There is no question of where an invoice is in the system or if it is even in the system which makes it easy for both operations and accounting to know where it is quickly. As a controller, I like being able to look at the invoice side-by-side with the general ledger detail and approvals on one page. All of that is needed for me to approve each invoice for payment. Without having everything in front of me, I would need to find the invoice, find out who and when it was approved, and then call up the program manager to see where it should be coded. I like that it imports directly into our accounting system. This is a huge time-saving benefit which take the manual data entry and its pitfalls out of the equation for seamless entry. All staff members have been trained on invoice entry into Stampli so the implementation was easy. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** I think introducing more robust reporting tools would make Stampli a better system. About two seconds after I reassigned it, I realized I had assigned to the wrong person.
