What do you like best about 360Dialog?

The support is helpful, and it’s easy to configure the full setup. The value is well aligned with what we're paying. 360Dialog provides a reliable WhatsApp infrastructure that saves us development and maintenance time while allowing us to scale our messaging and automation workflows. What do you dislike about 360Dialog?

What problems is 360Dialog solving and how is that benefiting you?

360Dialog helps us integrate WhatsApp Business into our platform in a reliable way, which makes it easier to manage messaging, automation, and customer communication at scale. It takes away much of the complexity of working directly with the WhatsApp Business API, so we can focus more on building our own workflows and the overall customer experience.

For us, the biggest benefit is having a stable, scalable communication channel that connects smoothly with our backend systems. This enables automated notifications, ongoing conversations, and operational workflows through WhatsApp, without adding unnecessary overhead to our implementation.
