
I love CartonCloud for its super reliability and ease of use, which make my daily tasks significantly simpler. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, allowing me to perform my work more efficiently. The automatic consignment creation feature saves me hours each week by reducing manual entry errors. The quick POD uploads streamline our processes by eliminating the need to write additional emails to consignors and consignees, making job completions faster. I truly appreciate the real-time inventory updates, which keep stock levels accurate and reliable across our customers' profiles. Moreover, the updates to the system are smooth and enhance functionality, making it easier to manage tasks seamlessly. The support and IT teams stand out as particularly outstanding; they respond quickly, providing excellent service and are always a pleasure to work with. I dislike that CartonCloud lacks a variety of integrations with third-party websites and does not have the ability to act as a trigger for external workflows. Specifically, when using CartonCloud TMS for internal deliveries, it cannot write back the consignment number to StarshipIT through the current pathway involving Zapier.
