What I like best about Signal House is that it’s relatively straightforward to set up and manage for my client. I mainly handle the backend setup, including configuring numbers and communication settings, and the platform makes those tasks pretty easy to manage. The interface is simple to navigate, and I like having the different communication features organized in one place. It makes the setup process much more manageable, especially when working with multiple numbers or accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I find a little challenging is that some of the setup and configuration steps aren’t always immediately clear, especially when working with different settings for phone numbers and messaging. It can take a bit of trial and error to figure out where everything is and how certain settings work. Having more detailed in-app guidance or clearer documentation for some of the setup processes would make it easier for admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
