## About Navattic
Give your prospects a modern buying experience with Navattic agents, demo automation, and interactive demos. With Navattic, you can capture any product, web app, desktop, mobile, or offline, in a pixel-perfect state, with hover states, animations, and dynamic UI preserved intact. Use click-to-capture, variables, and editing tools like blur, delete, replace, and personalize to build a polished demo in minutes. Navattic AI Copilot speeds up that process further: click through your product, and AI drafts the copy, tooltips, and demo story for you, built on best practices from over 40,000 demos. Once a demo is built, distribute it everywhere. Embed interactive demos on your website, drop them into sales emails or LinkedIn messages, run them in ad campaigns, or guide users through onboarding, all from one demo automation platform. Sales teams send tailored demos through Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, Seismic, Highspot, or LinkedIn and track engagement live. Product-led teams use branching and checklist logic to build custom flows that activate self-serve users or upsell existing accounts. For prospects who need more than a tour, Navattic AI agents guide and qualify them directly, answering questions in their own words and navigating your product or content in real time, no scheduling required. Every interaction feeds demo intent data back to your team. Trigger email or Slack alerts on high-intent views, sync engagement to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, and track usage in Segment, Amplitude, or Google Analytics. Spot buying signals as they happen and move deals faster. Whether you're sales-led or product-led, one platform covers the full demo lifecycle: build with Interactive Demos and AI Copilot, distribute at scale with demo automation, and qualify autonomously with AI agents.

## Navattic Reviews
 ### 1. Very easy to show demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Borna . | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I really appreciate how effortless it is to present the tutorials our team creates. While I’m not directly involved in the setup, feedback from my colleagues is that the platform is very user-friendly. On a personal level, I rely on it heavily, and it’s been an invaluable tool for my day-to-day work.

As a CSM, I primarily use it to run product demos, which makes sharing updates about upcoming features much easier.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I love the demo aspect, but I ran into a minor friction point: I wasn't sure how to hide the text bubbles we created during a live presentation so the app looks fully live. It would be fantastic if there were a quick keyboard shortcut, or a prompt before launching the presentation, showing how to toggle those text bubbles on/off.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this tool to create interactive demos for our customers, which helps us deliver a more visually immersive experience. Additionally, we develop guides to assist our customers in making the most of these demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Borna!

Great to hear that sharing demos has been smooth and helpful on your end.

Appreciate the note about demo titles - that feedback’s been passed along to our product team to explore.

Let us know if anything else comes up or if there are features you’d love to see!

 ### 2. Real, self-paced product tours—though modal positioning can be finicky

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like best is how the demos get built. You step through the real product yourself, then annotate afterwards, so the tour follows the actual user flow rather than a set of static screenshots or a recording someone sits through passively. The person clicking through is doing what they'd do in Gather, at their own pace, with the context right on the step where they need it.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The main friction is that modals want to anchor to a button or UI element. Getting a free-standing modal that just sits where I want it was harder than it should be. Anything with a drawer also tended to throw the positioning out, and in-app popups occasionally didn't show at all, which meant re-checking steps I thought were done. Being able to place a modal freely on the canvas would fix most of it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Demos, mainly for new features and updated UI. having walkthroughs for users is helpful as it takes a lot of work off me in support.

I can point them to the interactive demo instead of having to call/walk the user through their issue/friction point.

 ### 3. Excellent Tool for Customer Enablement, Despite Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Senior Product Marketing Manager - Agent Platform, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love using Navattic as a guide on how to do something in the platform, especially for really technical or multistep complex guides. It's easier to follow versus a developer document. I also find it easy to use, and I like how you can batch edit things like beacons and highlights. Additionally, I love that we can change the URL to a custom product or feature name. Learning Navattic from my colleague was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I don't like the auto screen capture. It just takes too many screenshots especially when you click into drop down tabs, ellipses and such. That's too much. I like the auto generate text descriptions but the downside is it's not always right.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic for creating enablement feature tours, simplifying complex guides, and managing demos. It improves customer onboarding, helps with learning features, and fills an enablement gap by reducing reliance on PMs and CSMs for demos.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for such a detailed and thoughtful review, Sarah!

Love hearing that the AI-generated steps and one-click screenshot feature have made your demo creation even smoother, and it’s awesome that Navattic plays a role every time you launch a new feature.

Glad your CSM was helpful getting your team up to speed, and appreciate the note on nested settings - totally fair and something we’ve passed along to the team.

Thanks again for the support Sarah :)

 ### 4. Navattic Brings Our Workflows to Life and Clearly Communicates Value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I use Navattic weekly to create workflows that tell the story of why our software helps users within our ICP. This visual aid not only creates clarity but also interest and demonstrates the value of our offerings without the need for AEs to be on the call.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

We need ways to do branching logic for demos. There are many audiences for a demo and we need the same demo, with a different end slide, depending on whether they are a customer or a prospect for different CTAs. Right now, we have duplicate demos and it is annoying to update them when we have updates to the product.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us showcase our workflows in an appropriately user-guided way, and it feels easier to follow and better paced than a product video and it's nice as a leave behind for our webinars when we want to give somethng to users to show to their teams.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad to hear Navattic is helping your team communicate your software's value in a way that feels more engaging and better paced than a product video - that's exactly what we're going for!

Great news on the undo front - draft mode actually supports standard keyboard shortcuts for undo/redo (command+z for undo, and command+Shift+z for redo). There's also a "Restore element" button in the Capture Editor for reverting changes to specific elements, and quick undo buttons pop up after actions like using the AI Copilot.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to support@navattic.com with any follow-up questions!

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 5. Great for marketing and for support use cases

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela S. | VP, Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The self-guided demos are excellent for engagement on our website. Showing, not telling, is effective.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Even after two years as a customer, I struggle with the creation. If you aren't constantly making new demos, it's hard to remember exactly how to do it. HOWEVER, their customer success and customer support are super helpful for those of us who have this problem.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing the benefits of our product in an engaging way for top of funnel. Walking potential support tickets through a 'how to' = self-help. So, increasing the funnel and reducing support costs.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad the self-guided demos have been such an effective way to show, not tell, on your site.

