**What do you like best about Signal House?**

We've been using SignalHouse for our SMS operations, and it's been a great experience overall. The recent updates have made the portal much more intuitive to use. Day-to-day operations are straightforward, and I can usually find what I need without any hassle.

As a developer, I've also had a great experience with the new API. The documentation is much better than before, which made the integration process much smoother. The new webhook-based approach for events like number purchases adds a bit more complexity, but the documentation is clear enough that implementing it wasn't a problem.

The same goes for the portal itself. Registering brands and campaigns is naturally a detailed process, but SignalHouse makes it easy to follow. The portal guides you through each step, making the process much smoother.

Whenever we've needed help, the support team has been outstanding. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and always provide clear, helpful answers.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

I don't have any major complaints. Some integrations require a bit more effort, but the documentation and support make the process smooth.

**What problems is Signal House solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SignalHouse as part of our CRM to communicate with customers via SMS. It has been a reliable and efficient solution for managing messaging at scale, making it much easier to reach customers and integrate SMS into our day-to-day operations.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

The A2P 10DLC registration process was straightforward and easy to complete. The documentation is clearly organized and easy to follow, which made navigating the requirements much simpler than expected. Support has also been consistently helpful and responsive, addressing questions quickly and providing clear guidance when needed. Overall, a smooth and well-supported experience.

Implementation into our app was straight forward, we are currently using for MFA but will be rolling out texting for our users to their clients within the next year.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

There aren’t any major drawbacks to note. The few minor issues we encountered were handled quickly by support, who were responsive and effective in resolving them. Overall, nothing significant that would detract from the experience.

**What problems is Signal House solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re currently using this for MFA, and the charges have been transparent and straightforward. The service has also been reliable for our use case. It made the A2P 10DLC registration process easy to follow and walk through as well.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

I have been extremely impressed with the Signal House Support Team. I especially appreciate their 24/7 availability and the option to connect with a live agent through chat whenever assistance is needed. The team is consistently responsive, helpful, and committed to resolving issues. It's reassuring to know that knowledgeable support is available at any time—excellent customer service! I like the analytics because they help me make decisions and ensure processes are functioning properly. I also value the transparency of my specific account data, which was a big reason for switching from Text Grid to Signal House. Additionally, the initial setup of Signal House was extremely easy.

Live agents are required to multitask when providing support.

I really like Signal House’s customer service department, as well as their demo team. They make the process easy to understand and are there for you at every step of your journey as a startup. There pricing is consdierably better than some competitors as well as there UI. Performance is solid too they again have quick integrations that are easy for someone even new to coding and there intelligence overall helps greatly.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything about Signal House. The only thing that was a bit challenging for me was finding meeting times that worked. I’m in the Pacific time zone, and a lot of the support team runs on EST or an overseas Southern Asian time zone, so scheduling could take a little extra coordination.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

What really stood out to us with Signal House was how smooth the entire experience has been compared to other providers we’ve used. From A2P registration to campaign delivery and support, everything just worked without a ton of back-and-forth or technical headaches. The setup process was simple, integrations were easy to get running, and the onboarding felt much more personal and hands-on than what we were used to.

Their support team has also been great. You’re not getting canned responses from people reading scripts — you’re talking to people who actually understand messaging, compliance, and scaling SMS operations. Anytime we’ve needed help or had questions, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

We’ve also seen a noticeable difference in cost and performance. Signal House helped us reduce messaging costs while improving deliverability and overall reliability, which has made a big impact on our day-to-day operations.

Overall, Signal House has been a really solid partner for us. If your business relies heavily on SMS and you want something dependable without all the usual friction, it’s definitely worth considering.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

My experience onboarding has been smooth, other than hiccups that were not their fault. I also got nearly instant SMS brand approval, after being unable to get it successfully through Go High Level with many tries.
The software is easy to use, it integrates well with my GHL dashboard, and I'm excited to finally be able to communicate with my customer by text -- an important thing when a traveler needs help in the middle of their trip!

Pricing is excellent, less than the direct Twilio numbers. It was easy and fast to setup the approvals, the account, and the dialer. I'm expecting the voice quality and performance to be great as well.

**What do you dislike about Signal House?**

I don't know that I have any downsides. Maybe the porting process could have been a little clearer around time expectations -- but the delays, again, were not their fault but entirely on Go High Level.

Being able to reply to my customers' texts without giving out my personal cell phone number.

I use Signal House for all my SMS outreach and marketing, and I love how seamless and simple the A2P application is. Having tried other companies before, this is by far the easiest to navigate through the application process. Signal House automatically provides the sample marketing messages and business information needed to complete the application form, making the process incredibly easy and quick, taking only 5 minutes. I really appreciate how Signal House made A2P easy and fast, and their support is amazing, especially Kanza. Having someone that can help with any questions is great. I use the phone systems, the dialer, and the brand verification, and message 10DLC is super fast to do. Their pricing is better with no outrageous fees for brand campaigns, and they are quick with approvals, not taking weeks. The initial setup was super easy; you just make an account, and that's it. We have 8 people working on it, and we all use it and find it great.

