What do you like best about Fairing?

I've implemented Fairing across 25+ clients over the past 2-3 years. Every single client is still using Fairing insights on a daily basis. Why? The data forms a key part of their understanding of what drives customers to purchase and the decision making process they go through. The ability to then gain key qual and quantitative data allows for smarter segmentation, better personalisation and better business results.

There are a steady stream of updates to the app that have helped gain a better understanding of LTV data on a cohort basis as well as time series that allow you to spot trends, especially useful when it comes to considerations for your Meta Ads strategies.

2-3 Shopify apps are my 'essentials'. Fairing is one of them. A highly recommended tool for all ecommerce marketers, whatever stage of growth you're at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fairing?

The way data is pushed into Klaviyo is a little cumbersome as Klaviyo's custom properties are in a drop-down format with a limited character length and Fairing questions are usually for longer. What do you like best about Fairing?

Fairing has an easy to use question bank so I don't have to build questions and topics from scratch, but rather implement recommended questions. Because it only takes a few clicks to create the survey questions from their bank, we've been able to increase the amount of information we have about customers significantly. And when we begin to see trends from customers filling in answers from the Other option, we can easily create a new option and recode those previously submitted answers to make analysis simple. What do you dislike about Fairing?

What do you like best about Fairing?

I love that it’s so easy to understand the full context of what customers responses mean.

There’s not only the survey response but a whole bunch of other data (discount code use, utm, and now LTV analytics, etc) that’s helpful in understanding more.

This means that it’s easy to understand ambiguous data (which is common in survey responses) by cross referencing.

I'm the owner of a shopify store, and have been using fairing since around the time we launched. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and iterate on. It has helped us uncover incredibly valuable insights from our customers.