On demo creation feeling tricky between builds, that's a fair callback, and the team built the Navattic Academy for exactly this kind of refresher: https://academy.navattic.com/

It's a learning hub with short courses (30-60 minutes each) covering demo-building fundamentals through videos, guides, and interactive demos.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 6. Solid Experience Overall

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marialuisa B. | Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The UX is very simple and easy to navigate. It's very minimalistic, without too much information making it feel heavy and difficult to understand. The produced demo can then be added in many different channels, which is great to push product awareness. As a non-engineer, it gives me great ease knowing I can quickly delvier

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It doesn't allow too much customisation for what I want to show, at times. This means that the product walkthroughs are somewhat limited, especially when there's more to a certain feature that we want to show.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps us solve the challenge of communicating product value before a sales call. Rather than relying on static screenshots or scheduling live demos, we can offer prospects an interactive, self-guided experience directly on our website. This benefits us by boosting engagement, helping us qualify leads based on demo activity, and shortening sales cycles because buyers already understand the value before they ever speak with sales.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Marialuisa, glad the UX and multichannel flexibility have been working well for you!

On the customization side, there are quite a few step types and interactive elements that might open things up a bit - modals, tooltips, invisible steps, forms, embeds, video steps, branching via click actions, and more.

If there are specific flows where you're hitting a wall on what you can show, the support team would love to dig into it with you at support@navattic.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 7. Easy-to-Use Platform with Clean UI and Great Drag-and-Drop Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It's ease of use, clean UI / UX, salesforce and slack integrations. The drag and drop feature is great, and we really like the ability to add in multiple forms throughout and then automate the full funnel journey via our existing automation tools

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The salesforce integration is a bit limited, in that there is no easy way to separate out the forms that are sent to Salesforce. Same goes for the Playbooks--there is no way to assign a unique ID to the forms and run detailed playbooks for each. Just simply being able to assign a unique identifier / add hidden fields to each form would solve this problem

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has strengthened our previously lacking middle funnel without requiring prospects to commit to an in-person discovery meeting if they’re not ready. It has also opened up a new channel for MQLs through the forms built into the demos. Overall, it’s been essential for letting us showcase our product in a way we previously couldn’t.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Happy to hear the ease of use, drag-and-drop, and integrations are working well for your team, and that Navattic has helped fill in the middle funnel!

On the Salesforce side, the SF integration currently works at the visitor/session level, and form-level unique IDs aren't something the docs cover today. That feedback is helpful though, and worth raising with the team directly at support@navattic.com so it can be logged.

 ### 8. Navattic is a game changer for partner demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie S. | Partnerships Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love Navattic because it helps me on partnerships demonstrate our product and actually see who is viewing our product before and after a call. It also helps alleviate questions potential prospects might have.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I think the share feature is hidden on Navattic. I always copy our demo and have to build the share feature out. It takes some muscle memory to remember exactly where it is located.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping demonstrate our product to partner prospects and their prospects we are trying to get on our platform. It allows us to see some partner performance.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> So glad Navattic has been a game-changer for your partnerships work - being able to see who's viewing demos before and after a call really does change how you prep for conversations.

The share feature feedback is appreciated - muscle memory is real, and anything that adds friction to a workflow you're in constantly is worth calling out.

Our docs at https://docs.navattic.com/ are a good bookmark in the meantime if you ever need a quick reference.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 9. Robust Tool for Smooth Demos, Necessary Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like having the ability to share links with a GIF, which provides a preview in the email and increases the click-through rate to the demonstration of our platform.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I find that it is quite complicated to create custom links and that the process could be simplified. By default, URLs should be customized rather than having random characters, which is never very professional. Also, the clarity of the interface in the demo library could be improved to be clearer and more accessible.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic to share a very accurate preview of our platform in a smooth, accessible, robust, and pleasant manner. This improves the experience of sharing demonstrations.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Hey Maxence,

Thank you for the detailed review! We’re glad to hear that once your demos are set up, Navattic makes daily use simple and smooth. and that the turnkey nature of the platform has been valuable for your team.

We’ve flagged all the points you mentioned (loading time, demo navigation, link creation flow, and homepage access) to our product team. That said, it would be incredibly helpful if you could also share this feedback with your CSM, who can dig in with you further and help prioritize improvements.

Thanks again Maxence for the feedback & support - it's very appreciated.

– Meredith from Navattic

 ### 10. Effortless Demo Creation and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily A. | Product and Content Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Quite easy to use, I was able to build a process where I was able to create new product demos within an hour or two. You can easily reuse assets you've developed for previous demos, making it easy to iterate. It integrates easily into our software with it's easy-to-use capture tool.

Building Navattic demos and mapping out which steps were common among different usecases helped me understand my own product's user experience better, which was a fantastic added bonus to using the software.

Best of all, the customer support was top notch, responding to questions I had quickly and helpfully guiding me through new processes.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The app capture tool is very cool and very flexible, but I think ultimately it results in an experience that can be a bit awkward. Being able to scroll around and see what's interactable is cool, but then when things aren't modelled in the Navattic capture, it may come across as the app being "broken" rather than them understanding the limits of what Navattic can do. I think a good goal for Navattic to work towards would be something that allows you to add more basic functionality to the interactive parts of the Navattic capture, e.g. setting it up so that when you click a button in the capture, a popup could happen that would show you or explain what pressing that button would do in the actual software.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our software solves a problem that until recently was impossible, and many people who have to deal with this problem couldn't even imagine that there would be a solution. We need to emphasize to them very clearly how our software can skip steps and tedious work that they might think of as unavoidable. Navattic makes it easy to set up a demo for each function and usecase of our software and show how few steps it requires.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for such a thoughtful and detailed review, Emily!

