It is very easy to use. From capturing screens to putting flows together, the interface is quite easy to understand and demos can be created in very little time. Also, the price point is hard to beat. That's why it's the perfect platform if you are considering a venture down the interactive demo path. It also easily integrated with our hubspot. Anchoring tooltips on the screen can sometimes be a bit buggy. And possibly more options within the actual creation process itself, such as different button types and features within the demo, but I figure in time these areas will only get better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. User Interface- It's a breeze to use the tool; all the features are so easily accessible that it actually feels fun to create a demo using Navattic.

2. Features- The entire list of features present in the tool is so powerful. All you need to have is a strategy, and Navattic has everything to support it.

3. Ease of implementation- Invision, create, and publish: That's all it takes. Just press the buttons and follow the flow.

The combination of the product’s ease of use and the stellar support from the team. We can build and launch a high-quality interactive demo in a fraction of the time it would take to coordinate a live session. Plus, the Navattic team is incredibly responsive, whenever we have a question, they are right there with a solution, which makes the partnership feel like a true extension of our own team. The only minor hurdle is the initial learning curve with the HTML editor. While it’s definitely a no-code tool, getting a demo to look 100% perfect across all screen sizes can take a bit of 'fiddling' at first. What I love most about Navattic is how easy it is to take an existing web asset, capture it, and then tailor it to different needs and industry-specific language. For example, we can take a demonstration originally built for the Telecommunications industry, capture the click path, and then update the screen elements throughout so it reflects a Financial Services demonstration instead.

I also can’t say enough about how supportive their account teams are. Their online chat team is extremely responsive, and their Customer Success team consistently shares new features and best practices that help our teams get more out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s much more to love than to dislike about the Navattic platform. The one area I’d most like to see improved is the capture feature—specifically, better automation for screen re-captures after a new platform release. As it works today, when our captured UIs change, we have to open each flow, re-capture the affected screens, and then publish the flow again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whilst a beginner, learning the ins and outs of the platform is straightforward not just due to the great support but the UI is polished and simple to follow.

Once you're comfortable with the platform creating interactive demos with Navattic is fast and easy.

The UI is very intuitive so there's not much of a learning curve.

The Navattic tours make it very easy to showcase the platform, and the magic editor makes updating them super easy since when small changes are made to our platform' we can simply include the new element or amend text to reflect the update without having to recapture everything. The ability to make a change to a single page element and have the amendment be reflected across the entire tour in one go really shortens the time it takes to update tours.

The Analytics section has a lot of room for improvement. The visualizations in-platform are limited to a bare bones line chart for the overall comparison metrics (engaged users, CTR, unique visitors etc) and they cannot be exported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I like the outcomes when I look at the data for my usage and the clients that I use it with. There's triple digit percentage increases in revenue or in trial sign ups, doubling of people reaching activation status within a product, which is a big deal. Trials are great, but we want activated trials. The monetization side of things speaks for itself. I dislike that they used to not have a free version and it took a while to set up. But they have the free version to try now AND you can use copilot to build so I don't have any qualms, honestly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is easy to use, especially with the rollout of their agentic features in the last few months. Our team can go from idea to implementation in minutes. We went from having 1-2 product videos on our website that were quickly stale to having 10+ product walkthroughs that explore diverse customer needs and aspects of our product, and are easy to update as new product developments are pushed to production.

Customer support has been friendly and quick to respond when needed, which has been rare. It was simple within the product to set-up integrations with other elements of our tech stack so that Sales is aware of prospects exploring specific walkthroughs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile experiences with these types of products can be difficult due to screen size limitations. Navattic does a great job at offering a swipe file sort of option for the mobile experience. Less of a Navattic issue, and more of an upkeep issue, but when you create a lot of content it can be a bit daunting to keep it up to date when you have quickly evolving products/offerings. Navattic is consistently making various updates to help with this, and I imagine it's a concern with any demo automation platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The authoring experience is surprisingly straightforward. I used Navattic to build interactive demos for our relaunched product academy. The end result looks and feels like a user is actually inside our product, while still being able to click around and test things in a non-destructive environment. I also appreciated the range of editing tools, which made it much easier to create a demo compared with the video content I was used to producing. The initial setup can take a little time, especially if you’re trying to capture complex, multi-step workflows with lots of different UI states. Navattic is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The platform provides almost limitless ways to showcase a product without giving away too much. Integrating and implementing Navattic demos has also been remarkably straightforward and fun!
