## SignalWire Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Setup, But Overall Experience Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SignalWire?**

it was easy to setup. was able to setup our webrtc dialer pretty quick.

**What do you dislike about SignalWire?**

that's where it ends. they use a ticket system to respond, takes hours. They limited tokens so even though there were funds on the account it shut down my dialer. And..Sigmond, is usesless as tits on a boar hog. Then you get a ticket, then they reply with generic response, and then you have to reply and wait some more...it's ok, wanted to migrate from twilio, but they both suck at service! Forgot to mention they billed me for more subsrcibers than i have. I literally just got billed .02 outta the blue, se have not made a call in 3 hours. I wouldn't recommend them on price or service. ease of setting up, sure!

**What problems is SignalWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

setting up a phone dialer:

  ### 2. Great experiance with SignalWire

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SignalWire?**

I joined SignalWire as BPO partner for my company IbraSoft. They helped me alot in the start, their support team is very friendly and fast to respond. I really like that they have a lot of documentation for developers, so its easy to find answers when you stuck on something. The services are good and reliable, and pricing also fair compare to others. Sometimes docs can be little confusing, but overall very usefull. I am happy I choosed them.

**What do you dislike about SignalWire?**

None of them I am aware of yet, I am still using Thier SIP service.

**What problems is SignalWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SignalWire is helping us solve communication issues for our BPO. Before we had problems with call quality and setup was confusing, but with SignalWire its much easyer to manage. The developer API and docs makes it simple to integrate, so we dont waste time on small tech issues. This saves us money and time, and our clients get better service too.

  ### 3. Amazing documentation and support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SignalWire?**

SignalWire is so easy to build with. I had an AI agent live within less than an hour.

**What do you dislike about SignalWire?**

I wish they offered the service for free.

**What problems is SignalWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to swtich from another slution that was very difficult to build with and maintain. The other solution had poor documentation and zero support.

  ### 4. Pathetic, Worst Service and Agent Attitude, HIGHLY AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SignalWire?**

Only thing to be liked about them is their Flashy website

**What do you dislike about SignalWire?**

They will shut your entire account down for a mistake from one of your customer and leave your entire business stranded, HIGHLY AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE

**What problems is SignalWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Didn't solve any of our problems, rather left us stranded at nowhere

  ### 5. Fantastic, reliable service for the best price!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SignalWire?**

SignalWire offers fantastic reliability and outstanding support and takes the time to get to know you and your business

**What do you dislike about SignalWire?**

SignalWire has few downsides. We'd like more international destinations for their SMS solution.

**What problems is SignalWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to communicate using SMS with mutual customers of our business users

  ### 6. Saved us $1,000s of Dollars!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SignalWire?**

We've been using Twilio for almost 5 years. It's an amazing service but prices can get high pretty quickly. We had almost 1k numbers with them so that meant that our bill was close to $2k per month. That may not seems like a lot but considering the number of phone numbers that we owned but like anyone else, we were looking to bring those costs down. We decided to look into Signalwire. At first, just like everyone else, we were astonished and surprised by the price. It seemed to go to be true. What we decided to do was port a couple of numbers at a time and test the service. I can honestly say that it is truly amazing! We've had great results with them and I can easily say that they've saved us over $24k per year. We now own 1,500 numbers and we are paying less than $400 per month. Cheap prices don't always mean bad quality and this is very true with this service. The price is amazing and the service is as well. We've never had problems with the phone numbers not working or the calls not properly being received. The sound quality is perfect.

**What do you dislike about SignalWire?**

Just like any other VOIP service, it does require some work to set up. It's not an easy plug-and-play system. It does require you to know a bit of code to be able to set up call forwarding. Thankfully, their support team was very helpful and was able to get me up and running in no time. I had questions and they helped us right away. It can be daunting at first to not know what to do, but thankfully they walked me through how to set up the call forwarding for the phone numbers. They have also helped me to set up call forwarding, text forwarding, call recording, and a couple more features. Their support team is very responsive and helpful.

Additionally, another downfall is area code acceptance. Not every are code is accepted so we had to keep a couple of Twilio numbers on their system since they couldn't be accepted to Signalwire due to that issue.

**Recommendations to others considering SignalWire:**

Try it out! I know that a lot of people may be afraid to sign up due to the price and how cheap it is but you don't have to worry about that. As I mentioned before, cheap prices doesn't always mean bad quality service. I can assure you that you will be more than pleased with their service.

**What problems is SignalWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using their system for call forwarding and that is the main issue it has solved for us. Additionally, it has brought our bills to about 70% less with 50% more numbers than what we had with Twilio. I would really consider for everyone to check them out. Their service is top quality and the prices are amazing.
