What do you like best about Webex Connect?

What I like most about Webex Connect is how it brings communication and collaboration into a more organized workflow. It makes it easier to manage interactions across different channels and helps reduce the need to switch between multiple tools. What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

I haven't come across any major issues with Webex Connect so far. The overall experience has been smooth, and the platform offers useful features for managing communication and collaboration. What problems is Webex Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Connect is particularly useful for managing customer communication across multiple channels, such as SMS, WhatsApp, email, and live chat, through a centralized platform. I find its visual Flow Builder especially valuable because it allows communication workflows to be designed and automated using a drag-and-drop approach. For example, processes like sending automated notifications, appointment reminders, and customer updates can be handled more efficiently. Its API and integration capabilities also make it easier to connect communication workflows with existing business applications, reducing manual effort and improving response times.
