I love the ease of use and the way I can utilize the data which also is presented in an excellent and amazing user experience. As a platform, Triple whale is very new and some features that would be standard on a legacy platform, like billing for multiple accounts, still needs some development. What do you like best about Triple Whale?

It's great to get a clear picture of our marketing efforts and answers on attribution. The new 'Total Impact' attribution model is a natural step forward into MMM-type reporting, which will become increasingly crucial as privacy-related tracking adjustments are made. What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

Minor things around reporting that would make life easier - new customer identification in customer views, Splitting Instagram vs Facebook in pixel view isn't possible. I love that Triple Whale makes sharing ongoing data and reporting to clients easy! We also love getting more granular with attribution and the distribution of advertising funds, and TW makes it so easy to see everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

A lot of the data and dashboard elements are not as client-friendly as we would like. It could be beneficial to have a "back end" area for advertisers and marketers and then have a "front end" that's simplified significantly for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Triple Whale allows us to get a much deeper understanding of how our entire advertising eco-system is working together and allows us to get more clarity on attribution. It also provides us with a WEALTHY of insight all in one dashboard that has dramatically allowed us to make better data drive decisions to help scale brands. What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

What do you like best about Triple Whale?

In the apocalyptic days of ios14, Triple Whale has been a game changer for our business. It has helped us understand which of our marketing is working and which isn't. I think the best feature is our ability to see the purchase journey of our customers as they interact with several phases of our marketing campaigns in google, email and FB. What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

At times, TW acts glitchy. The new search bar that was recently added under the Pixel>Ads page added is pretty annoying because it is always prefilled with my login text, so we have to delete the text before we can see any valuable data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a better way of looking at attribution than just last click/touch model found on most ad platforms. With Triple Whale you'll be able to see side-by-side how in-platform data is different from the Triple Whale's holistic attribution model that offers Linear model, First click model among others. What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

It's not able to show cohorts very clearly and lacks the data into middle-funnel conversions (i.e: leads), thus you cannot really see the important middle step in your conversion journey - people who clicked through, became a lead and then purchased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since the iOS privacy updates, platform-tracking has gotten so inaccurate but Triple Whale gives us such a clearer picture.
