What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The amount of different tools available and how deep you can go with segmentation, ensuring that what you're sending is to the right persona selling the correct product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotdigital?

How much there is to do within it. I don't think it's a dislike as such, but you want to be able to do everything all at once but it will take a while for everything to be uploaded/imported and use everything effectively.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dotdigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our current email system is very basic, we have to upload everything manually and update lists ourselves. Whereas we're able to connect our booking system into Dotdigital and have it run automatically.

We also have the option to refine our database within a few clicks whereas previously we wold have to download our customers/users and apply filets in excel and then re-upload it.

There's a wide range of option available to add into the email itself all being easy to navigate and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
