
Triple Whale helps my client-agency relationship by providing a second set of numbers to verify (or, sometimes, contradict) what other platforms report, so that we have a better sense of what is or isn't working and how to better allocate budget accordingly. No digital reporting platform is perfect, so it does get tricky trying to navigate the discrepancies between TW and GA, Meta, etc when it comes to attribution and viewthrough conversions, for example. It would be nice to have more tools to help build the context and expectations around how well platforms should be synced to help differentiate between "normal" discrepancy and "something might be wrong" discrepancy.
