I am almost two months in and have experienced no results from the product. I have reached out to see if I could get some support on boosting results. There is no one in this company that is willing to help customers. You have access to an AI bot and a weekly webinar. That's it.

Also, I was not impressed by the pre-sales process. My rep did a quick demo and sent a few emails back and forth. Right before I was ready to make a decision I asked the rep to setup a call to address some questions I had before making the purchase. He told me he could not make time for the call and that his focus was prioritizing new leads. Prioritizing new leads over end of the funnel sales opportunities?! Make it make sense. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Since my employer introduced Constant Contact and I signed up to begin hammering out emails and messages to our AmeriCorps Seniors Volunteers, I never realized how much I needed this software in my business life. I spent hours hand entering email addresses separated by commas into my outbox in outlook, just to find that when people with unique email addresses responded... I had no clue who was sending an inquiry. With the ability to upload files like Excel spreadsheets, I can export directly from our Volunteer Database and upload straight into Constant Contact where it automatically lets me toggle my target audience, select a personalized email message for them, and gets our community volunteer opportunities out to over 200 volunteers with EASE! I love that it tells me how many people (and who) viewed our emails so I know who I need to follow up with. What do you like best about Brevo Marketing Platform?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and help manage a small homeopathy clinic. For some time, I used Brevo to send basic email updates like clinic timings, follow-up guidance, and short wellness tips to people who had contacted us.

What I liked most was being able to keep contacts in one place and send the same update to many people at once. Earlier, I had to reply one by one, which took time and sometimes people were missed. With Brevo, I could prepare one clear email and send it to a selected list. This saved time and made communication more consistent. Customer support is Quick and helpful.

The email editor felt easy for simple clinic messages. I did not need much learning to write and format a basic email. After using it a few times, creating a new email and choosing the right list became quick. This helped when I was handling clinic work and content tasks together.

Another useful part was being able to prepare messages in advance. On busy days, having a ready draft helped me send updates without rushing. This was helpful for weekly wellness tips and common clinic information like timings or follow-up guidance.

Before using Brevo, clinic follow-ups and health content sharing were scattered. Queries about clinic timings, appointment process, and post-consultation guidance used to stay in different places, and it was easy to miss a follow up. Brevo brings contacts, lists, and campaigns into one place, so I can clearly see who I am sending updates to and when.

I really like Systeme.io because it makes it easy to set up sales funnels and build email lists for my digital products, all without any platform fees for product sales. The ability to fully customize sales funnels even on the free tier is a big plus. I appreciate their good dashboard and the wide range of elements it offers for building converting landing pages, letting me create landing pages that work well for my needs. Switching from Gumroad to Systeme.io was a great decision because Gumroad charged a 10% fee, whereas Systeme.io allows me to keep full ownership of my products and I receive 100% of my earnings after a minimal PayPal transaction fee. I found it very easy to create my first sales page and navigate the features, with some help from YouTube for connecting the payment gateway. Overall, it was easy to set up. What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

For my work, I only need simple things like keeping notes, setting reminders, and replying to messages. Close covers these needs well and helps me manage clinic communication in a more organised way without making the process complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero.
