Its not much to dislike though, but, Campaign Slow Ramp is on by default and throttled my sends to about a third of what I configured. Took real troubleshooting to find it. The campaign limits and account limits also reset on different clocks, which is not explained anywhere obvious. Logic is fine once you get it, but the onboarding assumes you will just figure it out. What do you dislike about lemlist?

One area that could be improved in Lemlist is the process of extracting campaign lead reports. Sometimes we create a campaign and later want to export the leads into an Excel spreadsheet, but the process can be a bit difficult or not very intuitive. A simpler and more direct way to generate and download campaign reports would make the workflow much easier.

Another point is related to the lead search system. In some cases, Lemlist finds a contact during the search process, but when we add that lead to a campaign, the platform charges credits for the email and phone number even when the system cannot actually find the email address or when the person is no longer working at that company.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

After posting this review, Mailchimp responded publicly promising escalation to their "senior support team for urgent review" on ticket #15156160131.

I followed up. They did nothing.

Today I received this email: "Since we have not heard back, we will go ahead and close this case."

To be clear: I responded to their escalation. They went silent. Then they closed the ticket and blamed me for not following up.

The public response was performative reputation management. The private follow-through was nonexistent. The original issue - data loss during account downgrade - remains unresolved.

If you're considering Mailchimp, understand that public promises of resolution do not translate to actual support. I've migrated to an alternate CRM and rebuilt everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like that it’s an easy, quick way to narrow down searches for decision-makers and get verified emails and phone numbers. I use it to find operations managers, IT managers, plant managers, and other decision-makers in manufacturing which my company targets for security installation like surveillance and access control. It’s much easier to reach out this way than trying to rely on company websites or even LinkedIn.

At first, I had a bit of trouble configuring the search parameters for the region I was focusing on, but once I learned how to set up the personas, it became a lot easier. I also like that I could start with the free version to get the hang of it before deciding whether I wanted to pay for the Pro or Organization version.

Recently, in my office, we used Apollo to confirm that a plant manager had changed his publicly listed email to a new one, which was very helpful. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

At first, there are a lot of options and additional add-ons to sort through. There are also quite a few notifications prompting you to upgrade right away, which I understand from a business perspective.

I also had to do a bit of research and go through some tutorials to learn how to set the personas and parameters to get good search results. On top of that, I needed to look into how the credits work so I could understand what I was using. Basically, I had to learn a bit before I could use it properly. What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero.