It’s awesome to hear how quickly you were able to build out new demos and even reuse assets to speed things up. Also love that mapping out demo steps helped you uncover insights into your own product’s UX - such a cool side benefit!

Thank you for the support!

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 11. Great customization, good support and sales experience and diverse use cases

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubh A. | Growth Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The amount of customizations that can be done to achieve the very results you're trying to achieve is absolutely fantastic, and the different use cases are great. So you're not limited to only a very specific type of use case. You can just change and duplicate and slightly change the entire demo experience to fit different needs and different contexts.

It also serves as an additional point of inbounds for us. So, it's another form where people can come give us their details, and we can gauge the level of intent they have by their demo experience.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I'd say it's fairly complicated to build. For me, if I have to set up a new Navattic demo from scratch, then it's a good 4-5 hours that I need to spend to set things up, make it proper, figure out the platform. Of course, the onboarding and customer success does help you, but the tool is not super easy to implement.

The way automations are built could be slightly better.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fairly elaborate product, and we want people to experience the "aha" moment and the value provided by our product pretty quickly, which can take sometimes days for them to implement if they were to actually do it themselves. But the demo acts as a proxy for them to be able to experience that within two minutes. Because it feels like they're actually in the product, and they're able to see the best parts of it.

And it acts as a great way to collect their emails from them using a newsletter or an email sequence until they make a purchase. Sometimes it reduces the pressure on sales, because if there's a very high intent buyer who just wants to see the demo and make a purchase, then we don't have to send everyone to a proper sales call. They would just see the demo, like the product, and make a purchase, and it will become a great hand-to-the-self-serve experience. So it's good in that sense.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the detailed review, Shubh!

Love hearing how you’re using Navattic to customize demo experiences for different use cases and capture high-intent inbound leads - that’s exactly the kind of flexibility we aim to provide.

Totally appreciate the feedback on setup time and automation. If you haven’t tried it yet, Copilot (https://docs.navattic.com/copilot/generate#what-copilot-generates) can help speed up the process by auto-generating demo copy and structure to get you started faster.

Always here to support if you have more ideas or run into roadblocks!

 ### 12. Easy Tour Creation with Helpful Best Practices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakob C. | Web Producer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Creating a tour is very easy, even for people who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. I also like that they share great ideas and best practices documentation every year.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

A couple of things I would like to see:

Ability to have two CTA buttons in a module.
Easy Marketo form integration into tours.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its tough for a SaSS company to make the product feel tangible. Navattic has made it possible for us to do this. We have not taken advantage of testing to increase performance but look forward to doing so this year.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Love that tour creation has felt accessible even for less technical folks on your team — that's a real priority for how the platform is designed.

On two CTA buttons per module -- good news: combining Navigation Buttons with CTA Buttons within a step is supported, so there's some flexibility there worth exploring in the builder.

For Marketo, there's a native integration for sending Navattic data to Marketo, plus a setup for identifying visitors through Navattic JS event subscription tied to Marketo forms. Feel free to check out the Resource link for more info!

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 13. Product experiences that are easy to build, update and deploy with highly responsive report team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic gives us the control to create demos when and how we need them. We can edit captures after the fact to anonymize client data, make changes on the fly without waiting on anyone, and build flows that allow us to show our products versus constantly just talking about them. While we are just starting to use them, the performance analytics are useful for tracking prospect engagement. We were on another solution before this and spinning up a new demo is just a lot less work with Navattic. And our customer team at Navattic has been extremely responsive to any and all questions we throw their way, always willing to help optimize our output and expand how we use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Selecting a specific portion within a capture can sometimes be imprecise, which affects features like background shading that depend on getting that selection right. This means that the experience we wish to have for our prospects are sometimes not optimal. Also, the visitor analytics data can also be inconsistent at times. For example, we have had internal users show up as external companies within the analytics, requiring some manual cleanup and potential to miss those in the future. which requires some manual cleanup.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us show rather than tell. Prospects can experience our dashboards firsthand, which backs up what we're saying in the sales process and helps build trust. Our customer success team has also started using it to automate parts of client onboarding, streamlining the process and making their workflows more efficient.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback - it's great to hear that editing captures on the fly and the responsive customer team have made a real difference!

Good news on both fronts: custom dimensions and backdrop settings are available to help you fine-tune exactly which area you're selecting, which should resolve the background shading precision issue. And for the analytics, there's a blacklist option that lets you filter out internal traffic so your own team doesn't show up as external companies - no more manual cleanup needed!

 ### 14. Effortless Demo Creation with Extensive Use Case Potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like how easy it is to create a tour with Navattic. The AI tools they provide make it easy to have a starting off point. The capture capability is incredibly easy to use, and allow us to move quickly anytime we need to create tours. I appreciate that we have so many use cases across the organization for it - for marketing on our website, our sales team can use it in their sales conversations, and our customer success team can use it when demoing a new feature to a client. Our support team can also use it for support articles and help center content. The tool is just easy and fast to use, which is great for leveraging it across the company.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

n/a

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic to create interactive product demos, making it easier to showcase software engagingly. It speeds up the creation process with AI tools and capture capabilities, benefiting our marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams with various use cases.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thank you for the review!

We’re so glad to hear that Navattic has been easy to get started with and that it’s proving valuable across multiple teams in your organization.

It’s especially great to hear your kind words about our support team - I'll be sure to pass that along :)

Also, so thrilled to be helping with everything from lead gen to customer onboarding and education.

Thank you again!

