We use Dexatl every day for verification messages and the main thing I like is that we don't have to think about it much. OTPs go out, delivery is good and if we notice something unusual their team is responsive.
We have customers in several markets so this was important for us. With our old setup we were spending too much time checking why messages were delayed in one country or another
