I like the Microsoft 365 interface the best, it is easy to use and everything just works together. The integration between Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and OneDrive makes the collaboration and daily tasks a lot easier. Overall performance is reliable even if you’re working on several projects. It’s good value for money from a pricing point of view by unifying productivity tools into one platform. It’s easy to set up and get started, and there are helpful support resources when you need them. I also like the AI-powered features like Copilot that assist in automating repetitive tasks, summarising meetings, and enhancing overall productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Microsoft 365 is a great overall experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features take some time to explore and switching between some settings can feel a little complicated. The integrations are good, but having to switch between a lot of apps can be disruptive to the flow of work. Smaller teams also face the cost of premium plans and AI features like Copilot. Plus, some AI-generated suggestions still need to be manually reviewed and getting support for more complex issues can take longer than you expect. All in all, these are minor limitations compared to the value the platform has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
