What do you like best about Triple Whale?

What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

Would love to see a true cost of shipping integrated into the portal. Right now we are uploading our average shipping cost monthly. Triple Whale only ports in what we charge for shipping. What do you like best about Triple Whale?

Everything just works the way it's supposed. Triple Whale is fast, integrates with most of the tools I use, and saves me time compared to manually pulling data and making reports. What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

Due to budget, we're not using all features of Triple Whale. It's reasonably priced, but things add up the more features you start to pay for. It can also be a bit of a hassle to communicate with their team about billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Triple Whale?

The amount of data it pulls in from many different channels helps to bring a lot of insight into sales, conversion, and performance, and it does it in an easy-to-read/reference format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

We manage multiple different channels in our Shopify store, including our regular e-commerce website orders, some direct wholesale orders, and sample send-outs for our sales team. The problem this creates is that Triple Whale pulls data from ALL orders in Shopify, which impacts the true numbers of some important metrics like average sales per order, cost per acquisition, average lifetime value of customer, etc. Unless I am unaware of the feature, Triple Whale needs to add an option to filter the data it pulls from Shopify based on customer tags as this would help us being able to see true numbers for our e-commerce sales. What do you like best about Triple Whale?

This is an absolute must in the new age of privacy. It may not help FB make decisions, but it helps YOU make decisions and direct your FB and other marketing channels to do exactly what they need to do. It's the best way to increase your ROI in today's digital ad spend climate. HIGHLY recommend TW. Also - customer service has been really helpful. They onboarded us and made sure we had everything we needed, and that things were working 100% before setting us loose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

Can't think of anything we dislike. I guess we signed up for the Creative Cockpit and didn't end up using it a ton, but it still was really cool. We may use it again in the future. We'll see. For now our ad guy doesn't rely on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With just one dashboard that displays all the stats I need, I can easily grasp the daily situation. Despite the overwhelming amount of information available, this software enables me to streamline the data and draw valuable insights that drive my business growth. What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

It's quite expensive, and the additional options further increase the cost. If you're still growing your store and not making close to 7 figures a year it might be hard to justify the cost. It would be great if there were different pricing tiers or a revenue-based pricing model, as small businesses require as much support as larger ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The summary page, that shows an overview of how the business is going, integrating data from ad platforms and shopify and the overall ROAS/ MER

- The pixel with attribution models like first click and total impact. I also love that you can see the customer journey of each customer and all touchpoints.

Provides clarity vs competing platforms double attributing the same sale.

There's not much to dislike to be honest! The affluencer section doesn't yet pull in affiliate spend by affiliate so it's hard to get a ROAS view without manually calculating but they are working on integrating this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Triple Whale?

The triple pixel tracks attribution far better than the native platforms lose that data amongst various privacy laws and whatnot. It's also relatively easy to use and understand from the get-go too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Triple Whale?

Their platform could be more robust with customizing reporting or viewing the data through various lenses. It's a little limited in terms of the perspective you can view the data through, but I'm guessing they're working on it as a fast growing startup. I also think there's an opportunity to "count" the triple pixel data differently. Hence, it's not necessarily double counting but dividing up the revenue in a weighted approach (if that makes sense). The double counting looks great for channel performance but ends up being hard to reconcile with the cold hard numbers at the end of the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
