When I checked the session records data, I realized that all of the visitors were fake. Upon sending them a screen recording of the situation, they told me they put my account in "premium advertisers". But they did not refund me or give me a promotional code for wasting my money even though they accepted this issue. The strange thing about them is that they are still trying to get payment with random charges from my card. If there were one more layer to add on to the targeting, it would help immensely. It also takes a while to optimize as you have to wait and see where your ads are shown. Often you'll get thousands of impressions on an ad from one single website that may not be relevant to your business. You can exclude it going forward, but then another will pop up and take its place. Clearly awful. I am showing a screenshot of the traffic sources. I have never heard of most of them - They have 717 publishers, if you're going to roll the dice with this company, do yourself a favor and go through them all and turn off the ones you do not want. The software tells you a lot but really gives you nothing. You cannot even see what your ad looks like. This company seems to be smoke and mirrors. We found it drove better traffic than it's competitors, but I suspect that's just a case-by-case thing.
