What do you like best about MSG91?

MSG91 has been very dependable for our day-to-day communication needs. SMS and WhatsApp delivery are fast, and the APIs were straightforward to integrate with our existing systems. I also appreciate that everything is available in one place, so we’re not juggling multiple tools. What do you dislike about MSG91?

In certain sections, the UI feels a bit dated. Some reports can take a while to load, especially when working with large datasets. The initial setup for more advanced features, like chatbots, also required a bit of support. Overall, the documentation is good, but there are a few areas where it could be more detailed. What problems is MSG91 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use MSG91 for OTPs and order notifications, and it has significantly reduced delivery failures. Customers now receive updates instantly, which has helped improve trust. It also saves us time because we no longer have to manage separate vendors for different communication needs. Overall, our communication has become more consistent, reliable, and scalable.
