He helped us through every question or concern we had, and whenever he didn’t immediately have an answer, he made sure to escalate it and follow through. It’s also easy to manage by exporting to Excel, reshaping the data, and then uploading it back into Carton Cloud. Being able to manipulate large data sets quickly is awesome. The health checks are excellent as well. Having an advisor watching our business with us helps ensure we’re using the Carton Cloud modules the right way and highlights more streamlined processes. They also challenge us on our business model and ask, “Why are you doing it this way?”—which is genuinely helpful. Using Carton Cloud on the floor, any tablet, device, laptop, all integrates and changes can be done on the floor, keeping the entire system "LIVE", training is simple as well as it is very intuitive. **What do you dislike about CartonCloud?** It’s hard to keep up with all the innovation and changes Carton Cloud do to make sure we’re using every corner of Carton Cloud to our advantage. In the background Carton Cloud are always innovating and releasing new products, even to the point whereas a customer it is hard to keep up and find where it adds value. Often, we run into complex problems, then we ask Carton Cloud to collaborate with us and the customer as well. They are swiftly available, understand their system and the best solution and pathway to move forward. Sometimes this is in the system already, and on occasions customer solutions can be built in a timely manner and I am very happy to put Carton Cloud representatives in front of our customers anytime. ### 12.