 ### 15. Easy way to share product demos

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

What I like most about Nevattic is the ability to share targeted demo recordings with prospects instead of always scheduling a live demo. It has the potential to make our sales process more efficient, save time, and help prospects learn about the platform on their own schedule.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Since we're still in the early stages of adoption, the biggest challenge is getting the team familiar with the platform and incorporating it into existing sales processes. I don't have enough hands on experience yet to identify any product-specific concerns.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic helps solve the challenge of scaling product demos without requiring live walkthroughs for every prospect. It allows us to showcase the platform in a self-guided way, so prospects can explore key features on their own time.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Happy to hear Navattic is already showing promise for your sales process - replacing live walkthroughs with self-guided demos is one of those things that compounds over time once the team gets comfortable with it.

The early adoption curve is totally normal. If it helps to get your team up to speed faster, the Navattic Academy has some solid resources: https://academy.navattic.com/collections

Appreciate you sharing where you're at in the journey - it's genuinely useful context.

 ### 16. Great for Showcasing Upcoming Features and Linking to the Live Product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacy L. | Vice President, Marketing Research and Development Director , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

We can show features that are not yet live, and link out to our actual product at any time.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The system is not always intuitive to make captures, find them in the library, or re-use them later.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our sales team demo our more complicated solutions in an easy and effective way. Also, having our potential customers walk through our solutions easily.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Stacy, really glad Navattic has been helping the sales team demo complex solutions and letting customers walk through on their own.

On the capture and library experience, there are actually some built-in tools for this worth knowing about: Workspace Capture Collections let you reuse captures across demos without duplicating them (edit once, update everywhere), and Labels and Boards help with organization and filtering.

Might make the library feel a lot more manageable.

 ### 17. Navattic Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaquille B. | SE Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I enjoy using Navattic to provide prospective clients with an interactive, guided experience. Prospects often want to test drive the software before purchasing so it is helpful to offer them a Navattic guide instead of a production environment where I do not have the ability to control what they do.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes the user experience of Navattic is not my favorite as I believe there are too many buttons and pathways to achieve your objective as a user.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is solving the problem of our prospective clients wanting to test our software platform before purchasing. Using Navattic allows us to provide a guided, interactive experience where the prospect cannot "break" any part of the software or wont get frustrated because they have not been trained yet.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Shaquille!

Love hearing how Navattic is helping you offer a safe, guided experience for prospects who want to explore before making a decision — especially without the risk of exposing a production environment.

Appreciate the feedback on the user experience. If there are specific parts of the editor that feel cluttered or confusing, your CSM or support team would be happy to hear more and pass it along internally.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 18. Reliable Demos for Client Evaluations, Needs Better UI Clarity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like using Navattic MCP to create agentic experiences since it allows an agent to handle the demo experience. This reduces my workload so I can focus on the story and not the mechanical demo building. The MCP and the integrations are great because they do things identically, which I appreciate. Additionally, the initial setup of Navattic was pretty easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I find the DUI is always a trouble. It's not clear, and sometimes it takes a lot of digging to get something done that should take a minute or so.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Navattic to create reliable static demos for client evaluations, which is great if the live demo instance goes down.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Love hearing that Navattic MCP has let you focus on the story instead of the mechanical demo building, and that identical behavior across integrations has been a plus.

On the UI feeling scattered, that's a fair callout, and it's exactly why the Single-Step Demo View launched in February 2026.

It consolidates Captures, Flows, Checklists, Mobile settings, and Themes into one place so things are easier to find.

You can check it out here: https://docs.navattic.com/build/demo-builder

 ### 19. An intuitive tool for building professional, self-guided product demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anaïs R. | Content Marketing Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is intuitive and easy to use, especially when it comes to creating product demos. Capturing the product is straightforward and smooth thanks to the browser plugin, which makes taking screenshots and recordings feel almost effortless.

What I particularly like is how tightly the plugin is integrated with Navattic. As you capture screenshots, they’re automatically added to the project you’re already working on, so you don’t have to manually upload or organize assets afterward. That connection removes a lot of friction from the workflow and saves time.

Overall, even with relatively little prior knowledge of the tool, you can quickly build product demos that look polished and professional. As a platform that lets users explore a product on their own, I think Navattic works really well.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Navattic offers an AI feature to help with demo copy and content, but in my experience this part could use improvement. Sometimes the tool gets stuck “thinking” for several minutes, forcing you to refresh the page.

When it does work, the suggestions I received were often not very relevant or actionable for the specific demo I was building. I understand this is an area that will likely improve over time, but currently the AI assistance feels a bit inconsistent.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many users prefer to explore a product on their own before booking a live demo with Sales, to understand whether it’s a good fit for their needs. Navattic helps bridge that gap by enabling interactive, self-guided product demos.

It works especially well as a mid-to-late funnel asset, sitting between high-level content (like videos or landing pages) and the final step of talking to Sales.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful and detailed review, Anaïs!

Love hearing that the browser plugin and screenshot integration are making your workflow smoother and helping you create polished, professional demos with ease.

Really appreciate the feedback on the AI content assistant too. Totally fair - this is still an evolving part of the product, and your input is helpful as we continue refining its accuracy and reliability.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

 ### 20. A Game Changer for Interactive Experiences

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Web capture feature, ease of use, customization options for flows, edit capabilities for web captures. Very robust compared to tools that only offer video capturing as opposed to HTML captures. Customer support is quite receptive and improvements are continuously rolled out.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Mobile view can be improved and continues to not scale well unless the user views the tour on a desktop at a specific window size. Native analytics capabilities has room for more improvements to surface more accurate data. Would be helpful if we could choose specifically where the tooltips go on a web capture, as well as a zoom feature for complex UIs.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us save on time and resources and support marketting and training initiatives, as well as promoting EA features. Creating new tours and revising them takes significantly less time than producing a whole video and course is. Our platform is constantly updating and evolving, and we need to be able to keep up and keep our content to reflect these changes. Navattic helps with this. There has also been a growing need for interactive/hands-on experiences and simulations that our learners would like, and we see a lot of potential with Navattic for filling this gap.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the review!

