Complete lack of competent customer support is the biggest issue. We are constantly being passed around to "someone that can fix the problem," and they never fix the problem. They continue to waste my time. We have been limping along, unable to properly use Arena and Shelby Giving to their total capacity because no one at Shelby Support knows how to properly fix our issues as a multi-tenant, HQ user. I write these reviews, someone calls upset about my review, and then they still don't fix the problem. I have three MAJOR issues that lack a resolution after 2.5 years of complaining about them. Staff turnover at Shelby also seems to be a huge issue that contributes to this growing problem.
