The best thing that i like about zoom2u is that they deliver every type of parcels and you can keep track of it through your cell phone. What do you like best about Zoom2u?

Ease of booking and tracking. Great Account Managers and very good communication. They recently called me to advise there was a public holiday in another state which I wasn't aware of. As this would have impacted delivery I was able to make an informed choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom2u?

Don't have the option of what time items can be picked up. In an ideal world it would be nice to know when the courier is going to arrive to collect the item but it's not critical to me. It's just a "nice to have" option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zoom2u:

Highly recommend Zoom2U. I would recommend getting in touch with one of their Account Managers and lock in a corporate rate. It is also good for them to understand your business so they can be aware of your needs. Also, if you are unsure about something regarding a delivery, call them first and talk through it with them so you can avoid any issues. Not that I've had any but speaking with our Account Manager has meant I've had access to information I didn't know which has made an impact on delivery times etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
