I feel there is a lot more that the company could do to make itself stand out from the crowd but hasn't completely applied itself yet. **What problems is Zoom2u solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Zoom2u for my small business on Etsy, which involves shipping packages all over the world. It has been so helpful for shipping out my product! ### 2. The UX should revamp but it t might be in their next update it's too early to expect much. **Recommendations to others considering Zoom2u:** Few glitches in their app need a bug update and performance update too and continue their business it will go long way a good organization heading in a right direction **What problems is Zoom2u solving and how is that benefiting you?** Received the package on time a good fast delivery as per given time. You can use the direct mesaage feature to get the details directly from the the driver. Livr tracking is also very good and updates in real time. **What do you dislike about Zoom2u?** I think it is currently on the expensive side and it would be great if the service could be provided at a relatively lower price, this would be helpful for people who place multiple orders repeatedly. **Recommendations to others considering Zoom2u:** If you are someone who needs to get stuff delivered to them often and have no time to pick it up urself or u need to deliver something but have no time to visit the courier office, then you can choose Zoom2u for your aid and you can just lay back and relax, they are trustworthy and fast. **What problems is Zoom2u solving and how is that benefiting you?** I spent most of my time at my workplace so there are many things that I require from time to time but I cannot leave my workplace to get there, so Zoom2u comes in handy, there's a lot of stuff order from nearby stores so the 3-hour delivery is really helpful for me. ### 4. Great Account Managers and very good communication. They recently called me to advise there was a public holiday in another state which I wasn't aware of. As this would have impacted delivery I was able to make an informed choice. **What do you dislike about Zoom2u?** Don't have the option of what time items can be picked up. In an ideal world it would be nice to know when the courier is going to arrive to collect the item but it's not critical to me. It's just a "nice to have" option. **Recommendations to others considering Zoom2u:** Highly recommend Zoom2U. I would recommend getting in touch with one of their Account Managers and lock in a corporate rate. It is also good for them to understand your business so they can be aware of your needs. Also, if you are unsure about something regarding a delivery, call them first and talk through it with them so you can avoid any issues. Not that I've had any but speaking with our Account Manager has meant I've had access to information I didn't know which has made an impact on delivery times etc. **What problems is Zoom2u solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost savings in postage. Efficiency in ensuring our items get where they need to be on time, every time. ### 7.