It’s great to hear that the web capture, customization options, and editing capabilities have been valuable, and that Navattic is helping your team stay agile as your platform evolves.

We love hearing that it’s been a meaningful tool for both marketing and training initiatives.

Appreciate the candid feedback on mobile view, analytics, and UI controls. If you haven’t already, I'd strongly recommend reaching out to your CSM - they'd be happy to walk through some best practices and upcoming updates that might help address a few of these points. Feel free to reach out - I'm sure they'd love any feedback as well!

Thank you again for this awesome review! So appreciate it.

 ### 21. Clean, Customizable Demos That Shine on Our Website

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like the output that we use on our website to walk prospects through our tool. It's clean and customizable.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It's a little clunkly when you are in the tool building out the demos. It takes a little bit of learning, not super intuitive.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sell tech, so Navattic does a nice job of engaging tech buyers and walking them through it so they understand it faster/better.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Glad the demos are looking clean and customizable on your website and helping walk tech buyers through things faster.

On the learning curve when building demos, Navattic Academy is a great place to start, with 30-60 minute courses, videos, and guides.

Copilot also now auto-generates a first draft and writes copy, which cuts down a lot of that initial lift. Check it out here: https://docs.navattic.com/copilot/generate

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 22. Intuitive Demo Builder, Needs Sharing Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love the easy user interface that allows me to build seamless demos. The HTML capture capability is great, letting me tweak and customize demos the way I want. The ability to really call out specific areas of my product with beacons, using tool tips and models, is a standout feature. I also find the automated flows to be really powerful. Moreover, the setup was very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The ability to capture through the Chrome plugin could be improved, as well as making it easier to share demos with an easier share button. Additionally, turning videos into MPEG or exporting into MPEG could be improved.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic showcases our product capabilities, facilitating sales enablement with demos that are easy to follow and understand.

 ### 23. Quick Demo and Easy Calendar Booking for Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

it gives you a quick demo and directly links your calendar so you can book a meeting to ask follow up questions

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

its not dynamic, its a clear structure to follow so clients might not be clicking until the very end

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps us to create interest and make them curious of our product

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Linking the calendar right into the demo so prospects can book a follow-up without extra steps is one of our favorite parts of the flow too, glad that's working for you.

The point about the structure being fairly linear is a good one, and a more dynamic, choose-your-own-path experience isn't something we have documented as available today.

That's exactly the kind of input the team wants to hear directly, so feel free to reach out to support@navattic.com and share more about what you'd want to see.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

 ### 24. Easy to screenshot demos, but new features can complicate things

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It's easy to take screen captures to create demos that reflect the nature of the the current product. It's relatively easy to update them as well. I like that I can just link to the page I want to do the demo for and it's immediately implemented. We also have a dedicated Slack channel for feedback with Navattic and they are always willing to help us solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Navattic is constantly being updated without a lot of communication around the updates, confusing users. I feel that a product that should be quite simple has become overcomplicated to the point of being cumbersome to use and defeating the purpose of some of the newer features.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic makes it easy for us to update demos with screenshots of the current product, which allows us to highlight our updates for clients and prospects.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback!

Glad to hear that the screenshot capture and easy updates are helping your team move quickly, and we really appreciate the shoutout to the support Slack channel.

Totally hear you on the communication around new features. We actually send out a monthly customer update that highlights what’s new and what’s coming next. If you’d like to be subscribed, just shoot a quick email to meredith.gershenson@navattic.com.

Appreciate your support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 25. Easy to use tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but it quickly becomes intuitive. The platform supports a wide range of use cases, making it highly versatile. Allowing different teams to access the tool helps maintain organization and alignment across projects. Their customer support is responsive and consistently provides clear answers. They also proactively share feedback with the product team, which shows a strong commitment to continuous improvement and future feature development.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It’s intimidating at first. It can be a bit of a challenge to teach others what needs to be provided, because you really need screen CAPTURES. You can add images as well, but the editing functionality is limited. It can also feel tedious at times when you’re adding multiple interactions- although the sandbox functionality is supposed to improve that.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can be used to demo experiences, how-to guides, feature showcase, etc.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review!

Appreciate you highlighting how Navattic becomes second nature and that it’s helping you across a bunch of different use cases - from demos to how-to guides to feature showcases.

Also great to hear that multiple teams are finding value and that our support team has been responsive and proactive in passing along ideas to the product team. We take that feedback seriously and love collaborating with customers on future updates.

On the editing front, you might find some of our recent updates helpful - like bulk capture edits and preserving anchors when swapping captures - which should make editing across your flows much smoother. You can check them out here if you’re curious: https://docs.navattic.com/product-updates#w3RSn

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience! If you ever need help getting others up to speed or have ideas for how we can improve, we’re all ears.

 ### 26. Effortless Demo Creation with Well-Organized Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne L. | Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Easy to create demos. Many useful tools are well organized.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Some design in not intuitive and some features are hiding. I wish there are more online help on the tools. I had to google to find certain features.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic demos will help our existing customers to learn new features easily, and hopefully it will shorten our sales cycle. The interactive demos look very real and interesting. I will send the Navattic demos in my follow up email with my customers. This way if my customer has any questions for the product, he may go through the demo to save both of our times.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Yvonne!

Glad to hear you’re finding the demo creation tools helpful. If you ever find yourself searching for how to use specific features, I’d recommend checking out the Navattic Academy[https://academy.navattic.com/] it’s a great resource with walkthroughs, tips, and short videos that cover both the basics and more advanced use cases. ### 27. Effortless Client Reviews and Demos for Everyone

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keir M. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Allows a clear but controlled review for the client. Allows for demos when you can't be available

There are no limits to access, which means even the most tech-phobic of clients can access

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes you have to complete a process that you wish you could just move out of to jump to a differnt subject but you have to complete the flow

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide some pre-demo clarity for users that we otherwise could spend half a meeting confirming, so it really gets us 2 or 3 steps ahead and makes better use of the time we have

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Keir!

