgrades but we would rather have full control instead of relying on a third party.  Naverisk technical support is always helpful and resolves issues quickly and they have also helped us with creating scripts.  As an extra bonus, we get Arma backup too!

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

Very little.  We once had experience an issue with device IDs and Naverisk released a fix within a week.

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily automating as many tasks as we can including pathcing, restarting, ticketing, etc and also providing remote control when required.

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

Overall, the Naverisk system works well for our company, the service and automations make things easier for the technician and administrative staff.

As an administrative employee who uses the system daily, the pros of Navrisk is the layout and ease of use the reporting section is as it offers an easy way to monitor the work done by our technicians on a daily basis. Another pro is that the Naverisk team constantly works on development and updates to the system so there is always something new and better in the pipeline. 

The customer support is always very helpful and efficient, from general queries to implementation of the system and assistance with intergration with our other programs.

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

A con of the system would be that there are some sections that are a little complicated to work with and find. 

As someone who works directly with admin, it would benefit if the client profiles had a full overview on services per company listed in a easy to view manner as this would assist the technicians with knowing what services the client has assigned to them not just services that are assisgned to a user with an expiry date, but a full service overview so that technicians can get a full picture of the client profile at a glance. 

This may be a user error on my part but try as I might I cannot set this up (the system works well for clients that have remote support assigned but we cannot set up full client services on the system)

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Naverisk assists with ensuring that all jobs done for clients are documented and kept together in one centralised place, it also assists with monitoring the health of our clients PC's and creates tickets when there may be an error on said PC or server, this ensures that the PC's are always checked and helps prevent extended downtime for our clients.

Great ongoing  Support Team and training included , monitoring agent is realtime without the 15 min lags as many other systems, great reporting, bang for buck the most impressive cost effective solution for our requirements in SME space.The new mobile app is adding even more efficiencies.

Require more functionality to mobile app, and better customisation to ticketing system

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

Naverisk is easy to deploy and set up. We can onboard new devices within minutes and have all the client services running in no time. I also like the fact that we can use sripts to customize functions and task, which makes our lives easier. We have a great customer support backing, so that we never have to spend a rediculous amount of time figuring out how to accomplish something. We use this every day and it makes intergration into our other services and remoting on to client devices an absolute breeze.

I would have liked a slightly better ticketing layout, to make finding historic tickets easier.

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hardware monitoring makes it easy to make better recommendations for our clients. RMM allows us to run reports, automate certain tasks, create tickets easily, manage projects and give our clients a much better service and experience.

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

As someone who works with company administration, Naverisk has made reporting and administrative work much easier, the reports the system offers cover a variety of features and give us the option to monitor many aspects of the system. 

Naverisk's customer support is also very efficient and is always willing to assist even when the questions may be complicated and as the system is used on a daily basis,  this kind of support is very important. 

Naverisk also constantly works on developing and adding new features that make the system better and more user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

The ticket search feature can be a little clunky.

The system would benifit with a service overview that woould make it easier for technicians to see what services the company as a whole has assigned to it.

Navrisk assist us in creating a centralised place to not only assis our clients through patch deployment but also in monitoring and suport of our client base, this saves time an effort and frees us up to take on more work

Simple and Easy to use and understand. I use the software everyday. Customer Support always gets back to you quickly. We have not even used all the available features yet, but when we do start using them, things will get even better!

When remote support goes down, usually after an update, but gets fixed quite quickly!

It is not easy to find an old ticket that I had worked on before.

Monitoring function helps pick up issues with low storage or continous high utilization of resources like RAM CPU. These issues can be resolved before hardware failure.

The fact that at time we cannot use remote control, it doesnt always work but when it does it is stable.

It helps with keeping devices protected with patch management and i love the way they have now intergrated Eset AV into their system

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

Naverisk provides all the most needed tools in one place, Remote access, chat, patch management, Asset tracking, ticket management, monitoring alerts and more. It simplifies our job.

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

For the on-premise version we run, the upgrade procedure for the software could be better automated. The process is manual and bit long, but the staff does help immediately upon any issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Naverisk:**

While there are many alternatives, in the 30+ years of my IT experience, the staff at Naverisk have been one of the most responsive and helpful teams we have ever worked with as far as software goes.  While many "all-in-one" packages don't live up to the hyper, Naverisk is continually listening to it's partners and users and constantly making improvements. It has been a pleasure working with them and I have to say our success and growth has a lot do with the efficiency Naverisk gives us.

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

Naverisk allows for a very easy and intuitive way to control devices and ensure nothing is missed. I like the fact that you can display all devices and see with a single click what if any issues there are.

Not much, there could be better reporting but to be honest they are adequate what would be really handy is a month end client report that looks professional and can be automated to send out.

**Recommendations to others considering Naverisk:**

The overall platform is excellent and having tried many RMM platforms Naverisk is by far the best we have used.

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves our MSP business loads of time agent deployment is very easy and the agent is lightweight, having the ability to add a sys tray icon for clients to report issues is great and has cut down calls to our helpdesk.

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

The ease of accessibility and availability. Just a single button press and you can connect to peoples PCs. Im going to make up the % but it seems like a 99% success rate to getting onto PCs too which is super important when working remotely for 100% of our customers

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

Dislike the actual user interface for the servicedesk tool. Also the search function is terrible in every way. Finding old tickets or archived information is a nightmare. The tickets look horrible too and everything seems to be in plain text rather than a UI

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to run scripts and deploy new programs / updates etc through Naverisk without manually going over everything. Anyone anywhere has an issue but has internet, we can connect up in 30 seconds and be assisting them. Its made so many tasks that needed onsite visits remote only

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

With Naverisk we have monitoring servers and machines in real-time and we get notified if the server needs patches or has an issue i.e. network connectivity as soon as the problem arises. This makes catching problems much faster and easier to fix

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

There isn't really anything I don't like about Naverisk. To be honest the only thing I think could be better is the integration with different software. For example, it could be easier for us to integrate our software into it.

