What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli completely changed how our company sends out invoices for approval before payment. Before Stampli, I was being sent invoices for approval over email. This lead to some invoices slipping through the cracks and being lost until down the road, the accounting team would follow up and ask for approval again. With Stampli, all of the invoices pending approval are in one place and easy to review and approve, or provide feedback when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

What do you like best about Stampli?

I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli. What do you dislike about Stampli?

Trying to make sure that the tray is correct so that it doesn't go to another department by default. It can be a little bit of a waste of time, but I would still say Stampli is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I like how Stampli learns habits with specific vendors. Billy puts the most frequently used codes (per vendor) at the top of the list to simplify trying to select which code and eliminates the need to scroll through dozens of codes to find the correct one. What do you dislike about Stampli?

Integration with QB was simple enough, but sometimes there are disconnects that take a long time to resolve. Additionally, the automatic assignment of "invoice" to everything that comes through can be a bit annoying. What do you like best about Stampli?

I really appreciate how simple it is to locate invoices that are specifically connected to me and my projects, as well as how straightforward it is to enter all the necessary information. It integrates smoothly with my organization's workflow and has made our accounting processes much more efficient. The ability to implement our own cost codes in a searchable manner within each invoice has also been fantastic. I find Stampli to be incredibly simple and easy to use, which streamlines my invoice approval process effectively. The clarity provided by Stampli on what each invoice relates to, including detailed information such as the amount requested, the sender, and the date, greatly reduces the chance of errors. The dashboard overview feature is immensely helpful, making it clear which vendors I am responsible for paying and when payments are due. Additionally, the alerts and reminders ensure that invoices are paid on time, minimizing downtime risk. What do you like best about Stampli?

I really appreciate how user‑friendly the software is. The formatting makes it easy to add notes and communicate information to employees when needed. We use Stampli with Intacct, and handling Change Orders has been incredibly smooth. On the rare occasion that we run into an issue, our CSM is always responsive and extremely helpful. What do you like best about Stampli?

I like how Stampli makes the approval process streamlined, allowing users to see who needs to approve invoices. Coding invoices is very straightforward, and exporting to our ERP system is a breeze. I appreciate the ease of use with Stampli, especially the straightforward UI. I also value the ability for vendors to email invoices and check their status, which eliminates the paper waste from printing and scanning invoices. What do you dislike about Stampli?

The Stampli Card process has not been as easy as hoped. Our cards have been declined several times for 'security purposes' which has prevented transactions from processing. The creation and approval of virtual cards has also had some challenges. The cards have been turned off which required every user to call customer service and verify company info to reactivate. What do you like best about Stampli?

I like how Stampli automates AP processing with OCR and connects seamlessly to MS F&O, eliminating the need for manual entry. I appreciate its ease of use and the user interface, which allows for easy option changes and invoice approvals. The system flow is smooth, and the help menu is quite useful. I like that everything is on one page with menus that jut out, and I find the colors nice. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

I don't like that there are lots of hidden features that I need to dig into the help to find, or that there are premium features you have to pay for which aren't mentioned in the help file. "I use Stampli on the daily and it makes my job much easier"
What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli makes my job easier by saving time. I am also able to help our other locations bu approving their bills as a proky approver. As I use the software more it learns how each vendor is generally coded and it becomes even quicker to upload our bills. I no longer have to have all my paper copies of bills saved from week to week because Stampli saves them for me. I can find them quickly by searching key words rather than searching through the file cabinet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

What do you like best about Stampli?

I like Stampli because it saves time and is very intuitive. It helps expedite the billing process by ensuring invoices are directly submitted to accounts payable and then submitted to me for approval, rather than sitting in emails. It also keeps very good records of our invoices, and I can quickly see how much I spent on my civil engineers for any given project. Additionally, even without much computer experience, I find it works really well for me. The initial setup was very easy, with our IT department installing it across our devices, including laptops, phones, and desktop computers, and everything synchronizes very well.
