We used mailchimp for 8 years and it got so expensive and the customer support went to hell when intuit aquired them. We looked for another solution and found bigmailer. The customer service there is outstanding, like a real business should be run. Not only switching saved us a lot of $$ but being able to get a human being in a very short period of time really makes a difference. I have been using BigMailer for over a year now. The platform is reliable, robust and easy to use. The level of customer support is fantastic. It would help to have the option to import products and have the ability to select them on the fly when creating an email campaign from the template. In other words, to have a template that can just have a design/styling while a content manager can select products and add them to the template for each campaign.
