"Versatile and User-Friendly, But Missing Some Logical Features"
What do you like best about Dutchie?

I love the versatility and depth of Dutchie the most. It sometimes feels like there are 2-3 ways to get the same thing done, depending on how you learn, operate, or organize. I love the user interface. It feels clean and easy to navigate. There are 100s of features, yet, I feel like Dutchie narrows your options in certain areas to allow you to better focus on operations pertaining to your store/grow. I have been in the cannabis industry since 2017 and have used several different platforms and Dutchie is far and away the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dutchie?

Certain features can be buggy at times and the information from Support is sometimes incorrect. I have received information from Support that was flat out wrong in certain instances. When building discounts sometimes the logic is wrong and Support would say that the Duration of the Discount is the indicator for when competing discounts take precedence, which is incorrect.

The Support is definitely a spot of weakness for Dutchie.

Thankfully we have a great CSM that is very quick to respond, Alexandria Guilfoyle. She helps me assess issues that are solvable and issues that need a Support ticket. She is always very cheerful and helpful and very responsive. Alex is the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dutchie?

I love how Dutchie makes completing transactions much smoother with its integrated front-of-house and back-of-house functions, which significantly enhances the overall user experience. I find it invaluable that it tracks customer daily allotments to ensure compliance, which is crucial in a heavily regulated industry. It's user-friendly compared to other cannabis POS systems, which adds to its appeal. The software’s facets range from completing POS transactions to providing analytics, offering excellent clarity in navigating back-of-house inventory. When troubleshooting, Dutchie’s support teams are always kind and professional, making any issues less stressful. The process of delivering and auditing inventory is simplified and well-organized, and the analytics help me clearly understand gross sales and profits. What do you dislike about Dutchie?

I appreciate how effortlessly I can get support when there’s a problem, and Dutchie excels in customizing and tailoring solutions that perfectly fit both our specific business requirements and those of other cannabis operators. The initial setup was incredibly straightforward, making it simple to implement Dutchie across all our dispensaries. What do you dislike about Dutchie?

I find the loyalty program in Dutchie lacking in depth and robustness. It seems to be missing the ability to sign people out via form and lacks the capability for running text message campaigns, which are features I currently rely on from my existing loyalty provider. What do you dislike about Dutchie?

The user experience and interface of the POS, Backoffice, and E-commerce platforms are quite clunky and frequently plagued by bugs. While our team is diligent about reporting these issues as they come up, the process of submitting support tickets and dealing with Dutchie's shortcomings has become an expected and costly part of our workflow. "Great Features, Challenging Setup"
What do you like best about Dutchie?

I am very appreciative of Dutchey's reporting features, such as the master product audit, discount detail reports, and transactions by product actions report, as they significantly simplify investigations and discovery processes for my role. The point of sale flow operates smoothly, which is critical for daily operations. I am also getting ample support from the help center, which is immensely helpful as we prepare to implement DeliStyle. What do you dislike about Dutchie?

I find the initial setup process with Dutchie to be quite challenging, as it did not export and import data smoothly. This caused significant stress and lack of sleep during the transition. Additionally, I face difficulties with Dutchie's AI feature, which can be hard to navigate despite using the support portal and how-to guides. I also struggle with the challenge of getting product feedback adequately pushed through and escalated for more efficient workflow, specifically relating to Ohio's tier and tenth issues. Furthermore, the system's inability to properly populate the cart for Ohio-specific items and tiers adds to the frustration, as well as the lack of flexibility to create tiered discounts for categories, which could streamline processes and reduce the extensive discount listings. Lastly, the requirement for adjustments during counting audits detracts from efficiency in inventory management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dutchie?

Dutchie POS has the best (most accurate) metrc integration. The reporting is also by far the most advanced. I like the loyalty and marketing features and the compliance tools.
