
My top 3 things about Navattic would be:
- Navattic pulls in captures from the code of your website meaning that you can manipulate the data and flows you show users. This makes your demos more personalised (great for sales outreach) and means you can share your platform without compromising on potentially sharing any confidential data.
- The sales and onboarding process has been very high-touch and its clear that Navattic really want you to make the most of the product. They're also quick to respond to any questions you have.
- For the most part, the platform is really intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to other interactive demo tools, creating the first few flows can take a little bit of time so I would account for this when you're onboarding the tool internally. We found this especially when creating the first few 'guides'. The captures are really quick but it does take time to get used to building the demos at the start. Compared to how this looked in the initial sales call, we didn't quite anticipate how long it would take to start building the demos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
