When a container arrives with a long packing list, or a customer sends a weekly pull list, we can load the whole thing in one upload instead of keying in line after line. It saves us hours every week and cuts down on data-entry mistakes.

The stock movement history is another big plus. When someone asks where a part has been, we can trace it quickly and give customers a clear answer.

If you're running a 3PL and need something that keeps up with a busy, multi-customer warehouse, I'd recommend CartonCloud. **What do you dislike about CartonCloud?** There are a couple of things we'd like to see improved. Some of the setup steps are more in-depth than they need to be, and getting a new customer or product configured can take more time than it should. We'd also love more control over visibility, so we could customize what our team and our customers see on their screens and in their views.

Those are minor compared to what the system does for us. **What problems is CartonCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** CartonCloud solves the problem of keeping a busy, multi-customer warehouse organized without drowning in paperwork and manual entry. Before, tracking which pallets came off which container, where they were put away, and what needed to ship out meant juggling spreadsheets, emails and a lot of double-checking. Never had any major performance issues, the team behind the scenes is making sure we, the end users, do not feel left out of our work process. We can always complain about pricing, but it does have a great value for small 3PL business like mine. Integrations and parsing are a charm. Individual access for customers saves a lot of time answering simple questions like stock on hand and order progress. **What do you dislike about CartonCloud?** Personally I did not come across any issues or "pain points", the only thing that could be mentioned is the difference of user interface for Android and IOS devices. **What problems is CartonCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have started using the Carton Cloud almost from day 1 of my operations, moving from inhouse designed software from my previous employment. Using inhouse software had its advantages. As a 3PL, we work with a range of different customers, and each one has different requirements. In most cases, we’re able to manage each customer according to their specific requirements. **What do you dislike about CartonCloud?** Because the system is quite in-depth, it can be difficult at times to work out how to do certain things. A scan on the floor updates stock in real time, that same tock movement flows into delivery job, and the driver's proof-of-delivery closes the loop and feeds straight into billing. I'm not jumping between a WMS, a separate TMS, or a spreadsheet to reconcile what actually happened. **What do you dislike about CartonCloud?** Customization is limited. A lot of great features, but there are limitations. **What problems is CartonCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before something like CartonCloud, a lot of 3PLs run their WMS and TMS as two disconnected tools (or spreadsheets). Implementation and Training were very easy and done faster than many other platforms I have used in the past. The specialist are accessible...Javier Hernandez was an excellent Implementation Consultant. He helped us through every question or concern we had, and whenever he didn’t immediately have an answer, he made sure to escalate it and follow through. Even with the more unique nuances of our processes, he was able to help us tailor the platform to fit our specific needs.
