We use Dexatel to communicate with patients about upcoming appointments, schedule changes, follow-up visits, and general updates. Before implementing it, much of this communication was handled manually by our staff. The platform is easy to use, messages are delivered reliably, and patients appreciate receiving reminders on their phones instead of having to rely on emails or phone calls.

As a SaaS company, communication touches almost every part of our product. We switched from another vendor to Dexatel and have been much happier with the overall experience. We use Dexatel for user verification during signup, login authentication, password resets, billing notifications, product updates, onboarding reminders, and customer engagement campaigns. what i like most is that we can manage SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other channels from a single platform instad of juggling multiple vendors.

What i like most is the ability to reach customers through the channels they actually pay attention to.