Love hearing that Navattic is helping create accessible, self-serve demos—even for clients who aren’t tech-savvy—and giving your team a head start before meetings.

Totally get the feedback on wanting more flexibility to jump between steps in a flow.

 ### 28. Realistic Product Demos with Some Usability Hurdles

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah W. | Lead Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic allows users to interact with the product in a realistic way before having to create an account. This feature is particularly valuable for more complex products, which often demand considerable setup before users can truly understand their benefits.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The learning curve was challenging for me. When capturing the screen, there is a noticeable delay, and it’s not always obvious that the process is actually happening. On several occasions, I even thought the software wasn’t working.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables customers to quickly recognize the value, which in turn supports them in making a purchasing decision for our product.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Hannah!

Totally understand how a delay during capture and unclear progress indicators could feel confusing, especially early on. Would you mind flagging this to your CSM or reaching out to support@navattic.com? They’d love to help troubleshoot and ensure everything’s working smoothly for you.

 ### 29. Making Technical Products Come to Life with Navattic Interactive Demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica A. | Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic is easy to use, and I was able to train multiple team members quickly. I enjoy using features like the beacon element and AI voiceovers. I have been able to create both interactive demos and video which has been great.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I find the analytics to be confusing and inconsistent.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have very technical products that are best described visually. Navattic has allowed us to create overview demos of our products as well as granular demos focusing on specific features. It has been a great asset in enabling us to tell our story beyond just using words.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review, Jessica!

It’s great to hear you’ve been able to onboard team members quickly and bring your product story to life with beacons, voiceovers, and a mix of demo formats.

Appreciate you sharing how Navattic has helped make your complex product more visual and accessible.

 ### 30. Easy-to-Create Navattics That Let Prospects Explore on Their Own

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like how it makes it easy for the prospect to experience the software on their own. They make it very easy to create the Navattics.

The Navattic support team is also very responsive and helpful via chat.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes it's difficult to position the tool tip exactly where I want it. When I'm in the builder it will be in one position but when I go to publish it is in a different position.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping with our demand gen efforts. Our SDRs are using it to build interest when reaching out to prospects.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really glad prospects are able to explore on their own terms - that self-serve experience before a sales conversation makes such a difference for demand gen.

On tooltip positioning, if you're seeing a shift between the builder and the published view, switching the Fitting setting to "Don't Flip" under Custom Position should lock it in place consistently.

If it keeps happening, the support team can take a closer look: support@navattic.com

Thank you for the support,

 ### 31. Versatile Demos and a Promising Tool for BDR Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitch Z. | Member, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic can be used for so much more than sending demo's to prospects. I am looking forward to utilizing Navattic to train my BDR team on not only our products but also our processes.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I am fairly new to Navattic and have not yet run into any roadblocks.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic is a great way for our BDRs to keep prospects warm during RFP processes, while the AE/SE are prepping demo's and for us to stay top of mind. Every prospect just wants to see a demo, this is a great way to keep them engaged.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Mitch, welcome to Navattic! Love that you're already thinking beyond traditional prospect demos and exploring how to use it for BDR training - that's such a smart use case.

Keeping prospects warm during RFP processes is a really effective way to stay top of mind, and it sounds like your team is set up to get a lot of value here.

 ### 32. Valuable Corporate IP Insights, But Needs Individual-Level Deanonymization of Site Visitor

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like the deanonymization of corporate IPs from Navattic. The demos are helpful, are they are likely linked to generating visits (so I can get that corporate IP). The metrics of visit length are also useful.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There are many deanonymization services available, that go all the way to the individual user. Navattic needs this feature to be more useful. Consider building or buying a solution. We are.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic solves the problem of demo automation on our site for prospects shopping for our service. It deanonymizes corporate IP addresses, which is useful as an indicator of intent, especially when looking at frequency of visits and demo views, but I need further deanonymization to the individual, so I can target that person better.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the detailed review!

Great to hear that the demo automation and corporate IP insights have been helpful in surfacing buying intent and tracking engagement. Totally understand the desire for deeper individual-level deanonymization — appreciate you flagging that as an area of opportunity.

Thanks again for sharing your experience.

 ### 33. Navattic Makes It Easy to Build Experiential, Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like the ease of use behind Navattic and I think recently they've done a lot to make the build as experiential as possible (e.g. menus to create a "choose your own adventure" feel, embedding videos to cut down on steps, etc.). The captures are always really high quality too.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I love the analytics. I want them to be even more robust. I wish there was even more dashboarding etc. I would love to see AI-powered recommendations to help you continuously iterate and improve the experience. For very simple workflows, Navattic might be a bit too complicated. I also wish they let us turn workflows into gifs.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating interactive click through demos for business and technical audiences

 ### 34. Great for quick Malt demos and proposals, but template access feels limited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It helps me to demonstrate the value proposition of Malt with short demonstrations.
It's super useful in my commercial proposals because my clients can test some features.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I have only access to some templates. I don't know if it's possible to create my own Navattic demo or I didn't find this option on the app.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving :
- Short demos for my client in order to show them Malt key features
- Navattic demo is always better than a simple slide because it's interactive

Benefits :
- Bring more values in my proposals and for my clients
- I'm using it to differenciate my proposal from competitors proposals

 ### 35. Sending out demos using Navattic.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolle M. | Client Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love how easy it is to navigate and to send out demos to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The only downside is that the outlook integration sometimes not works, which is frustrating. There are still members on my team that are not able to login. I just wish the plug in was more reliable.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly just being able to send out demos to clients. That's extremely important in our role in order to capture interest.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Nicolle!

Glad to hear Navattic is making it easy to get demos out quickly — totally agree that’s key for driving prospect interest.

Sorry to hear about the Outlook plugin issues. If some teammates are still having trouble logging in or getting the plugin to work reliably, feel free to reach out to support or your CSM -- they can help get everything sorted.

Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

 ### 36. Easy-to-Build Interactive Demos Prospects Love

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas M. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The platform is very easy to use and guides me through every step of the demo-building process. My prospects love the interactive demos, and I use it very often. Whenever I need help, support is always readily available.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Not necessarily a dislike, but if there was a way to automate the demo sending process via email that would be great! Less clicks and filling out info.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letting my prospects have an insight into the platform before they have any discussions with AE's provides them the necessary context and insight.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Thomas!

Awesome to hear that Navattic is helping you guide prospects with context before AE conversations even start - that early insight can really move things forward.

Thank you for the support,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 37. Interactive, Versatile Tool That Boosts Engagement Across Use Cases

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like that it can be used across a variety of use cases whether its onboarding, marketing or enablement. I also like that its an interactive alternative to documents or knowledge base articles, which increases engagement.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I think the learning curve is a bit steep, but if you learn it once, you're set for the rest.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding, marketing, enablement, tutorials.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Using Navattic across onboarding, marketing, enablement, and tutorials all at once is a seriously versatile setup - glad it's been pulling weight across that many use cases.

On the learning curve, the good news is once it clicks, the customization that felt like friction upfront is usually what people end up valuing most!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!!

 ### 38. Easy to Share with Prospects, Great Overall User Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The overall user experience and how easy it is to share a Navattic with a prospect.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is nothing material that I dislike about Navattic. So far, it has been a positive experience.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospects who want to "click around" with the product, but without my team having to spin up a demo environment and provided training. The self guided tours provide enough context for prospects to get familiar with the capabilities of our product. It also allows us to measure engagement with the prospects as we receive notifications on when the Navattic is accessed.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the great review!

Awesome to hear that sharing Navattic demos with prospects has been smooth and that the self-guided tours are helping communicate value without the need for live training.

Glad it’s also giving you the engagement visibility you need — love hearing it’s been a positive experience so far.

Appreciate your support,
Meredith from Navattic

 ### 39. Great for Visualizing Products and Processes, But Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shwetha S. | Assistant Manager Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The ability to represent products and process graphically, we are trying to use it for interactive demos and sales enablement

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Best fit for sales and marketing , need broader product updates for after sales teams

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have recently started experimenting with Navvatic, focusing mainly on using it to create product demos for our sales efforts.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback, Shwetha!

Glad to hear you’re finding value in visualizing products and processes for sales efforts.

You mentioned wanting broader product updates for after sales teams - would love to hear more about what kinds of customer support features or use cases you’d like to see Navattic support.

Feel free to share with your CSM or reply here!

 ### 40. Seamless, Scalable Interactive Demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwini S. | Senior Group Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The Navattic platform has been instrumental in helping us scale digital onboarding and accelerate the buyer journey by giving prospects a hands-on, self-serve experience. The platform fits right into our workflows, and we were able to get up and running quickly without much lift.

On top of that, their customer support team is super responsive, knowledgeable, and always proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

If I had to nitpick, I’d say the capture and editing tools could be a bit more intuitive. Once you’ve built your first experience, things click into place, but streamlining that part of the process would make creating new demos even faster.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems it helped us solve:

1) Lack of scalable, engaging product education to show value quickly without a live demo or lengthy onboarding.

2) Slow, manual buyer journeys without interactive demos embedded in our website and campaigns.

The biggest benefit: We’re able to deliver a high-impact product experience earlier in the buyer journey—and do it at scale.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review!

Love hearing that Navattic has helped speed up onboarding and drive a more scalable, hands-on buyer journey - exactly what we aim for.

Also appreciate the kind words about our support team! They're truly the best :)

Glad the platform fit right into your workflows and is helping bring your product to life earlier in the funnel.

Always here if you have suggestions or feature requests!

 ### 41. I work frequently with Navattic to create demos for important product features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Itzik G. | Developer Advocate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Easy of use, it is very fast to create demos, the text editor flexible

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

many small features missing for example slide show of images instead of open each one and close, this make the use less efficient

The new copilot is not useful

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help deliver access to product demos easily

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the honest and detailed feedback, Itzik!

Great to hear that the flexible text editor and ease of use are helping you spin up demos quickly for key product features.

Appreciate you flagging the Copilot experience and image handling — those small UX points can make a big difference. We’d love to learn more about what felt unhelpful with Copilot so we can keep improving. If you’re open to chatting further, your CSM or support team would be glad to connect.

Thank you for the support,
Meredith from Navattic

 ### 42. Navattic is simple to use, yet powerful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I find the ability to upload custom videos, add voice over, as well as have sandbox mode.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The tool, when used with proper knowledge, can provide a lot of flexibility in demoing, yet for teams that do not have a person dedicated to learning the tool and running project it may take a while to produce a high quality result.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple and quick demos on page for prospects.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Happy to hear the custom video uploads, voiceover, and sandbox mode have been useful, those are some of our favorite features too.

On the learning curve for teams without a dedicated owner, that's fair feedback, and there are a few resources that can help. Navattic Academy has asynchronous learning content to get teams up to speed: https://academy.navattic.com/collections.

For teams that want more hands-on support, Base plan includes a dedicated CSM, and Enterprise plans include professional services and expert demo consultations.

Navattic Copilot can also help accelerate demo building directly inside the platform.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 43. Great product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

- "Turnkey" and no-code: once the demo links are set up, everyday use is super smooth, and I can create/share journeys without relying on engineering.

- Quick setup and customisation by persona/use case, which highlights value early in the cycle and speeds up qualification.

- Interactive experience that bridges the gap before a trial or call: more engagement on our pages, better-educated prospects, specific questions during meetings.

- Actionable analytics (engagement, drop-offs) + useful integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to align marketing/sales and score intent.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

- Sometimes slow loading times give a bad impression of the product during the demo (the prospect thinks it's the actual site).
It is also impossible to go back in a demo, which really breaks the flow of conversation.

