I left Twilio because their platform was difficult to use, and their customer support was slow and unhelpful when I needed it most. Signal House has been the complete opposite. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed.

Brand and campaign approvals move quickly, so I can get clients up and running without the usual delays. And the developer API is outstanding: clean, well-documented, and a pleasure to build with.

I’m so impressed that I’m moving all of my clients over to Signal House. Highly recommended.

Kanza was very helpful and made sure my concerns / problems were taken care of; nor was I rushed and pushed along.

I really like that Signal House allows me to quickly set up clients with a business phone number for calls and texting, which is a main selling point for me. The initial setup of Signal House was super easy, and I didn't have to manually build A2P compliant websites, which is a huge time saver. Overall, I'm very happy with Signal House's ease of use and efficiency.
