**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Our business was an early adopter of Starshipit and we are so glad we did. We also use another vendor for a different part of our business, but I noticed myself moving to Starshipit over the other vendor more often, to the point where I only use the other vendor now for international shipments. Starshipit has the easiest interface - it took me less than one afternoon to figure out all the bits and pieces we needed to use to run our business effectively. Easy re-prints, easy return labelling, easy archiving of orders and good integration from our e-commerce platform.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

We would love to be able to ship internationally. The integration time is around 6 minutes from order to Starshipit receiving the information - it would be so cool to have that be a bit faster for the days when I am under the pump!

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The new AI chat tool is beyond excellent and helps us to solve things in real time.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Seamless, single click prints, workflows and it just works. No fluff and great for multiple users as well. Easy to integrate and set up! Love it. I am very very happy with the results and we havent even maximised leveraging all the settings yet. Saved us 75% in effort!

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

Bit of a set up to get workflows and things right, but this is not a bad thing - just takes the time to get the rewards.

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution which had the SKU, the printing and information relevant for a single click if possible and on the same page. This was almost immediate as baseline when starting StarShipIt

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

We’ve used Starshipit for many years to help us process our shipping labels. It’s straightforward to use and also has an archiving feature which is useful because we also do pre-orders on our website. We couldn't run our business without them.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

We run a lot of pre-order campaigns, with our products sometimes shipping up to six months after the order is placed. The 'archive' area only keeps labels for a few months, which means we have to manually search for and restore each label when it’s time to process shipments. This ends up being a time-consuming task.

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the process of generating shipping labels incredibly quick.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

I like that Starshipit is simple and easy to use. It integrates directly into my WMS, so my team doesn't even see it, as it operates in the background doing everything they need. I appreciate how it takes complexity out of their operations by allowing them to focus on one system while everything is set up and running smoothly in the background. This system is easy to operate because the rules are well implemented.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

I don't like how it handles GST and margins. I would rather that it calculate our shipment cost from the carrier, apply our margin at that point, and then apply the GST afterwards or just completely remove the GST portion of the cost calculation. Because of the way Starshipit calculates GST before the margin, my GST cost is incorrect. It's a bit of a frustration point. So that means I've had to remove the automatic processing of charges to my customer, and have a manual process, which is a bit frustrating, but I'm sure we'll find a solution in the future.

I use Starshipit to manage courier integrations, simplifying carrier selection and cost consigning. It automates rules in our warehouse system, so operators just print consignment labels without needing to think about shipping details.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

I use Starshipit for e-commerce shipping fulfillment, and it pretty much solves everything for me. It separates orders to relevant warehouses and splits them appropriately by SKU and size, which makes life much easier. I really like that the interface is so easy to use. This simple interface with an amazing UI is great, especially when you have different dispatch warehouses and several people fulfilling orders; everyone can just get on with their day really simply. Also, the staff is so helpful and friendly, which makes a big difference. The initial setup was basic and Jess made it so easy.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

We are currently working with the Starshipit team to improve the workflow from Maropost which is a system they are not 100% familiar with, but do have an integration. It's not that it's not working, it's just being improved at the moment.

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starshipit simplifies e-commerce fulfillment by directing orders to the right warehouses, splitting them by SKU and size. The easy interface enables smooth operation, even with remote dispatch warehouses, making my daily tasks simpler.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

We were tasked with fixing a woocommerce store on our client's website as previous web developers had been unable to help them with their issues with shipping at checkout. Starshipit were confident their software could work and they helped us every step of the way with set up and integration. We were looking for something that was as easy to integrate as a woocommerce plugin but worked better and more consistently and with the support we needed. We wanted something that was intuitive and easy to navigate and this was ticking all the boxes. Customer support throughout was fantastic. The team were helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to reach whenever I needed them and were also there to guide our client on using the software.  We have yet to see how it handles heavy loads but so far are very satisfied with it's performance and pricing has definitely matched it's performance.

Using starshipit was initially a bit of a learning curve but with the support from the Starshipit team any issues were resolved.

Starshipit solved the issues our client was having with the shipping at checkout flow. With many different products, weights and sizes and being shipped throughout Australia and beyond the site was experiencing many issues before we installed Starshipit

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

I appreciated the onboarding assistance from Starshipit, especially having Ellie Korth, who was contactable often and replied as quickly as possible, which was crucial since we had a tight deadline. Once I understood the product, it was really easy to use. The initial setup was straightforward because the client only had three items on their store, which made setting up rules, box sizes, and weights simple.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

I think some of the printer settings were a bit clunky. It seems they are mid transition between some different services and they were causing issues with each other.

Starshipit automates Shopify shipping, eliminating the need to print labels and manually enter booking details.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Switching over from a competitor can always be challenging however moving to Starshipit has been a great choice. Their platform and processes are smooth and easy to use whether you are a large volume seller or sell on the smaller side. Any issues that we faced or customization we needed was happily looked into and acted upon by the thorough Starshipit team.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

Some minor features that was offered by a competitor are not supported.

