At times I want to send a note to accounts payable or if I want to let them know, "this is on pause." I like that all the input and output chronological data about the invoice is available through the Print option. Also, the ability to question my peers. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** When searching for a vendor, if the wrong vendor is selected from the dropdown menu and I click the cancel (X) button, the dropdown does not stay on that vendor. Instead, it resets, and I have to re-enter the vendor name from scratch. I would prefer that the active line remains on the vendor I mistakenly selected, so I can easily choose the correct one from the line above or below. For example, among these options: AZPAIPROEBF AZPAIPROACS AZPAIPROTMC If I need to select AZPAIPROACS but accidentally choose AZPAIPROEBF, when I cancel, the dropdown should return to AZPAIPROEBF (the one I mistakenly picked). Recurring invoices cannot have auto-assigned approvers, and their details (such as title or start/end dates) cannot be edited without duplicating the record. Once stopped, a recurring invoice cannot simply be restarted. There is no “Pending Approval” tab, requiring manual report checks, and invoice editing after authorization involves multiple unnecessary steps before it can be reapproved. Users cannot copy an invoice or reuse the same PDF to create multiple invoices, and key fields like invoice number, date, or GL details cannot be mass-edited. If a Stampli card transaction lacks a receipt, it doesn’t appear for AP processing, and filtering AP Workview by Stampli card transactions does not function properly. The workflows are intuitive, and the features we needed are readily available without significant customization. The payments module is slick and convenient. The number of available features and customizations is adequate without being too overwhelming. Customer support is decent, although it can take longer than we'd like to respond or at least to provide an actual answer to the question at issue. The trainer we had (Samantha) was very friendly and nice, and we think she did a good job picking the best options for how to set us up on their platform - we are multi-entity and cross multiple industries, too. The QuickBooks Desktop integration works well, but it does freeze up fairly often and needs to be manually restarted. This is not difficult to do, just something to note. My favorite feature is the way hyperlinks back to the original paperwork and the audit trail are added to the memo in QuickBooks Desktop, making it possible to quickly and efficiently find the original paperwork and all the notes about it. This feature has proven to be worth so much more than expected! Thank you, Stampli! **What do you dislike about Stampli?** The WEX credit card that they partner with is really bad. We have found WEX to flag WAY too many transactions as fraud, even after being explicitly told that they are authorized charges. We are also not a fan of WEX's 2-week statement period which cannot be customized or changed. Finally, I do not like that WEX issues separate statements and makes separate payments for virtual cards and physical cards - a seemingly needless distinction that makes statement reconciliation more challenging than it should be. We are still using this card program because it is the only card program that is integrated with the Stampli platform. But we would gladly switch if another corporate card program was added. Also, the mobile app for submitting expense receipts is flaky, especially in poor phone service areas. It often hangs up on receipt upload and it is hard to get it do anything else when it does. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We went to Stampli in order to take our AP and credit cards paperless. But it provides so much more than that with its approval workflows and direct payment options. It has significantly reduced the communication bottlenecks we used to experience when handling everything through email. Now, all the invoices I need to review are conveniently organized in one place. Another useful feature is the ability to assign a different approver if an invoice sent to me falls outside my area of responsibility. **What do you dislike about Stampli?** At times, the software can be slow. I believe there are some UI and UX improvements that could enhance the experience. For instance, when switching from one invoice to another, the page sometimes takes more than five seconds to load. Additionally, I find it inconvenient that I have to select all invoices and click 'review selected invoices' just to access the feature that allows me to switch invoices from the upper right section of the invoice view page. **What problems is Stampli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, our accounting team sends us an invoice for our marketing platforms through email. We will then review the invoices and signify approval if the costs indicated are correct. The struggles we had with this kind of process is that usually the emails can be buried with all other emails that it would be hard to locate them once I review them on the time I have set to review them for myself. There are also times when the invoice sent to me are not under my scope so it will cause additional email exchanges which can cause delay in payment of the invoices. It can also be very inefficient having to go through different emails to review different invoices. ### 49.
