
I've implemented Fairing across 25+ clients over the past 2-3 years. Every single client is still using Fairing insights on a daily basis. Why? The data forms a key part of their understanding of what drives customers to purchase and the decision making process they go through. The ability to then gain key qual and quantitative data allows for smarter segmentation, better personalisation and better business results.
There are a steady stream of updates to the app that have helped gain a better understanding of LTV data on a cohort basis as well as time series that allow you to spot trends, especially useful when it comes to considerations for your Meta Ads strategies.

The way data is pushed into Klaviyo is a little cumbersome as Klaviyo's custom properties are in a drop-down format with a limited character length and Fairing questions are usually for longer.
