I really appreciate the Microsoft package. I honestly do not know how anyone would live without it. I often find myself creating first versions in the Microsoft packages and then uploading to a 3rd party software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that the Mac version and PC version are so different in excel. That does not seem necessary at this point. I also dislike the integration between google services (google docs) and Microsoft, the transition is not smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface can be overwhelming at first as there are a lot of options. I would say that a person with medium IT experience could set this up with ease. If you do come across any issues during the setup or further down the road them there are plenty of people that have posted YouTube videos that can help you out. One of the best things I like about it is the automated setup, it does spoon feed you and as long as you have all the settings ready to be entered when prompted them you should have no issues.

Some of these options will never be accessed as you will not need them. Microsoft have thought of everything so this is why it can be overwhelming at first as they have included a lot of options.

we are using exchange server 2016 and the major change in Exchange Server 2016 is server role. In Exchange 2013, there were three roles, Mailbox server role, Client Access server role and Edge Transport server role. Exchange 2016 has just two server roles, Mailbox server role, and Edge Transport server role.

Mailbox Server Role: Mailbox server role in Exchange 2016 compared to Exchange 2013 includes both the Mailbox server role and Client Access server role. This simplifies the installation and management of Exchange 2016.

MS Exchange offers such a lot of features well organized and, from email to calendars to integrations with Skype for business to schedule online meetings and allocating meeting rooms as well. Not to mention integration with third parties offline email storage facilities such as NetApp or other industry standards or integration for syncing with other calendars on mobile devices. I use outlook at the moment but I have tried Exchange for school and sometimes to get emails for my work(Chipotle). I find that Outlook and Exchange are very similar. Exchange for me personally is hard to use where as outlook is easy. I have Google calender and Gmail but outlook is only for work and school. I don't dislike anything about this app. It has everything together like the mail and calender. The sharing option is easy to use too. Sometimes I navigate elsewhere and end up in Outlook. I have one major gripe with microsoft exchange -- when I filter my inbox to unread, and then remove the filter, it always marks the first email selected as read.
