Gets the job done but lacks some basic functionality **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2024 **What do you like best about Stampli?** -Customer Service is extremely helpful. -Rerouting approvers is easy. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** -Using Credit memos is not an efficient process because even though they've been through the approval process, we need to manually create an upload file and import them Credit Memos that are already in the system. -Entering new Vendors is a pain as they need to be uploaded and the payment information needs to be done separately from the entering of the invoice. There should be a page to enter new vendors. -Invoices can be approved without GL Coding/the GL Amounts don't match the invoice totals. -There is no report/status differentiation between invoices that have been approved for payment and those that have been selected for payment. The points above cause extra work on the data entry side and introduce multiple chances for errors. -Couldn't find an A/P Aging report. -The UI isn't very intuitive. -It would be helpful if on the payment side we could set it so any of the approved reviewers could approve it (i.e., Controller or VP Finance, but don't need to waste time for both to review) **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** A/P workflow automation and payments. ### 2.
