As a SaaS company, communication touches almost every part of our product. We switched from another vendor to Dexatel and have been much happier with the overall experience. We use Dexatel for user verification during signup, login authentication, password resets, billing notifications, product updates, onboarding reminders, and customer engagement campaigns. what i like most is that we can manage SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other channels from a single platform instad of juggling multiple vendors. What problems is Dexatel solving and how is that benefiting you? Before Dexatel, user communication was fragmented across different providers. Authentication messages, onboarding emails, and customer notification were all managed separately, which created extra work for our team and made reporting difficult. We also experience occasional OTP delivery issues that affected user onboarding. After changing vendors and moving to Dexatel, our verification process became more reliable onboarding completion rates improved, and customer communication become much easier to manage. We are significantly happier with the service and overall performance compared to our previous provider. We now have a consistent way to engage users throughout their entire lifecycle-from account creation and authentication to onboarding, retention, and product updates.
