I use OneCal to sync my Microsoft work account with my Google account so I can access it on my personal account. I like having my calendars in one central place and having access to the information. OneCal is feature-packed and easy to set up. I also like the flexibility to choose what gets transferred and how it looks, so I can tune it to exactly what I need, and the variety of account integrations.
