"Easy Dexatel OTP API Integration with Helpful Setup Support"
What do you like best about Dexatel?
The best part of us was how easy it was to get started. We integrated Dexatel's OTP API into our signup flow and the process was pretty straight forward. Their support also helped us during setup when we had questions.
We have 1000+ signups per week, so OTP delivery is quite important for us. So far it ha bee n reliable and we also have the option to use another channel when SMS doesn't go through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Dexatel?
Sometimes an SMS is not delivered, which I guess is something you can't completely avoid with SMS. We use email as a fallback after SMS, so in our case it hasn't caused any major problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