Just the UI. They have some updates that take some time and delay the business, or they take it off for a while which some people may not like, but they are working on fixing it. It just made me stop calling people.

**What do you like best about Signal House?**

I find it super easy to get approved with Signal House. My A2P gets approved in like three days, which is amazing. I like that a lot. Their support is very helpful, responding within about five minutes, Monday through Friday, which I really appreciate. The whole process for A2P application is simplified and completed in less than five minutes, making it very efficient. I also think their pricing is pretty much the same as everyone else's, but the speed of approval is what makes it stand out. Setting up Signal House was extremely easy; you just add the app and submit your info for A2P, and it works instantly.

I think that their support team is good, but if it's possible to have, like, Zoom chats with them, that'd be very helpful.

Support is extremely responsive & good. Not only do these people gurantee their outcome, but the support is so responsive it almost shocks you how quickly they help you and how they solve the problem every time.

The only thing I wish these guys had was the ability to answer and make calls from the mobile Lead Connector app. Right now it is just on desktop. I have sales people that work from the phone, and they have to answer calls on the computer.

I love the support from Signal House; it's really good. They always solve your issues no matter what it is. And I love how it's very easy to use. It was my first time using it when I started my role as a customer service manager, but I learned it very quickly, and there's really nothing too complicated about it. It's valuable that I could really grasp how to use it very quickly, allowing me to be independent, which is essential for my role.

So the only problem I've been having in Signal House is the numbers. For some reason, they are a little bit hard to understand. Like, after I buy a number, they should be appearing on another section called your numbers. And the numbers should be pending there. But for some reason, sometimes it doesn't happen. And I need to wait. I need to contact support, which can get a little bit annoying after it happens more than five times. But I've just solved this issue thanks to Naqi, a support agent!

Honestly, there aren’t many major downsides. If I had to nitpick, there can be a bit of a learning curve when you’re first getting everything set up—especially if you’re running high-volume campaigns. Also, like any SMS platform at scale, you need to stay on top of compliance and list quality to get the best results.

That said, once everything is dialed in, the platform runs very smoothly and consistently.

Signal House is solving one of the biggest problems for us, which is scaling outbound lead generation without sacrificing deliverability or cost efficiency.

Before using it, we struggled with unreliable sending, inconsistent response rates, and platforms that couldn’t handle volume. With Signal House, we’re able to send at scale while maintaining strong deliverability, which directly translates into more conversations and more qualified leads.

Their support is amazingly quick, they always keep me updated with the latest news. The platform also just works constantly all the time which is really the backbone, no random outages, and when there are issues they are handled quickly and communicated clearly.

I cannot say I dislike anything about them, I’d say the system works good and I can’t complain.

They provide unmatched texting services, where other platforms would ban you out of the blue they are the best at letting you send what you want, and letting you know what’s in compliance without kicking you off the platform. Also integrating a dialer into the texting was a 100% must for my business so that was a super helpful feature.

I had issues with GHL ( CRM ) and how long their A2P took. I would sign a client and have to delay launch for 1-2 weeks for their account to get verified, with Signal House it takes 1-2 DAYS

I appreciate Signal House for sending SMS messages cheaply and being reliable when sending those messages. I really like the support team; they are quick and helpful. I also find it easy to send messages through the GoHighLevel app with Signal House. The initial setup was easier than trying to send A2P in GoHighLevel, and overall, it was a pretty easy experience.

Messages being shown in GHL (Inbound Messages) need improvement, as do showing the messages in the GHL app conversations.

The team at Signal House is very good, and I'd say their team is the best thing about them, especially in my communication. Whenever we have an issue, they're very quick to respond to any questions we have, particularly mentioning Will, Jason, Muhammad, and Ryker for their exceptional support. Signal House is much more reliable than the previous product we were using, and the initial setup was very easy for our team.

Everyone I have spoken to has been able to answer my questions or fix any issues I ran into. 100% pass rate on a2p and very simple process, takes 5 mins per client. 10 out of 10 for support and the product works ffwlessly. Highly recommend for Functionality, Service and Price.

I was referred to signal house by a friend due to how fast they get their verification done and how seamless they make it, Deryk was prompt to introduce himself upon signing up, he walked me through everything answered all my questions and I got started immediately was blown away at how easy it is to get verified you can definitely tell they spent a lot of time on the customer experience with the amount of templating in every area that is typically very hard for someone who doesn’t know TCP a compliance. It would be an understatement to say how pleased I am, and how excited I am to scale my telecommunications with signalhouse also their child support even on the lowest tier was instantaneous. Can’t say enough good about these guys.

There were a few UI bugs that needed solving but support was quick to give advice!

I really appreciate the ATP verification system in Signal House for its efficiency and speed. It's very efficient to set up, has fewer bugs overall, and is much cheaper than other options. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and I received support along the way, which was helpful. The support is really great and fast like today when i had a problem and a gentleman by the name Naqi helped me immediately.

When connected to Go High Level, I can't use two numbers at the same time for workflows.
