"Effortless Calendar Sync Across Platforms"
What do you like best about OneCal?

I really appreciate OneCal for its great user interface and ease of use, making it an efficient and user-friendly tool in our daily operations. The reliable syncing feature is incredibly valuable as it ensures that all calendar entries are consistently up-to-date, eliminating scheduling conflicts and simplifying the management of multiple calendars. Setting up OneCal is straightforward and quick, taking just a few minutes, which is a significant advantage when introducing it to new customers. Once configured, it operates seamlessly in the background, reducing the need for constant supervision. The ability to sync calendars across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Outlook) is particularly useful for us and our clients, as it helps maintain clarity on availability across different companies and shared environments, like room calendars, which are often managed among multiple organizations. OneCal effectively addresses the challenge of managing multiple calendars, providing a streamlined solution that enhances productivity. Furthermore, with its high reliability and ease of setup, it offers a hassle-free and efficient tool that I would confidently recommend with a solid score of 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about OneCal?

I find the limit of 50 calendars quite restrictive for some of our use cases, which makes it challenging when needing to manage more. Additionally, the absence of features to directly add or remove calendars from an existing sync session is inconvenient. Currently, if I want to change the calendars involved in a sync, I have to delete and set it up all over again, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I can finally sync my personal and work calendars!"
What do you like best about OneCal?

OneCal is the only way I found to consistently sych my work (Outlook) and personal (Google) calendars. I tried all the suggested free methods and none were successful. I rely on both calendars and am so pleased I can see them together everywhere I look! I don't run a business, so I don't take advantage of the additional scheduling features OneCal offers...but the subscription is still a great value for the calendar syncing alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCal?

Every now and then a random event falls through the cracks and doesn't sync properly. It's 95% seamless but I've had to start a new sync occasionally. Not sure what causes that! But OneCal is still the most reliable method I've found by far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works as good if not better than other tools I have tried"
What do you like best about OneCal?

Generally speaking, I wanted to say how well the app is working for me and some co-workers. We are all independent contractors and usually have corporate calendars provided by clients, plus our own businesses. after 3-4 weeks of testing I am starting to introduce it to other contractors I know. At this point I am using it daily and the updates to calendars with changes are reflected very quickly which is perfect.

I've yet to find something it really doesn't do yet as long as you get creative with the sync models for both directions and what you want to be seen in the various endpoints. For me I end up having ALL the information shown in my own Biz Google Calendar as my single POV location but for the clients it's made things so much easier. They can truly see what my availability is in those specific corporate M365 calendars.

Kudos to the app so far for simplifying my life and honestly not over complicating the app and adding bloat to it. I also started using the booking pages for various things per client like helping with interviews etc that is branded for that client as well with specific availability times to keep things from getting out of control. What do you dislike about OneCal?

I really have yet to fins anything I dislike about it, honest and true. I have not said "I wish it did this.." One Co-Worker did mention the lack of IMAP account capability but that is not something that applies to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and User-Friendly"
What do you like best about OneCal?

I've been using OneCal for a while now (on a daily basis), and I’m genuinely impressed with how intuitive and affordable it is! The interface is clean and modern, making it super easy to set up booking links and manage my schedules across multiple calendars (Outlook and iCloud). Very easy to implement and integrate into my business. The real-time sync feature has saved me from double-booking headaches more than once. I also love the customizable booking pages; they look professional and align perfectly with my brand. The pricing is a steal for all the features you get, especially compared to other scheduling tools. Plus, the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend OneCal to anyone looking for a simple, cost-effective way to streamline their scheduling! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCal?

None that I can think of. Support has always been able to help me with any issues that I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent and simple solution"
What do you like best about OneCal?

OneCal excels at one straightforward task: it seamlessly integrates all of your calendars across various platforms, allowing you to truly take control of your schedule. While it offers several other useful features, such as calendar booking links, what I appreciate most is the ability to return to the fundamental benefit of having a single, unified calendar. What do you dislike about OneCal?

There is absolutely nothing I dislike. OneCal is excellent in every way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solves scheduling conflicts across clients"
What do you like best about OneCal?

I work with multiple clients, and it has always been a challenge coordinating availability. While booking pages work well, they require my clients to remember that I (1) have a booking page and that (2) my availability in their internal system isn't reflective of my actual availability. Those hurdles lead to people just scheduling a time on an open slot, which causes conflicts.

OneCal solves this in the simplest way possible: By copying my calendar entries across my calendars, everyone gets to see my actual availability in the system they are already using. OneCal's booking feature handles availability for anyone who isn't part of an organization I'm already working with, fully covering my use cases.

OneCal allows you to select the level of information you share, which allows me to prevent clients' information from being shared with other clients. It's a great system and has already saved me hours of time by not having to reschedule meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCal?

As of August 2025, OneCal's booking feature isn't as mature as competitor products. It isn't the core feature of OneCal, so it doesn't make me any less likely to recommend OneCal. Specific features the booking feature lacks: Ability to limit the number of an events scheduled on a day (e.g., I can only schedule one off-site meeting per day) and creating one-off meeting links with custom availability. I expect these features to mature over time, but I haven't been able to 100% replace my Calendly subscription just yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Software, Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about OneCal?

The upsides far outweigh the downsides for most people in most cases. Super easy to use, FANTASTIC support, pretty easy to integrate and implement. Use it daily. The calendar sync function alone is worth the price and the UI is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCal?

There are definitely some features that I don't love, but support has been so kind and receptive to feedback that I went out of my way to create an account for this platform (which I've never heard of and didn't want to do) just to leave a positive review. That should say something.

Feature wise, mainly on the booking functions, they've said they'll work to implement almost everything I've asked for in coming months, but here's a few:

- More customizable / personalizable booking link pages

- Options to create categorized pages or separate pages

- Easier visibility of simple things like finding your share link Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Expensive, slow, and clunky"
What do you like best about OneCal?

It poorly does what I need it to. I have nothing else that’s nice to say about this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCal?

The price for the unresponsive software that I have to repeatedly unlink and relink my calendars. I have separate calendars for it to integrate to and they all say our version of (Clone), this should be an optional feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must have if you're an freelance consultant with tons of client calendars!"
What do you like best about OneCal?

I love that I can both connect + sync my calendars and manage my booking links all in one spot. The customer service is very helpful.

It was very easy to set-up and I like all the options for syncing my calendars Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCal?

It's a little pricey especially if you need to connect 5+ calendars Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