Starshipit has drastically improved issues we have faced with sending items from multiple location. Their automatic manifests are also going to be a fantastic addition within our growing network.

As a logistics company focused on pick and pack operations, we’ve found StarshipIT to be a game changer. The integration with our existing systems was smooth, and it has significantly streamlined our order fulfillment and shipping workflows. The automation features save us valuable time, and the platform is intuitive for our team to use. Customer support has been excellent—fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Great tool for scaling efficient logistics!

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

The designed functionality is great. I moved from ShipStation to StarShip because of the live rates in the checkout option.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

Unfortunately, the printing of labels is unreliable and I often have issues I didn't have with ShipStation, or printing directly ex eParcel, or printing ex Sendle direct. I suspect they're releasing new features that break existing functionality, then have to patch the software after it goes live.

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shipping Automation - when it works I should be able to print all my labels with 1 click. When it doesn't I have to open every order, download a pdf, open the pdf in preview, print the pdf in preview, close the preview, refresh the browser to go back to the open orders screen, select next order, download again. Gets really time consuming after 20 orders.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

It is very simple to use with its intuitive interfaces. The Shopify integration is fairly reliable and only rarely do I need to manually trigger an import to bring in missing orders. The workflow functionality for verifying products to pack prior to printing labels is very useful. It gives you the ability to create plain shipping labels for postage items that require stamps. The print client installed on the shipping desktop is reliable and doesn't crash as often compared to some other shipping applications.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

Inability to see product images on packing slips and order fulfilment screens. Apparently this was going to be released sometime around December 2023 but it is July 2024 and it still hasn't been released. Packing slip custom design interface is very painful to use. When changing the parcel size you need to click refresh to load the applicable prices.

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow based order fulfillment and shipping to improve efficiency. Automation to reduce issues and to optimise the shipping process.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

We use Starshipit daily and find the app integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Find the ease of entering all relevant data for individual parcels quite simple. Then all specific shipping options are presented immediately in one place. I have had to access customer support a couple of times with questions around implementation, or changes within our business and they have been quick to respond to all questions and provide additional training or support where required.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

It would be very helpful to have an easier way to connect customer location and charge shipping according to weight and postcode. This may be a Shopify issue though.

Using Starshipit means we no longer need to go back and forth between different apps or websites of the various shipping companies we currently use.

Starshipit is great for shipping all of my orders for my ecom store. It is simple and easy to use, the set up and integration was straightforward. Customer service is always 10/10 whenever I need help. It has saved me a lot of time!

There is a slight delay between fulfilling orders in Starshipit and Shopify.

Processing and fulfilling all my orders - saving me a lot of time. I tried another program and Starshipit has been much more efficient and I've had no technical issues. It saves so much time, which is money!

The integration of our ecommerce store and the setup of our multiple shipping carriers was made very simple with the out of the box solutions. We use starshipit across 3 brands and 100,000+ orders yearly.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

Often getting in touch with customer support in a timely manner can be difficult as issues arise and need to be resolved quickly but support can take days.

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starshipit is allowing us to easily integrate multiple carriers (Aus Post, StarTrack, Aramex, DHL) into one location and sort out the best and most cost effective shipping solutions for both ourselves and our customers.

The support is fantastic, with fast follow up for any technical issues that arise. The portal is easy to use and intuitive.

Sometimes settings revert to the default, which can be a little annoying. Easily fixable though

Automation of shipping processes and display of actual shipping costs (plus margin) at checkout - all happens automatically and saves us a lot of time. Also prevents clients picking the cheapest shipping option from a list...rather than the one that actually applies to their location.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Customer service is amazing, always available whenever there were issues and getting through the transition and the set up process was made far easier with quality support. We were hesitant about the admin required to change our courier and software but it was only a couple of hours to completely transfer everything over. The fact that we could bulk print orders and verify bulk addresses were the number one benefit for us saving a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

Getting the correct address verification and integration with Aramex. I think there needs to be a thorough integration and troubleshooting process to ensure the correct addresses are being entered on Shopify and are verified correctly onto Starshipit and through to Aramex. Incorrectly verified addresses for orders cost time, money and customer service and getting this right from the very start would have removed a lot of the cost of changing over.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Honestly the helpful start up call sold me. I had signed up to star ship it once prior and didn't get the same start up service. The service I got made me realise how easy it was to use. I needed it done FAST after our Black Friday Sale blew up bigger than expected. I was on a call the next day and set up that same day! I felt confident to use the platform which made the most difference.

The platform is also AMAZING, straight forward and easy to use. The customer support we have had has been incredible.

I haven't figured out how to add our wholesale website (we have two) I also haven't made the time to look into it yet.

We are a rapidly growing business, we have gone from hand writing on packages, to manually entering details and it was just becoming overwhelming the busier we got. Starshipit has saved us over half the time we were spending on orders!

Seamless integration with our ecommerce platform and shipping carriers. Very intuitive for various shipping scenarios that I encounter. Support team are always responsive.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

You can only set 1 default sender's address - meaning if your pick-up address is different for some reason, you need to manually change it. When printing labels of different sizes (for example, domestic and international labels), you need to manually send to different printers - not a huge deal but would be convenient if it could automatically send to print to pre-selected printers.

