Also some time availability is also an issue.its algorithmic price model sometime may proove costly for users. **What problems is Uber Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Uber Freight provides a centralized platform that connects shippers and carriers, therefore resolving the issue of inefficiencies and fragmentation in the trucking sector. They use state of the art technologies which makes it the most reliable service. This can increase the customers. They have never missed a load for me. **What do you dislike about Uber Freight?** The biggest issue is when they started, their rates were really low. When an invoice is sent, the file shows up in their systems within less than 3 minutes. **What do you dislike about Uber Freight?** Sometimes technical issue has can take longer to resolve than expected. **What problems is Uber Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Are are currently part of pilot program for one of our biggest customers, Our customer decided to use their technology as a proof of concept for a specific region of business. ### 13. As a part of the Logistics Team, it’s super important to have access for shipments and pricing. Transplace TMS allows to view all shipments, various dynamic dashboards of key performance indicators(ex: financial dashboard), and analytics that incorporate relevant information about weather and traffic. The best part is the Transplace Control Tower which features real time visibility, service prediction, business intelligence and reporting, load consolidation and routing, mode and carrier selection, costs comparisons across modes, carrier freight audit and payment. Overall with all the features it includes, it’s fairly easy to use and mostly everything is straight forward to accept loads and bid on lanes as well. **What do you dislike about Uber Freight?** One downside is definitely having the ability to accept or decline load tenders through Transplace. Another downside was even though it was very easy to use, with large data sets, the program tended to crash a lot. For example, while looking for a data set from 2017-2019 of all shipments from California to New Jersey, it would take a while for the information to come through and the file tended to not work with that load of information. overall, there are more pros than cons to using Transplace TMS but the minor issues cause using the program a bit tedious. **Recommendations to others considering Uber Freight:** I definitely recommend researching up on the program before using it. It will allow for the use of the program to become easier. Although everything is listed and pretty straight forward, you must plug in based on what information is asked of you to be able to gather data. I recommend this for any company especially their Logistics Team as it was a very useful tool for me to learn while working at Colgate to be able to analyze my various data sets. **What problems is Uber Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Throughout working with Colgate, there would be problems when the dashboard would crash and the program would be down at time. However, looking at the bigger picture, the program allows for carriers to streamline their freight audit, payment, and billing process through the TMS financials module. There was benefits of flexible order changes where it wouldn’t affect transportation orders or activity. This is the most versatile dashboard I have been able to use to get information for various different things and it lets you create and present specific information for specific areas based on what you are looking for. It is catered to your needs which benefits most companies using this dashboard and be aware of all shipments and pricing. ### 14. They give you all the appointment times available for the PO and zipcode that you add and all you have to do is click it and they give you a confirmation number. **What do you dislike about Uber Freight?** I have not had any dislikes with transplace yet **What problems is Uber Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have any issues yet other than POs not being in the portal yet so i cannot schedule. As i mentioned above, i am able to schedule appointments very easily and effectively ### 15.
