No response from customer service, emailed 3 times over 2 weeks and gave them plenty of time to respond. Complete waste of money, avoid and find better services, this will just be a waste of money. Maybe they were good in 2021, but in 2024, they are awful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inspectlet has provided us with accuracy in every step we take; it has handy but straightforward tools, a very easy-to-use interface with the same tools we need to do the inspection. The customer support provides the necessary help, which is useful when I have any inconvenience. The video reporting has dramatically facilitated the review; this way, it is much more practical to see and evaluate the movement of our customers on our site, analyze what we do wrong, and maybe see what we excel in, to reinforce our qualities in our service. It is an incredible tool that allows us to be much more precise and to really know how our clients interact on our website, in this way we visualize their interests in a much more objective way. I really like Inspectlet and how comfortable it is to use it. The updates that do every day make it much more authentic but with better tools to work. It is extremely easy, learning to use it does not take time and they are simple, just to focus well, and you already have it dominated. The price is worth it and it is just for the great job you do.

Inspectlet puts small limitations and that is a bit annoying. I do not like the fact that the sessions can only be held for 60 days, sometimes I need them for a little longer, and it's not like that. What I like most about this software is the ease with which I can configure, modify and adapt everything to what I need.

Inspectlet is a unique software that is necessary for every company. They implement a great way to get feedback, and it records a video of every movement a user makes on their website. I like it because we can know which parts of our website are the most interesting and which are the least interesting. I like that all reports are in real-time.