- Creating/editing links is cumbersome and unintuitive (small side panel, scattered steps).

- Confusing navigation (difficult to find actions, no easy access to the home page, no in-app help).

- Onboarding takes longer than expected: the first flows/guides take time to be presentable.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating great interactive demos for customers.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review and for outlining the ways Navattic is helping you create interactive, no-code demos that drive engagement across the funnel.

Glad to hear features like persona-based customization and analytics have been useful in surfacing value early and aligning marketing with sales.

On your note about demo navigation, it is possible to add a “Back” button in the Flow builder - once enabled, viewers can move to the previous step, which often helps maintain the flow of a conversation.

Appreciate the additional feedback on link editing, navigation, and onboarding - that’s been shared with our product team, and performance optimizations are also an area of active work.

Always excited to hear how you’re using Navattic and open to more ideas on what would make the experience even better!

 ### 44. Effortless Interactive Demos That Drive Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I like that Navattic makes it easy to replicate the user experience of my company's native app. It is very helpful a they feel like they are taking a tour of our app, without us necessarily losing money to a free trial. By having an interactive tutorial with easy to use features - drag&drop, beacons, modals - I am able to properly upsell out platform and keep track of it in one place.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

I wish Navattic had more options other than banners, and smoother transitions from one modal to the next. Also I would like to be able to keep sizing the same whether I am using my monitor vs my desktop, because I find that often times I must replicate the desktop version.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of an interactive platform

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Really appreciate you sharing your experience!

Love that Navattic is helping you recreate the native app experience and drive engagement without needing to rely on free trials.

Thanks also for the thoughtful feedback around modal transitions, banner variety, and screen sizing across devices.

I’ve passed your comments along to our product team, and if any of these become major blockers, feel free to reach out to your CSM so we can take a closer look.

Glad to have you using Navattic!

 ### 45. Centralizes All Our Content Creation in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

How we can centralize all the content we create

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

It can be a bit confusing to use. The interface.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By centralizing all content makes it easy to share with our stakeholders.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Centralizing all your content creation in one place is such a core part of how Navattic is built, glad that's clicking for your team!

The Academy at https://academy.navattic.com/collections is a solid place to get oriented, and the support team is always happy to help if something specific isn't clicking.

Appreciate your support,

 ### 46. Strong UX for Quick Self-Guided Demos, but Branding Configuration Is Limited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

The UX is strong - it takes very little time to get started and create a self-guided demo.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There is limited configuration. While I understand there is a balance here, it would be nice to control more aspects of the branding to align with our internal branding guidelines.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People ask us all the time to see the tool. We are a small team, so live demos for every request is not feasible. Navattic enables us to fill that "first look" gap

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for sharing this thoughtful feedback!

Glad to hear the strong UX made it easy to get started and that Navattic is helping your team handle demo requests more efficiently — especially with a lean setup.

Appreciate you calling out the limitations around branding configuration. We’d love to better understand which specific elements you’re hoping to control so we can keep improving. If you’re open to sharing more, your CSM or support can help dig in further.

In the meantime, here’s a quick overview of current customization options available in Navattic: https://docs.navattic.com/build/themes#customize-your-theme

 ### 47. Excellent for Tracking Visitors and Form Submissions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie L. | Partnership and project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Visitors and form submissions on demos are good.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Free account being one seat but whatever it is free.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving people the opportunity to engage with our platform (the demo embedded on our site) without needing to be on a walk-through or demo call. Less barrier to engage.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks so much for the review, Natalie!

Great to hear you’re seeing value from the form submissions and visitor tracking.

Let us know if you ever want to explore a plan with more seats!

 ### 48. User-Friendly Tool for Marketing, Training, and Shipping Prototypes Fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

It’s very user-friendly and required very little training to get onboarded. I’m not sure I’m using it to its fullest potential yet, but it took no time at all to get up and running. We use it for marketing purposes as well as for training internal teams, and it’s been a great way to easily ship new products and prototypes.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

There are some glitches here and there, but nothing major.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal training and sales enablement.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the review and for highlighting how quick it was to get started!

Glad to hear that Navattic is making it easier to support internal training and marketing, and that it’s helping you ship new product experiences fast.

If you run into any of those occasional glitches again, feel free to reach out to your CSM or support — always happy to take a closer look.

Appreciate your support,
Meredith from Navattic

 ### 49. Effortless Editing and Tutorial Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

I love how easy it is to edit our platform and make quick tutorials on new features while providing context.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

Sometimes when adding gifs, the quality really tanks and we have to do a lot of troubleshooting to fix it.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a rapidly evolving product, and Navattic allows us to keep our product demos up to date. We can also customize workflows for different types of users, and demonstrate when and where our product specifically shines.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the review and for calling out how easy it’s been to create quick, contextual tutorials in Navattic!

It’s great to hear the platform is helping you keep up with a fast-moving product and tailor experiences by user type.

Appreciate you flagging the challenges with GIF quality - totally understand how that can be frustrating. If you haven’t already, feel free to reach out to your CSM or support@navattic.com so we can take a closer look.

Glad Navattic is helping showcase your product’s strengths!

Meredith from Navattic

 ### 50. Flexible and Intuitive Workflow Creation with Navattic

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Navattic?**

Navattic has a lot of flexibility in what you can do. I like that it can automatically generate some workflows based on uploaded screenshots. I also find the ability to edit screengrabs easy and useful.

**What do you dislike about Navattic?**

The web capturing tool can be clunky to use, and I wish that there were more options for organizing your existing click-throughs.

**What problems is Navattic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Navattic allows me to create click-through demonstrations easily, including making changes to the current UI to reflect future improvements.

**Official Response from Meredith Gershenson:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! If you haven’t already, feel free to reach out to our support team or your CSM — we’re always collecting ideas to improve the editor experience and flow organization.
