I like how easy Dexatel makes WhatsApp integration, especially for marketing. The carousel messages are great for showcasing multiple products or offers in one message and the API gives us the flexibility to build around our needs without unnecessary complexity.

1) We use Dexatel for OTPs, login verification and notifications related to user activity. These messages are time sensitive, especially when someone is trying to access their account or confirm an important action.<br>2) The API works well with our platform, but what we appreciate most is the support. When we had questions during the setup or needed help checking an issue, we could speak with someone who actually understood the technical side. We usually got answers without being passed between different people.

We use Dexatel for appointment reminders and other patient notifications. The messages are connected with our scheduling system, so reminders go out automatically and our staff don’t have to contact every patient manually. But honestly the biggest difference for us has been the support. We worked with three other messaging providers before Dexatel and support became a problem with every one of them. With Dexatel, we can reach a real person who tries to understand the issue and help us solve it. We didn’t expect the difference to be noticeable.
