What I like most about Wati is that it makes WhatsApp communication much easier to manage for events. We use it for registration confirmations, reminders, event updates, and follow-ups with attendees. Earlier, many of these messages had to be handled manually, which took a lot of time.
With Wati, we can create templates, manage contacts, and send messages in a more organized way. I also like that the platform gives us better control over our communication instead of managing everything manually. The AI support for reviewing template content is also helpful when preparing templates for submission, especially when we want to make sure the message is suitable as a utility message.
Overall, Wati has made our event-related WhatsApp communication more structured and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Wati is that sometimes the template review and approval process can take some time, especially when we are preparing messages for an upcoming event. It would be helpful if the approval process was a little faster and the reason for rejection was more specific, so we can understand exactly what needs to be changed.
I also feel that some notifications or error messages could be clearer. A more detailed explanation of the issue and the next step would make it easier to resolve problems quickly.
These are relatively small issues for us, but improving them would make the overall experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
