I found several issues with Instantly that detracted from my experience. The platform was consistently lagging, which hindered my workflow and made it difficult to manage tasks efficiently. Additionally, the customer support was not helpful; despite multiple attempts to resolve issues, I received little clarity or assistance. The unclear pricing structure was another problem, making it challenging to understand the costs and features associated with different plans. I also faced significant difficulties with lead management; the system did not allow me to work effectively with the collected data, and there was a lack of guidance on utilizing it properly. Furthermore, while I tried to integrate Instantly with other tools, it only managed to work with Slack, which limited its usefulness in a more integrated tech stack. I’ve been using Constant Contact for a few months now for our business newsletters and promotions, and overall, it’s been a very positive experience. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really appreciate how accounts, leads, and opportunities can be easily configured for business needs with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It's great that primary small automations can be made very easily, even for someone like me who doesn't have a developer background. As an administrator, with just two to three months of reading, you can customize, create, and start using Salesforce Sales Cloud quickly. The tool makes tasks like sending out emails, updating data on accounts, and creating reports and dashboards very easy. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

So tool wise, I would say, because it's a multitenant architecture, there are few limits on the number of account records you can save, create, and share. And I would say few things which could be improved is on reporting. It's a platform sales first platform. Which allows creation of simple reports and dashboard buttons. If you need some detail or very micro level of reporting of it, it's a complex requirement. Then Salesforce doesn't work. The segmentation features are excellent. I have been using this tool for over a year, and segmenting leads has always been straightforward. The built-in email builder is also very intuitive and easy to use, offering most of the features I need. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I have found tracking and interpreting the metrics to be somewhat challenging. While the open and click rates consistently appear strong and even exceed industry benchmarks, the number of page visits resulting from those clicks is always less than half. This discrepancy makes me question the accuracy of the reported metrics and whether they can truly be trusted. What do you like best about Vision6?

What we especially appreciate is that Vision6 has the flexibility and functionality of more technical platforms, but with far less reliance on IT support. This allows our marketing team to operate independently, stay agile, and focus on strategy and creativity rather than getting bogged down in technical hurdles. It is how easy it is to use – the interface is intuitive, and setting up campaigns, automations, and lists doesn’t require specialist technical knowledge. There are lots of design capabilities and love that we aren't restricted to an email canvas that is 600px width. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vision6?

The only improvement we’d like to see is more flexibility in reporting access. It would be great if users with reporting-level permissions could drill down into detailed metrics such as clicks and opens. At present, we’ve had to grant our sales team full access in order for them to view this information. That said, it’s a definite plus that full access can be provided while restricting send permissions to zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vision6 helps us solve the challenge of running professional, compliant, and effective email marketing campaigns without needing dedicated IT or development support. As a marketing team, this means we can easily create, send, and track campaigns ourselves, freeing us from technical bottlenecks.

It also simplifies communication between marketing and sales by providing clear insights into engagement metrics, helping us see who’s opening and clicking through.
