I work adjacent to a clinic's ops team and no shows were a real problem, a simple SMS reminder just wasn't cutting it for a chunk of patients who apparently never check texts from unknown numbers. Built a journey that tries SMS first, and if nobody confirms within a day, automatically follows up over WhatsApp instead, which turned out to be where a surprising number of our patients actually engage.
