We don't send millions of messages every month, but every authentication message we send matters. If a patient can't log in before a consultation because the OTP didn't arrive, it becomes a support issue almost immediately with Dexatel we expected reliable OTP delivery, but what made us stay was how responsive the support team has been. Even after onboarding, they've been quick to answer technical questions and suggest ways to improve delivery.

We use Dexatel to communicate with patients about upcoming appointments, schedule changes, follow-up visits, and general updates. Before implementing it, much of this communication was handled manually by our staff.
