We use Zoho Mail for free, it can be used in an optimum manner for the first 5 users.

There is a free version available but you can only use it with the online site or the zoho mail mobile app. It does not offer imap or pop for use with 3rd party apps.

It has a free version which is basic, for more features like meeting scheduler or managing calendar u need paid version