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most problems Naverisk resolves for us is the restarts of those pesky little services which would normally require a person to log into the server and restart them manually. This way we're not wasting time on jobs like these.

Having a single tool to manage everything in. Naverisk makes my day-to-day administration much easier as I can load up my ticket load and access all the information necessary for my job duties.

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

In all honesty, I cannot think of dislikes for this product. Closest thing would be the interface isn't exciting... but its not even a dislike! Simple is good sometimes.

Currently, we do not have a single place to manage our entire infrastructure. Naverisk will allow us to track tickets, projects, as well as device attributes and lifecycle.

The Workflow automation is truly helpful.  Naverisk also has a perfect integration with Splashtop for remote support

The Naverisk UI takes a bit of learning as it is not naturally intuitive yet it is very effective once you learn it

Remote support, Help Desk Ticketing and Patch Management all in one product.  You could not ask for anything better to help your MSP business

I loved the tight integration of ARMA Backup into this product also I have to say the patch management and monitoring are pretty lit. the integrated splash top and direct RDP Connections from the webpage are a huge time and headache SAVER!!! i just love this

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

sometimes i get a little lost in all the menus, i also dont like, that i cannot close a ticket directly from an email.
e.g. when im out for the weekend and get notified, that my notebook ran out of battery, i would like to close that ticket from my email directly, but i have to login and close it there, which is possible but inconvenient via the phone

**What problems is Naverisk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

so far i am only using the ticket system, patch management, remote desktop / splacetop and software updater.

Montitoring, remote access, patching and automation are some of the best features included in Naverisk. It helps us as an MSP in our day to day tasks so we support our clients in the best way possible

Nothing that are dislike in the provided features. Every single included feature is of use. The team behind Naverisk is doing all the needed to keep on improving and securing the platform.

It is benefiting us in our day-to-day work helping us fix problems in our clients' devices and infrastructure and supporting them on the spot by remotely accessing their devices

**What do you like best about Naverisk?**

The software covers every aspect an MSP could ever want from a tool to manage its clients. RMM PSA all in one. We have looked at other products even recently as our contract was up for renewal but again after looking at Atera, Solarwinds, FreshDesk, WebHelpdesk, ninjaone etc we still came back to Naverisk on functionality and cost is very resonable.

**What do you dislike about Naverisk?**

Could do be a Mobile App and improvement on reporting. Although the reports do cover all the needs my clients have asked for over ten years. They could do with updating in relation to design etc.

Competitively priced, generally reliable with a good range of features, generally easy to get the hang of and if I have needed support, they have normally been very helpful and fairly quick to respond.

More antivirus integrations would be useful, but that applies to all RMM solutions. The Xero integration isn't  easy to setup, other RMM's integrate a lot easier. Didn't  like the fact that having swapped away they cut my license earlier than they should have and so I have been unable to access my own hosted naverisk server to get some info off it.

I would recommend Naverisk wholeheartedly although as ever a trial may be a good idea.

Their feature list is great and their support is top notch.

Scheduling, access and diagnostics of workstations can be done in minutes due to access to the CMD console and integration with Splashtop along with Naverisk's scheduling system.

I like that Naverisk has Inventory, Remote control, monitoring, scripting, patching management all in one! 
We can manage most our of fleet with this one tool which is very nice.

The built in, free remote control software is a little quirky at times but those issues are overcome easily. Searching within the platform can be a little cumbersome along with haveing to click "apply" instead of just hitting enter on the keyboard when filtering a view, etc.

Capturing inventory of our entire tech stack, easily tracking tickets to a device, easily able to remote into a PC.

Great RMM solution for an incredible price.
Naverisk  is an excellent monitoring and management tool that provides almost all the functionality that its expensive competition does, for a fraction of the price. We moved from Datto to Naverisk  last this year, drastically cutting costs without compromising management capabilities.
The features are constantly being updated with new, handy additions that are released and documented monthly.

My biggest gripe is their support. Slower and sometimes not a good way to get things fixed.

This software has allowed my  IT support business to compete with larger companies in the RMM market. It's obvious that Naverisk has a passion to constantly improve their product and they have a real interest in customer satisfaction.

Sometimes the minor bugs. However these are not really comon. Just mail the support and most of the time in the next release its fixed.

Naverisk is a fully featured RMM with everything that you need to monitor and connect to Windows machines. The customer service however is what really sets this software apart, as I always got the answer I needed within a few minutes of emailing them which is unheard of!

The Mac and Linux agents could use some more attention, however Mac agents seem flakey across all RMM tools so it might just be a Mac thing. We didn't use the PSA features as we already had a PSA that we were happy with.

Naverisk allowed me to provide IT services to dozens of clients for over eight years and I could not have done my job without it.

When first setup, the pre-prepared templates lead to some "alert noise" however this is easily remedied later.

Using Naverisk, we are able to look after many endpoints and know that we can still spot small issues before they become "showstoppers".
Time entry is as easy as it can be ensuring compliance and simplifying billing.

Patch management saves us so much time as its now scheduled.  The platform has a number of features that you normally find on most other PSA platforms, it just doesn't come with the huge price tag.