When printing the packing summary, would be nice to be able to order it by a particular feature like SKU or Size as it is currently random (our inventory is ordered by size so it does make picking a bit of a pain).

Reducing human/manual errors when processing orders. Processing large volumes of orders with accuracy.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Customer support is top notch. When already dealing with all the various Shopify integration suppliers, it can be incredibly overwhelming. Particularly if you choose a supplier that only offer chat or email support. There is always so much to understand about Shopify, that when you choose a supplier like Starshipit, who are experts with the platform, their knowledge on setup and integrations is a life saver.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

More shipping integrations please. We are signing up to KiwiExpress and it would be super helpful if you also integrated with them. Not many shipping companies deal with heavy items as a specialty, and so are very expensive. But KiwiExpress offer expertise at a reasonable price for our customers

**What problems is Starshipit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partially. NZPost and DHL yes, but for KiwiExpress no, we will need to do manually handling for this courier, which will be about half of our consignments in 2024 I think

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Easily integrated, lots of hands on help from the team to get started. Prior to using Starshipit, I was manually generating all shipping labels for my business which took hours, but now I'm able to use Starshipit and have my labels generated in seconds. I am sure there are lots of features that I'm not even using yet that if I spent some more time getting used to the platform, would transform my business again.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

There are a lot of features and sometimes it is hard to know which feature will give you the outcome you want, in the most efficient way. However, I always feel like I can reach out to my Account Manager and they will be able to help with this.

Generating shipping labels for my ecommerce business used to take me literally hours every single week but now I am able to generate all my labels in seconds. The quick integration and the rules set up has made running my business much easier, giving me time to focus on things that are much more deserving of my attention.

I like it how you can organise the customers in alphabetical order or which country they are from. It is easy to print off the shipping labels, and it is easy to set up profiles for different types of packages. I also love it how easy it was to set up with my Etsy and Shopify stores.

starshipit was one of few that integrates with all our separate platforms. It allows us to keep track of all shipping in one place. It's very simple to set up and use.
We had an issue with Starshipit not processing zero value orders, and we send a lot of sample/free parcels but after contacting customer services the development team fixed the issue within a few working days.

Having to reset the collection date for our courier every day is a little annoying but only takes 30 seconds to do.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Starshipit integrates perfectly with my ecommerce shop and shipping carriers api within Australia making fulfillment seamless all from the one screen. You can change carriers or split the consignment up into separate consignments as you need to for each individual sale so customizing is not a problem, printing labels and booking in a pickup is all handled within a couple of screens. Customer support is excellent via email and the help articles are easily followed. You can track consignments, look at statistics and it won't allow you to send to a wrong address massive plus for zero returns! I started with the basic under 250 a month consignments and was blown away by the incredible value and support offered for a very reasonable price. I love the customizations Starshipit enables me to send to my customers via email and **SMS** letting them know the shipment is on its way with the tracking link, about to arrive and delivered this alone has saved me countless hours of customer service along with having printed consignments and customs done all within the one screen. I tell everyone in Australia about Starshipit who wants to save time, money and become more professional in their fulfillment.

the packaging summary option has saved me valuable time. It was very easy to implement starshipit with my courier and website platforms allowing for seamless transitions when I get an order.  I use it almost every day and the notifications that display when you get an order also allows me to keep track .  There was an issue setting it up intially (not at the fault of starshipit but of the courier) and they were very resposive and helpful.

there's no option to format the shipping labels. I'd like to change my internation labels to be landscape but there doesn't seem to be an option

I run the business by myself and this saves me so much time on enetering the orders one by one, writing the items on the back of the slip and counting all the items I need to make in order to fufil orders. This saves me so much time!!

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

The integration with Australia Post eParcel is why we use StarshipIt. It allows us to easily import orders from our sales software, and pick and pack our orders, and print labels directly. I can see which orders are in transit, and which are delivered all on the one screen. We use StarshipIt daily and can't imagine running our operations without it.

**What do you dislike about Starshipit?**

We haven't figured out how to use this for delivery software for our own driver for local deliveries yet. We remain hopeful we can find a solution.

It is an easy solution for sending all of our orders from the one system.

If I change the parcel size, I have to also click in and refresh rates and change. It can be a little slow.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

Starshipit has saved us so much time when processing orders. Super intuitive to use, fees are reasonable and once you get the hang of it you really do save time. Integrates beautifully with our online store (run on WooCommerce) and point of sale system (Odoo). Highly recommended to other small business owners!

Can be a little tricky to set up first but once that's been done it's easy to use.

**What do you like best about Starshipit?**

When we first implemented StarShipIt, it immediately solved pain points in the business and improved time efficiency. Looking back, we still find it hard to believe how long we operated with such manual processes (like copy and pasting order address into a label maker and manually typing in tracking numbers back to magento).

Upon first transitioning there were often times the system went down (no longer an issue)
