the only down side of carton cloud at the moment i would say is features that i hope are yet to come as carton cloud itsefl starts growing. things liike box management and even to be able to sue carton cloud as a one stop shop to print labels and all though i know that they have a developer opage where you can sudgest things that if it gets enough votes they will do which is awesome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Carton cloud is one of the more affordable platforms and we have found that it keeps things very simple but does have some customizable features as well. Implementation and Training were very easy and done faster than many other platforms I have used in the past. The specialist are accessible...Javier Hernandez was an excellent Implementation Consultant. He helped us through every question or concern we had, and whenever he didn’t immediately have an answer, he made sure to escalate it and follow through. Even with the more unique nuances of our processes, he was able to help us tailor the platform to fit our specific needs. There isn't too much I dislike about CartonCloud. The onboarding is pretty simple if you do your homework. I will say since the software can be customized to your needs, figuring out exactly what features and customizations you need may take some time but it does payoff. I love that we are able to tailor documents, rates, and products to each customer, keeping them unique based on their preferences. The ability to support notifications for customers about the status of orders is great, allowing them to know where we are in the flow. The tailoring aspect is huge for us as it aligns with our offering of tailored services to customers, providing them peace of mind and enhancing our partnerships. I appreciate how CartonCloud has simplified our receiving, shipping, and invoicing activities. It's great that all transactions are in real time, and up-to-date inventories are always available for our 3PL clients. I dislike that CartonCloud lacks a variety of integrations with third-party websites and does not have the ability to act as a trigger for external workflows. Specifically, when using CartonCloud TMS for internal deliveries, it cannot write back the consignment number to StarshipIT through the current pathway involving Zapier.
