There’s very little to dislike. The initial Adobe Commerce integration required some careful configuration, but that’s more a limitation of Magento than Omniconvert. Page flicker is still an issue, but I think that can be solved with some more dev work. And because the support team was so hands-on, even that challenge ended up being a smooth experience. We have been using Omniconvert for couple of years and what stood out was how usable and configurable the platform is. We were able to set up A/B tests without having to rely on heavy development resources. The intuitive interface meant we could launch experiments quickly and iterate fast. Where needed, we could still tap into advanced options (custom CSS/JS, deep segmentation) but the barrier to entry was very low.
